If you go around the holiday time, just know that the store is quite busy. It doesn't take away from the experience at all and the employees are super friendly and helpful and the line to purchase your goods moves quickly. The products force purchase are of wonderful quality and there's definitely something for everyone there. I definitely will be back again and again.

This is our usual dollar tree since it's closest to home but today the manager just rubbed me the…read morewrong way, I've never had an issue using the restroom there for my toddler and had never been turned down, but today as we had just started looking for the things I had gone in for my son told me had to use the restroom to which we then started walking towards the back where there was an employee and I asked her if she could unlock it for me to which she responded "i don't know if they are letting people use the bathroom you have to ask at the front" and so I'm rushing with my toddler to the front and I ask the cashier to which he responds " I don't know if you can let me as the manager" and had to call the manager up to the front, once I was able to speak to him I tell him my son needs to use the restroom to which he replied "oh it's out of service" . If you're gonna lie about things like this At least make sure your employees are in on it, because why did I have to speak to multiple people just to hear no. When I could have just left after the first girl I talked to. And like mentioned i go to this store often and never had an issue with the restroom and everyone is so nice but after today's interaction i will not be going back. I was so frustrated having to rush to another store to use the restroom for my toddler who had to wait several more minutes instead of someone just saying no from the beginning. I ended having to purchase what I had originally gone in for else where. (Also just want to add I would only use the restroom there if we were shopping there we wouldn't just go in there for only the restroom)

It's not as big as other locations but it has most of what I need. Plenty of parking in the strip-mall shopping center near Laguna Lake. The DollarStore and CVS are also along the same side of the building which makes it easy to shop and compare all three stores. Highly recommend this Grocery Outlet in SLO.

Had an employee by the name of ELLIOT call my family member an "animal" because she was opening the…read moreproduct she had already BOUGHT. Complained to his manager, Brian who was actually kind and receptive and wanted to remedy the issue by having us contact the store owner, Brooke. Brooke ultimately didn't call us and we ended up having to call the store a week after waiting for her call only for her to be say that Elliot "just jokes like that". Brooke even tried to deny that Elliot has made rude comments like that to customers in the past even though Brian the manager himself stated that Elliot has a history of it. Elliot has worked there for years and this isn't the first time he's made rude comments. What normal person who is OK in the head jokes like that with loyal customers? Is he mental? Yes obviously. Is Brooke useless? Yes obviously. Brooke, you clearly don't care about your customers and are you're running an unprofessional establishment with employees like Elliot. You clearly knew what we were saying was true because otherwise you would not have made excuses for Elliot by stating "he just jokes like that". You're full of it.
