I brought a bag of children's clothes to sell and authorized donation of any items not purchased. I was told none of my items were accepted. Shortly after, one of my exact items appeared for sale on their website even though it had not been purchased from me. When I picked up my bag, that item was returned at my request, but I discovered additional items were missing that had not been purchased or returned. I contacted the business to resolve this. The explanation for what happened changed multiple times before I was told there had been a processing error. Their responses addressed only the missing item and did not account for the item that had been listed for sale online until I pressed for clarification and was given a separate explanation of it being an "inventory issue." This experience left me without confidence in how customer inventory is tracked and handled. If you choose to sell or donate items here, I recommend documenting everything you bring in. read more

Adorable shop! Such a cute aesthetic & great selection. One of the employees however, was pretty rude. My 18mo pulled 3 shoes out of place. I was trying to coax her into their cute little play room, with no such luck. In the midst of that, I got a lecture about not allowing my daughter to pull things out of place. Like... "no way?" It was obvious I was trying to handle the 'situation'. And EVEN IF I wasn't... she wasn't destroying anything. Just a thought... a baby clothing store should be kind, understanding and patient with babies? I was so bummed, because I wanted to make it a normal spot to shop. I've seen many posts and comments about this place, how it's expensive for a thrift store, the owner skims you out on the giving back program(or whatever it's called) where you give items and she pays you for it with store credit or cash. She will pay you more in store credit than she does in cash, she places the items you give for 5x more than what she gave you for all of the items together. Example: you give some baby/kid clothes, she keeps about 3 pairs of tops and 4 pairs of bottoms right? She gives you 2 options of $15 store credit OR $8 cash for those 7 items. You later on go in to see those same exact items each priced at about $7 dollars for the bottoms and $5 for the tops. So that's $28 + $15 =$43.00 and she gave less than at least half of that. Now maybe to others, this isn't a big deal. Oh and the Nike/name brand shoes? Might as well buy them brand new for the same price she marks them down as! And everytime someone gives their opinion on fb about this business, the owner hides behind anonymous and defends her store (which isn't wrong at all) but if you're defending your store by posing as a paying customer of how you got nice deals, then the owner isn't even being honest with herself if she has to pretend to be a paying customer to get a good review. It's no wonder the Paso Robles location closed down. read more

Alayna is so helpful and gives the best customer service. So I was in this store a couple weeks ago...I got my daughters out of the car (ages 2 and 3) and went inside...within the first 5 mins my 2yo crosses her legs and says mommy I HAVE to go potty!! So I ask the lady working if we could please use her restroom she says...No it isn't for customers. So I hurried outside to see where we could use the restroom while my daughter is continuing Mommy! I have to go potty! There is no stores next to them so I go back inside and say please can she please use your restroom she again responds No. There is a strip of restaraunts around the corner. So I run out with my girls in tow trying to find a restroom (I am 6 mos pregnant as well) it was about a block or more around the corner into 2 different stores before we found one we could use. I was APPALLED by all this. When I returned I let the woman know I would never be shopping here again she said ok that's fine, sorry its a liability. It's ridiculous that this is a MATERNITY BABY TODDLER second hand store and they wouldn't let me toddler use the restroom I was furious! And WILL NEVER go back. read more
