I came in to an empty store and was told by the male employee I had to wait bc he was going through boxes of shipments (that I had seen since last week all over the store-mess! ) and was rudely given my scrubs. I'd rather pay more elsewhere with better service and quality. For a place that doesn't have crap for sizes, quality brands, and absolute horrible service. There's no wonder why this place has lots of 1 star reviews. I would have given it a slight chance if there was good service. Small local business that can't be trusted and doesn't even appreciate the customers !

When I picked them up, there was a visible cut on the sleeve that appeared to be an accidental scissor mark. ​When I raised the issue, the staff was dismissive and claimed they "don't use scissors" in their process--a claim that several other professional embroiderers have since told me is highly unlikely given the need to trim excess thread. They took my information and promised an investigation and a follow-up call. After a full week of silence, I had to follow up myself, only to be told they aren't liable. FIGS are an investment, and to have them ruined and then be met with such deceptive customer service is unacceptable.

After a few minutes, I asserted myself to gain her attention, at which time she remained seated and while removing her headphones, she simply asked "Yes?". At which time I extended my hand in greeting and said "Hello, my name is Andrew Cassey". She did not return the handshake, remained seated, and, ver batim, replied "What do you want?". I'd already witnessed enough evidence to know that the professionalism to which I am accustomed to giving and receiving was clearly not being even so much as hoped for, so I just told her "I'm sorry, I am seeking employment, but I don't think this is where I'd like to find it". And left. I'm more than confident I could have made a valuable team member to Mission Linen given my excellent training and success while at Budget Uniform Rental Service in Gardena, California. Unfortunately, this was my experience with this facility. And as we all know, we only get #one chance at a good first impression. They sewed on the patches within a day and were really helpful and friendly. The two gentlemen who helped me knew exactly what I needed and were very professional. They definitely have my business.
