Owner blamed it on her assistant. I asked to take everything as I was over it. She insisted on removing the pins. Or charge me $10 a pin. No worries. I will not be back.

She asked my preferences and permission every step of the way, knowing it was a treasured family heirloom. The first dress was a delicate chiffon mother of the bride gown that I initially thought was too tight in the bodice. Tessa and Martin assisted me with fantastic service and hospitality a month earlier on 02/02/2026 with a separate issue. This time, Marty, Angelie, and Ricardo jumped in to assist. The issue was a misaligned anomaly with the left-leg and right-leg silk-stripes. Ricardo quickly grasped and acknowledged the issue and contacted The Men's Wearhouse Service Center for me. The Service Center had Ricardo next work with The Men's Wearhouse Tuxedo Rental Online Team. Ricardo informed me that the issue would require 7 ~ 10 days to resolve --- however, within JUST two (2) days I received an e-mail and text message notifying me that my replacement tuxedo pants were ready for sizing and alteration. Tessa jumped in, again, to mark the new pants for alteration, and within days my newly hemmed tuxedo pants were ready for pick-up! Based on that, my bridesmaids and I visited the shop once a week for three weeks, and each time we were reassured that dresses could be delivered quickly. On our final visit, we chose the dresses and placed the order. We were told again they would arrive within a week. When I called to check on the status, I was told it would be ready the following week. However, when one of my bridesmaids went into the store in person, she was told the dresses would actually take about a month and a half. Because of this sudden change, we had to scramble to find dresses elsewhere. When I called to request the measurements so we could order online, the staff member I spoke to had a very rude and dismissive tone. She told me, "These are my measurements, so you would need to pay $20," and became increasingly hostile during the call. When I tried to explain the situation and the inconvenience caused, she began yelling at us over the phone, saying it was "her time" for those measurements. After several minutes of being spoken to rudely, she finally gave us the measurements--but the entire interaction was extremely unprofessional and stressful, especially during what should be an exciting time planning a wedding. Overall, I'm very disappointed with the misleading information, lack of communication, and poor customer service. I would not recommend this shop based on my experience.

They now have a notice taped to the their counter that warns of a surcharge if you use a CREDIT card. So I used a DEBIT card and they still added $3 to my bill. When I pointed out their sign only mentions credit cards, said "a debit card still runs like a credit card". When I suggested they should update their notice they shrugged and said "we didn't put it there" and "it's not us, it's the company". Too bad, whoever the "company" is, I will now be taking my dry cleaning, alterations, etc. somewhere else.
