This was a Christmas present for my daughter, who is a senior this year. At no time did she ever take our number to call us when it was ready--I had to keep chasing her down. i.e. calling and going to her storage unit where she does the sewing. I finally got the jacket two days before christmas--the stitching was hit and miss. There were so many holes in the sleeves from previous patches that had been taken off (this was supposed to be a new coat!!) AND the quote that she was supposed to put on the back had grammatical errors in it!!!! Good Lord, what a disaster--took another two months to get our money back...sad, sad, sad

She was honest about being backed up with orders, but she still done it in a timely manner! I was expecting maybe a month or two, but she got it done in a couple weeks.
