This business processes orders through a National Company called Ruth's Roses. I ordered a specific birthday bouquet from the online pictures which included mostly all purples flowers in a purple vase. I confirmed, at the time of the order, that the purple vase would be included. I dictated a card to accompany the flowers. The flowers that were delivered were nothing like the flowers I ordered, and the vase was clear, not purple. No card was delivered with the flowers so my friend had no idea who sent them. She called the number from the text delivery to inquire who sent them and they refused to tell her. I paid $83 for this mess. DO NOT EVER USE THIS SERVICE! read more

I was literally yelled at when I went into this establishment. They had the door all the way open with no sign visible to tell me I wasn't supposed to come through the door. I went there wearing a mask and am aware of how important it is to keep each other safe. When I told them I was there to pick up something I ordered they told me to stand outside the door and they weren't open and they would get to me when they could. I had called the day before and asked when I could pick up my order and was told 9:30. The store hours are listed as opening at 10 and it was after 10 when I stopped in to pick up what I ordered. I was treated in an unprofessional way and will never shop there again. I know these are hard times for many people but treating anyone with disrespect is not acceptable. read more

When you show up to a business ten minutes before close, you never know what you're gonna get - both in terms of selection and in terms of customer service. Employees are ready to roll and be home with their families, things are picked over... found neither of those things tonight. The woman who assisted me was super helpful and kind and there was the perfect arrangement of cheery happy orange tulips that were just what I was in need of. Would go back anytime.
