I met Crystal Reynoso, owner of A Little Love Bridal by the Sea, at one of the Central Coast Bride…read moreevents. I finally reached out to her in June of 2024 to schedule gown try-ons for my November 2nd, 2024 wedding. We scheduled my try-ons for Saturday July 27th, 2024 where I tried on several gowns with just a few family members and my MOH. I decided on a gown that day, signed the contract, paid a 50% deposit, had my measurements taken, and discussed the alterations I wanted to make to the original design which included adding straps and pockets. I was told my measurements would be sent to the designer within a few days so the process of designing and making my dress could begin. Crystal called me exactly one month later, on August 27th, to tell me she needed my measurements again because due to a small fire at her shop (no damage was done to anything significant in her shop) she cannot find my measurements and believes they may have been burned in the fire. I found this odd because my measurements were supposed to be submitted to the designer weeks ago. My then fiancé had to help me take my measurements while Crystal was on the phone guiding us. I was supposed to have my final fitting on Sunday October 13th, 2024, three weeks before my wedding day, as I had communicated to Crystal the day of my initial try-on and in several text messages after, I then received a text message from Crystal on Friday October 11th of a photo of the bodice on a bust with a text that stated "Here's the start of the gown. Any feedback?" to which I reminded her I was expecting to have my final fitting in two days as we scheduled and discussed prior. She stated there was a mix-up with my gown and a few other 2025 brides' gowns which were completed and sent already but mine hadn't been because of the mix-up. She then stated she would ensure the gown would arrive by the following week Sunday October 20th for my final fitting. She informed me and my wedding coordinator that it in fact did not arrive as planned, yet again and she would have to deliver it to me (a two-hour drive) away instead. The following Monday October 21st, she indicated she would NOT be able to deliver it due to an unexpected death in her family and would have to ship it instead. She shipped it overnight on Wednesday October 23rd and it arrived late Thursday October 24th. I was too busy that night and the rest of the weekend to even try it on; but when I did, it fit very well with exception to the length (too long), straps (also too long) and the dress DID NOT have pockets as we discussed several times. On Monday October 28th, I found a seamstress who was able to alter the dress for me and have it ready on Wednesday October 30th because it needed to be hemmed, it was too long. My dress was able to be pressed the following day and I picked it up from the cleaner on Friday November 1st, one day before my wedding. Although the initial gown try-on and fitting went well, despite Crystal being late, everything after that was absolutely horrible. I absolutely DO NOT recommend A Little Love Bridal by the Sea or Crystal Reynoso. I requested a partial refund for the experience, missing pockets, and additional expense for rush alterations. Crystal did not and still has not responded to my text message summarizing my experience and request for a partial refund.

In January 2024, I had my first appointment with Crystal Reynoso at the shop in which I tried on multiple gowns. She was very kind to me as well as my family & friends that were with me. I said yes to a dress at that appointment. A week or so went by afterwards & I kept thinking about another dress I loved just as much as the initial one I said yes to. I called Crystal & asked if it was too late to change my mind & choose a different dress. She was very kind & said it was no problem. (My wedding wasn't until April 2025 so there was plenty of time.) Crystal ended up creating a custom dress to make one as close to what I had in mind by taking the top of one dress (the one I initially said yes to) & combining it with the bottom of the one I couldn't stop thinking about. While some changes needed to be made during the creation of it as the seamstress actually putting it together works out of the area, Crystal was very on top of it with making sure the seamstress was provided with the details she knew I wanted incorporated in the dress. When the dress arrived, Crystal notified me right away. Once it arrived, I decided I wanted it to be more puffy. Crystal was quick to have a detachable skirt made to help give it the look I was wanting. She gave me two different options with detachable skirts, both of which worked great with my dress. It wasn't noticeable that the detachable skirt wasn't actually sewn onto the main dress. I ended up being very happy with my custom wedding dress & loved how it ended up turning out. I'm very happy with my overall experience with this bridal shop & highly recommend Crystal to help you create the dress of your dreams! My garter was from her shop too which was perfect! Thank you again Crystal! :)

She was so incredibly kind and gave me options for my ring that people said were impossible but she made it happen. I also LOVE her pricing. Written With Kindness & Stamped With Love Yeah, this review goes out to the owners of Sealed With A Kiss located in beautiful downtown Paso Robles ------------------------- And just as this business has a play on words with the product they sell, I'm going to do my best to have a little play on words myself to showcase my experience that I had in store. So stay close, listen up, and follow... "The Paper Trail" For this review, it's definitely going to feel more like a "Thank You Letter" with nothing, but Love for this mom & pop business. It'll be an opportunity for me to "Drop a Line"... A chance to "Make a long story short"... (Which I NEVER do) Trust me, according to people who know me.... It's the "Story of my Life" haha. But just so you know.... This review will be the furthest thing from a "Dear John Letter".... Because today, There will be absolutely No Breaking Hearts! In fact, I'm going to do the complete opposite!! I am going to write this review with Pure LOVE and I promise you that I will do my best to... "DOT all of my i's and CROSS all of my t's!" So sit back, get comfortable and watch me closely as I Virtually put this "Pen to Paper". In November 2025, while casually walking Pine Street in Downtown Paso heading towards the Cowgirl Cafe for breakfast, you know for a fact that I window shopped every single business along the way. As I approached Sealed With A Kiss, I couldn't help but CHUCKLE & SMILE as I looked at all of the fun things they had in their window display. The tea towels with clever sayings... The decorative signs with witty messages... It was just what I needed to brighten my day and have a little laugh to myself. Yeah, Right, then, & there... I knew that once breakfast was over, I definitely was coming back to see what other fun things this place had in store. Once breakfast was over and before my food coma set in.... I wanted to see what this shop had to offer, maybe even pick up something for back home or even gea gift. From the get go.... I saw a whole wall full of custom greeting cards with fun art and even funnier messages inside of them... Move over Hallmark, because the creative peeps behind these custom cards definitely don't have "Writers Block". Fast forward to a full & satisfied belly from a yummy breakfast at the Cowgirl Cafe and I was now ready to shop. Upon walking into Sealed With A Kiss, we were immediately greeted and welcomed with a smile. We freely browsed all of the fun, eclectic items in store and I had a good time checking out their custom greeting cards with funny little messages. We did purchase a flour sack towel for our kitchen with California Poppies on it and it is now proudly displayed on our stove. The gentleman behind the counter and the lady working in store were very kind and we chit-chatted a bit on where we were from and how long we were in town. To simply "Put it into words"... We as the customer felt welcomed and were happy to give them our business. So.... The next time you come to Paso Robles, I encourage you to come check this place out and leave your own "stamp of approval." For now, I'm signing off and you are free to mark this Review as...
