I found April on our venue's "preferred vendor" list. I read her reviews here on Yelp and decided to give her a try. At our first meeting April was amazing. She got my idea of "bohemian modern chic" right away. Her ideas were fun and new. She even had great recommendations on the layout of the area and advice on other vendors. That was our only in-person meeting (yes, I'm crazy)--- but I trusted April and let it go--- cue Elsa---. April made an awesome Pinterest board and worked within our budget. She did very well on our following conference calls and us very organized. As you can see from these awesome photos--- she was AMAZING! Everyone talked about the decor the whole night. There were so many photo ops and just lovely flowers and foliage everywhere. She also got me great deals on pots/candle holders that I know I will use for years to come. I cannot recommend April enough. She was amazing and made my special day everything I dreamed of!

Countless times they have put a smile on my fiancee's face, brightened my clients offices and made my mom happy on mother's day! This shop does not do your standard roses with baby's breath, but brings a much more fresh and inspired take to the flower bouquet. Every time I visit, I have noticed that they have some new or unique flower I have never seen before. They work with local growers to get the best material available, and the shop workers are always very helpful. In addition to the shop, I have also attended multiple weddings where they have done an outstanding job. In fact, I am in the middle of planning my own wedding, set to take place this September, and have decided to use April Flower's myself (I will be writing an update in September). For now... From the first moment, the experience was great -- the staff carefully listened to exactly what I wanted and needed (2 different phone calls) and communicated with Michelle, the owner. She got back to me with questions and clarifications, which was great. She personally delivered the many arrangements to the church on Saturday -- and , though I knew she was very busy that day, she then stayed on to help me with staging the whole front of the church, making sure all was in place before she left. Okay, I'll be honest, I have bought flowers at Albertson's in a pinch... when CF isn't open for I forgot to place an order with them. What I do like it the option for how much you want to spend, usually there are three options; standard, deluxe and premium. I've even used the designer's selection when I wanted something special but not roses... again! Most all of my orders are made online and I've set up specific dates to trigger an email to me as a reminder. Their service and selection is wonderful. They have contacted me in the past to clarify orders and arrangements and have made flower delivery to the house very easy. It's got the point that I will return the vases the arrangement come in because we end up with too many at the house and I know CF can reuse them. I've stopped by the shop one year for rose petals to write a message on a king size bed, CF had me covered. They do have lots of knick knacks and gifts in the shop with arrangements in the cold storage. Great place for all your floral arrangement needs. Highly recommend their business and excellent service!

We wanted the flowers to be Hawaiian themed and had specific ideas of what type of displays we wanted. She worked with me to confirm if she would be able to get the flowers we wanted on such late notice. What really impressed me was first - her compassion for our loss; second - her honesty about what flowers were and were not available (January in Paso Robles); and, lastly - her willingness and creativity in helping us realize our vision. My only regret is that I did not take close up photos at the service! It was beautiful and my mom would have loved it. Happy to have the few photos that others shared with me. I felt the price was very reasonable, especially given the want of flowers out of season and short notice! I don't know much about florals so I told Kellye in the beginning that I was going to trust her judgement and I am SO thankful that I did. Kellye is a true artist and when I saw each piece it was beyond my wildest dreams. The day of, person after person told me these were the most beautiful florals they had ever seen. To give you an idea of how Kellye will go above and beyond - we had chosen a ceremony site that I was struggling with. There was a large brown structure that looked masculine and I wanted a very feminine ceremony site. One morning I woke up in a panic (about a month before the wedding) and realized I was spending way too much money trying to cover something. I sent my planner and Kellye and frantic email and Kellye called me immediately. She was calm, reassuring, and so confident and recommended that we change the ceremony site to the lawn so that we could spend time creating the vision I had instead of hiding something we didn't like. We moved forward with this idea and it was incredible, I'm so thankful for her guidance and vision throughout this entire day. Even before we hired Kellye, she was patient in explaining cost and her process. She recommended other vendors and spoke about other florists with glowing recommendations - this shows AMAZING character and was a signal that not only was Kellye a great florist but a wonderful person.
