Meandering paths lead you through cottage gardens, shade gardens, and quiet Zen corners. It's a whimsical multi-acre experience with display gardens, gift shops, animals, a farmstand, and the largest year-round Christmas store in SLO County. Beyond plants, you'll find antiques, books, home goods, and garden art. It's one of my favorite places to pick up unique gifts for family and friends, and somehow I always leave with something for my own garden collection. There's also a seasonal farmstand offering fresh produce and local eggs from nearby ranches. It's peaceful, magical, and endlessly inspiring, always giving me new ideas for my own backyard. The combination here of plants, seasonal decor, and antiques makes for an intriguing visit any time of year. When paired with themed event, it is a must. I enjoyed the color of the annuals on my way to the bouquet of floating fairy costumes hanging near a display of fairy habitats. The tiny gardens were a fantasyland of small plants with miniature fairy dwellings and fairies themselves. I had a lovely conversation with Crystal Reynoso who was selling the frocks while I picked one out for my gamine like niece. Crystal also owns A Little Love Bridal by-the-sea in Cambria, which sells custom made bridal gowns and costumes. It was fascinating to hear about this service being provided in San Luis Obispo county! I love to visit here each season as they renew their displays of plants and gift items to reflect the changing of the seasons, and will be sure to return before the year is out!

Okay, I'll be honest, I have bought flowers at Albertson's in a pinch... when CF isn't open for I forgot to place an order with them. What I do like it the option for how much you want to spend, usually there are three options; standard, deluxe and premium. I've even used the designer's selection when I wanted something special but not roses... again! Most all of my orders are made online and I've set up specific dates to trigger an email to me as a reminder. Their service and selection is wonderful. They have contacted me in the past to clarify orders and arrangements and have made flower delivery to the house very easy. It's got the point that I will return the vases the arrangement come in because we end up with too many at the house and I know CF can reuse them. I've stopped by the shop one year for rose petals to write a message on a king size bed, CF had me covered. They do have lots of knick knacks and gifts in the shop with arrangements in the cold storage. Great place for all your floral arrangement needs. Highly recommend their business and excellent service!

We wanted the flowers to be Hawaiian themed and had specific ideas of what type of displays we wanted. She worked with me to confirm if she would be able to get the flowers we wanted on such late notice. What really impressed me was first - her compassion for our loss; second - her honesty about what flowers were and were not available (January in Paso Robles); and, lastly - her willingness and creativity in helping us realize our vision. My only regret is that I did not take close up photos at the service! It was beautiful and my mom would have loved it. Happy to have the few photos that others shared with me. I felt the price was very reasonable, especially given the want of flowers out of season and short notice! The store itself is amazing and I have been back numerous times for cards, jewelry and more!

From the first moment, the experience was great -- the staff carefully listened to exactly what I wanted and needed (2 different phone calls) and communicated with Michelle, the owner. She got back to me with questions and clarifications, which was great. She personally delivered the many arrangements to the church on Saturday -- and , though I knew she was very busy that day, she then stayed on to help me with staging the whole front of the church, making sure all was in place before she left.
