Always professional, always friendly. I have always had the best service from staff. Clothes come out perfect.

Plaza Cleaners is located in the Woodland Plaza aka "Albertson's", UPS, and others. With easy parking in a shared lot, I'm always able to pull right in right in front, or worse, a few spots over. Bernice set the tone for a great experience. Very nice, and knowledgeable. The prices are fair, but not cheap. After all, is anywhere? It's double from pre-pandemic. They do a nice job overall. Recommended. read more

Very service-oriented staff and garments have been returned in excellent condition. Additionally, transactions have consistently been very smooth with little delay. read more

I took my son's suit and my husband's vest for a wedding. The items were ready in I think 3 days. The items were pressed well and it was a good pricing. I would definitely return. read more

I really liked visiting this dry cleaning place. My dry cleaning was taken care of quick and price was reasonable. Staff were friendly and courteous. read more

I had a silk sweater cleaned. At first she charged me for it. When it came off the rack it had fallen off the hanger and she asked me if they could press it. I said yes. When I got it back it had a stain on it. She said they could not get it out. It would have been nice to know before I paid! read more

Let me just say... they got the stain out! STORY I rescued a dog in San Diego area and upon picking him up from the rescuers ( Felt I was rescuing him from his rescuers) I needed to give him a bath because he was in a filthy pen. I took my white button up shirt from Thailand off and placed it on a brick wall. I had no idea that there was black mastic/silicone or something on the other side of the wall. This is where Plaza comes in. THEY FIXED IT! Enough said... read more

New ownership possibly? Not the same fun customer service I'm used to. I sped a lot of cash here. Snotty cashier not willing to help another and they had lost one of my shirts. Not seeming to worried about it, telling me it will show up and had me pay for it today Let's see if they call me with the missing item. Plus tried to charge me $68 for a $28 ticket. Get it together Plaza! read more

Have used them for years and they always do a good job. No complaints. Easy to find parking and they have decent hours and prices.

I would give zero stars. I dropped off a dress and my husband's suit. Came back a week later. They said there was a stain on it and it needed to be cleaned again. (What stain??? I didn't have any stains, it was just a cleaning before the summer started). They asked that I pay for all my dry cleaning including the dress not done yet. I came back a week later. Dress still not done. Returned a week later again and they said they can't find the dress. They offer store credit?? Um no thank you. They offered to pay for dress if I have a receipt.. give me a break. They didn't seem to care that the dress was lost. Im still trying to settle getting my dry cleaning bill to get reimbursed as well. Still hoping my dress turns up. I'll never go here again read more

After checking out Yelp to see where to take my wedding dress to be dry cleaned, I decided on Plaza Cleaners. I called ahead of time to get an idea about pricing. The prices sounded fine to me, so I gathered my things and headed on over. This place to me when you walk in is like any cleaners spot really. A place to walk in and drop your clothes at the counter and then behind the counter is clothing for days. The gal at the front desk was super helpful and guessed right at the pricing she gave me over the phone. Due to the pricing seeming so reasonable, we dropped off my husbands pants, vest and shirt to get dry cleaned and pressed as well. The turn around was quick and from what we can tell they did a great job. read more

This is my first dry cleaning experience at this place. I picked up my dry cleaning on Thursday- it's just a wool jacket that they charged me $15 for. I didn't mind paying although I thought it's a bit higher than what I was used to pay for dry cleaning in the Bay Area. I didn't check their work and today while getting ready to go out with my husband and kids, I was amazed at how dirty my jacket looks! I mean I could have spent my whole day rolling a lint roller on my jacket and I would have done a better job!!! It looks like someone just shoved the lint on the collar area and called it a day and charged me $15! Due to limited dry cleaning places in this area, I might still go back there and tell them upfront how dirty their first work was and I'm absolutely unimpressed. Not sure how their Atascadero location is but I'll probably try them first before spending another dime in this location. I need a lint roller! read more

Had to bring my dry cleaning here as they're open later than my normal place and I couldn't get there on time. Big mistake. My wife went to pick up my uniform and advised me that they didn't have my shirt. Apparently it was sent to the wrong store. I stopped there after work and it still wasn't there. Had to wait forever for it to get brought from the incorrect store by the delivery driver, and the staff was less than helpful during the process. If you value your time, go somewhere else because Plaza Cleaners makes it clear that they do not value your time. read more

I recently got married and the wedding was outdoors. The bottom of my dress from the knee down was ombré White to tan to brown from being in beautiful but dry dusty fields and I wanted to get it dry cleaned, since it's not a typical wedding gown, and is just a long white dress. I would love to wear it again sometime. Plaza cleaners had great reviews and they were close to home so I went to give them a try. The staff was friendly, took care of me quickly, and had my dress and another white sweater ready in just a few short days. I was in no rush but appreciated the turnaround time. Prices are appropriate. They did a great job and my dress and sweater and bright white again. Almost like new. Thank you! I'll return again when I need something dry cleaned. read more

They do a fine job, but the dry cleaning costs more than the clothes! Not many dry cleaners in town, so not much of a choice. But, man do they really have to price gouge so much? read more

1st time customer. Easy in and out inside Albertsons parking lot. Short on pressies, my Saturday afternoon drop will be ready Tuesday.

