Tessa and Martin assisted me with fantastic service and hospitality a month earlier on 02/02/2026 with a separate issue. This time, Marty, Angelie, and Ricardo jumped in to assist. The issue was a misaligned anomaly with the left-leg and right-leg silk-stripes. Ricardo quickly grasped and acknowledged the issue and contacted The Men's Wearhouse Service Center for me. The Service Center had Ricardo next work with The Men's Wearhouse Tuxedo Rental Online Team. Ricardo informed me that the issue would require 7 ~ 10 days to resolve --- however, within JUST two (2) days I received an e-mail and text message notifying me that my replacement tuxedo pants were ready for sizing and alteration. Tessa jumped in, again, to mark the new pants for alteration, and within days my newly hemmed tuxedo pants were ready for pick-up! It was crowded and we couldn't find a pit so we went into the barn to meet Santa. In the barn, the magician performed all sorts of fun magic for the kids. Later when the crowd dies down, around 1930, it was really nice. There were no lines for pony rides. The entire thing was pretty special. They have lots of things for the kids to do. The maze, fake snow, face painting and even drinks for the adults. I would do this again.

Theresa worked up sketches and painstakingly deconstructed the dress with an incredible attention to detail (she saved the individual lace flowers to reattach in the same pattern). She asked my preferences and permission every step of the way, knowing it was a treasured family heirloom. I could not be happier with how the dress turned out, and she so thoughtfully displayed it on a mannequin with bows once it was ready! I can't recommend Theresa enough. She is thoughtful, talented, detailed, thorough, and altogether fun to be around and talk to! My family and I are so grateful for her taking this task on and making our rehearsal dinner so special.
