I understand it's the sales person's job to advise but not to tell people that that's not correct. They need to be taught how to speak to people just for this. I will never buy from you again. I also saw that one of my ex high school Spanish student was working here. She smiled at me and I smiled back. It was a good experience even though I didn't end up buying the boots there since they were in the wrong size. I was able to get the style name though and found them online. They were on sale for 39.99 so very good value. I have bought day of the dead decorations here previously. I think the new management is better here than at other Ross stores.
