Last minute planning for my wedding two days ago, I called around for a bouquet. I live in Atascadero so I wanted some place local. I'm so glad I found Adelaide. Not only did they have the colors I wanted, which was teal/blue and purple, but they were willing to arrange a bouquet and a boutinniere with only 5 days notice. I told one of the ladies that maybe mix my colors with fall colors. The result was beautiful. The staff gave excellent customer service. Very professional, friendly and flexible. Thank you Adelaide. I will use your service again.

My sisters and I were very disappointed with the Mother's Day bouquet we ordered for $60 plus a tip and delivery equaling about $100. The arrangement delivered was significantly smaller than what was shown on the website -- about half the size of the advertised photo. We understand substitutions can happen, but the overall size and value did not match what we paid. For a local delivery in the same town, we expected better consistency. We wanted this to be a special gift for our mom unfortunately, it fell short. We hope the shop considers improving consistency between their website, photos, and actual arrangements delivered. I don't think I'll be getting any arrangements from these folks again. I mean they were pleasant enough on the phone, and the arrangement was pretty. Even though when I saw it in real life it was much smaller than what I expected when I saw it on the website. I guess it really is more the thought that counts the most to surprise those you care about. I wasn't very excited about being overcharged by $10.00 when the price was discussed before the arrangement was even ordered. I only found out a week later when I was going over my bank statement. I'm not going to stress over $10.00 but it is kinda whack. :-( I tried calling, but nobody answered to resolve that. read more

I just received a beautiful Ivy plant in the most gorgeous planter that has wonderful butterfly decor. My mother in law passed away and my Mom called Adelaide because she couldn't find any chains that would send to Templeton, so she googled local florists. She's not internet savvy and doesn't trust anyone with her credit cards. Danielle took amazing care of her and made her feel safe and confident on what to send me. Danielle...I LOVE IT! I love your suggestion on the Ivy so I can replant it. I love how you took care of my mama. I love how you were patient with her and the advice you gave her. Stargazers are my fave and my husband knows it. For my birthday, he got me the biggest bouquet I have ever seen. It was full of the biggest and most beautiful lilies. Whoa. I stopped in to order flowers to be sent to a friend/former employee in L.A. Complete disorganization. A young lady helped (relative? who didn't know much) and had me almost checked out, then the owner (?) came over and added a bunch of new fees to the bill. The transfer fees were almost as much as the flowers. I felt completely ripped off and it felt like they didn't really want my business. read more

I have been a customer of Adelaide Floral for almost 5 years. My husband loves to surprise me almost every birthday, Valentines Day, and our Anniversary. I live here in Templeton and have received the most gorgeous flower arrangements on every occasion. The flower arrangements are always bursting with color and the flowers and greens are always fresh, beautiful, and last a long time. I always appreciate the expertise and care put in to every flower arrangement I've ever had from Adelaide. I have seen other arrangements for coworkers birthdays, etc as well. Every time I see arrangements from Adelaide they are the most gorgeous and breathtaking flowers I have ever seen! Recently my husband surprised me with flowers on the day we found out we were having a baby girl. It's fun to celebrate with flowers for such memorable occasions. Again, as always, the flowers were beautiful and bursting with color and fragrance. I love Adelaide Floral so much that I recently did my baby registry at their children's clothing store, Adelaide's Kid Corner. All of the clothing is well made and adorable. I'm really looking forward to seeing my little baby girl wearing the clothes from Adelaide's Kid Corner! This is the first review I have ever done. I received flowers for Mother's Day late on Saturday. The roses lasted one day, and the rest of the flowers only 4 days. When I went to change the water after 2 days, it was totally smelly and brown. I suspect the flowers had been made up several days before and when the call came in from my daughter-in-law, they grabbed them from the refrigerator and delivered them to me. The stems had black spots on them also. We walk past the business everyday and it looks very untidy and needs some TLC. I asked my daughter-in-law not to use them for flowers in the future and I am asking anyone reading this review to do the same. read more

What I do like it the option for how much you want to spend, usually there are three options; standard, deluxe and premium. I've even used the designer's selection when I wanted something special but not roses... again! Most all of my orders are made online and I've set up specific dates to trigger an email to me as a reminder. Their service and selection is wonderful. They have contacted me in the past to clarify orders and arrangements and have made flower delivery to the house very easy. It's got the point that I will return the vases the arrangement come in because we end up with too many at the house and I know CF can reuse them. I've stopped by the shop one year for rose petals to write a message on a king size bed, CF had me covered. We wanted the flowers to be Hawaiian themed and had specific ideas of what type of displays we wanted. She worked with me to confirm if she would be able to get the flowers we wanted on such late notice. What really impressed me was first - her compassion for our loss; second - her honesty about what flowers were and were not available (January in Paso Robles); and, lastly - her willingness and creativity in helping us realize our vision. Okay, I'll be honest, I have bought flowers at Albertson's in a pinch... when CF isn't open for I forgot to place an order with them. What I do like it the option for how much you want to spend, usually there are three options; standard, deluxe and premium. I've even used the designer's selection when I wanted something special but not roses... again! Most all of my orders are made online and I've set up specific dates to trigger an email to me as a reminder. Their service and selection is wonderful. They have contacted me in the past to clarify orders and arrangements and have made flower delivery to the house very easy. It's got the point that I will return the vases the arrangement come in because we end up with too many at the house and I know CF can reuse them. I've stopped by the shop one year for rose petals to write a message on a king size bed, CF had me covered. They do have lots of knick knacks and gifts in the shop with arrangements in the cold storage. Great place for all your floral arrangement needs. Highly recommend their business and excellent service!

We wanted the flowers to be Hawaiian themed and had specific ideas of what type of displays we wanted. She worked with me to confirm if she would be able to get the flowers we wanted on such late notice. What really impressed me was first - her compassion for our loss; second - her honesty about what flowers were and were not available (January in Paso Robles); and, lastly - her willingness and creativity in helping us realize our vision. My only regret is that I did not take close up photos at the service! It was beautiful and my mom would have loved it. Happy to have the few photos that others shared with me. I felt the price was very reasonable, especially given the want of flowers out of season and short notice! The store itself is amazing and I have been back numerous times for cards, jewelry and more!

We did familiy style dinner and so for our long farm tables we opted to do bud vases. The bud vases that floral parlor did were not your average bud vases - they were beautiful and made the tables so fun. The Floral Parlor/Sunny were so unbelievably easy to work with and dropped off florals super timely at our venue and to the bridal party. Not only were the flowers beautiful in person but they were also so beautiful in photos and matched our vibrant, spring vibes. Thank you, Floral Parlor! I had no idea how much flowers cost, but I had an idea of what I wanted to spend. Everyone was astronomical. And then one day I found Tami, and my first thought was, "this is too good to be true". It's true! I'm so glad I found her. She had the exact package I wanted. She was incredibly easy to work with. I'm not the kind of bride who knows all the types of flowers by heart. I knew peonies, and I sent her pictures. She helped me find good alternatives since they're such a seasonal flower. She helped me build an amazing package. I was a little nervous not having any idea what my bouquet was going to look like (I blame my A-type personality), and Tami showed up the morning of while we were getting dressed and wow... she nailed it. The bouquet was absolutely stunning and complimented my blush dress to the T. She knows what she's doing. She is incredibly sweet and goes above and beyond for her clients. We live in the San Fran Bay so we never met with her (heck, we never even had a phone call!). We did everything via email. Now if I can just get her found on Google Search & Maps so other brides from out of the area can find her, my mission will be complete.