They were able to get butter out of my new coat and leggings! Such a relief. It did take longer than expected and I was told I would get a call when my clothes were done but I never did. However, I am still very grateful for the stain removal! read more

I dropped of a pair of pants and a shirt to get dry cleaned on a thursday, the gentleman behind the counter was having a hard time finding someone's graduation gown, ask me if I was dropping off, then ask for my phone number and I told him that I needed it by Tuesday morning. Tuesday morning I stroll in and gave the lady behind the counter my phone number and sat there while she put in all of my information into the computer. she then shows me the pants (that weren't done) and couldn't find my shirt, she then tells me to come back after 4. I told her that I said that I needed my shirts and pants by Tuesday morning for a job interview. She returned to looking around and asking other workers. She told me that she was going to see what she can do and would be calling me in 1 hour. I left and went home, after 1 1/2 hours, I called her to see what's going on and she told me that both the shirt and the pants are ready for pick-up. I went in to pick them up and I did not even get a "sorry" or anything else. I used this dry cleaners out of necessity but I don't think I will be returning here. read more

Fairly new to the area, a neighbor recommended Plaza Cleaners for dry cleaning and I'm so glad they did. I have a favorite dress that's delicate chiffon material and it came back looking brand new, same with my custom made kitchen curtain, it had baking stains from the holidays and they still were able to get them out. Plus very friendly customer service. Very pleased and will definitely use them again! read more

I sent my suede purse to them in Demeter 18. They told me it would take 2-3 weeks cuz it needed to be sent to LA. But I haven't heard about it for more than a month... I was worried that they lost the purse so I called them on January 25. The girls can't locate my purse and said only the manager can and would tell manager to call my ASAP on Monday. But I never got a phone call on Monday. So I called on Tuesday. This time they told me the manager would call me back within an hour, but again, she never did. So.. I called again.. cuz I was rly worried that they lost the purse. Finally they said it was ready for pick up on Friday. I really don't mind the long wait time, but this frustration?!?! If you can't remember to give a single phone call to a costumer, tell them to call back later. read more

My elderly friend that I help out with driving has been coming here for many years. In the two years I have picked up his dry cleaning I am amazed at how great the customer service is! The women at the front desk treat he and I like family and his clothes are always ready on time AND they are impeccably clean and pressed. Once in awhile I splurge and bring my husband's dress shirts here and every time they have looked great and have been well worth the money! read more

I had a precious family heirloom quilt that needed cleaning. The lovely woman at Plaza Cleaners looked at the nature of the soiling and stains, recommended the best way to clean it, and inspired confidence with her knowledge. I've gone to Plaza Cleaners ever since I moved to Paso and now I work at a place that utilizes their services for our uniforms. As a person who wears dress clothes to work every day, I am very particular when it comes to dry cleaners. I take my clothes to Plaza Cleaners once a week, and they've done a fantastic job every time. My clothes come out in perfect condition every time, and they have even helped me out with an alteration here and there. My clothes are always done by the time they tell me upon drop off. I can always count on the staff to be courteous and professional, especially Doris, who greets me by name every time I come by. Definitely give Plaza Cleaners a try if you haven't already! read more

I have been a customer of Plaza Cleaners I admit I am a loyal customer There have been a few times when clothes needed to be redone but they always do it with a smile on their face and an apology Nobody's perfect... I LOVE Doris at Plaza cleaners!!! Everyone there has always been very friendly and accommodating. They do a great job and will get your cleaning done when and how you want it. Tell Doris "Mary" sent me! An after note...I went in with my comforter and asked if it could be cleaned by the next afternoon. Doris assured me she could have it ready. The next day I was so busy getting ready for my company and hat I had forgotten about my comforter. At 4:30, Doris called me and asked if I had forgotten my comforter! Once again, hometown service with beautiful, sunshine smiles!! Thank you, Doris!!! read more

I have been coming here since 2009, when they donated money to support a 9/11 tribute project at Paso Robles High School. They have always been able to accommodate me. This past Friday I came up needing my suit pressed for a meeting Monday. They told me to come back in 15 minutes, and sure enough they had took care of it right then and there. I was extremely happy. I will continue to support Plaza Cleaners for many more years. read more

Crisp, clean shirts with great service!

As a new resident to Paso I was so disappointed in the service I received from PR Cleaners I was told to try Plaza Cleaners from fellow co-workers. I was definitely not disappointed today, Doris was so friendly, she told me exactly what I would be paying with no hidden fees involved. The owners Mark & Sherri definitely are blessed to have a wonderful associate as Doris on their team. I wish them nothing but success. read more

Went in the other day with a friend that was picking up his clothes. The lady that helped him was Doris. She is a hoot and a half. She retrieved his cleaning quickly. Asked about how his family was doing. Smiled the entire time we were there. She asked me who cleaned my clothes and advised when I got tired of them come see her. After the most entertaining 7 minutes, I was convinced to bring in my clothes the next time I was in Paso. Doris made my day. read more

If I could give negative stars, I would. My experience was much like some of the other negative reviewers. I dropped off some clothes (17 shirts and 2 pants) to them on 7/31/15. The woman that helped me was cordial and I told her what was in my bag. I asked for a company bag when I returned to pick up my clothes. She said not a problem. She told me they would be ready on Monday the 3rd of August. I returned on the 8/3/15 at 5 pm to find 16 shirts that were done and one shirt she said they needed time to "work on a stain" She showed me the shirt and it looked as though it was icing from a donut or something on a small part. It was dry and simply flaked off when I rubbed it with my fingernail. But, I went ahead and let them keep it to be cleaned off. The next day when I returned I mentioned I was there to pick up the shirt and the two pair of pants that were not in the first pickup. I got the shirt but the attendant said "there was never any pants in your bag". Further, she said..."I remember checking you in and you had said there were pants so I was gonna call you when I didnt see any.." Strangely, she newver called. Bottom line. Pants are gone. Incredibly...The shirt that I picked up was not cleaned at all. The same icing stain was on it. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! I simply removed it with my fingernail. I took the shirt and promptly told them I would never be back. "Good luck finding another place" is what the attendant said to me in a condescending manner. I know of two other people that have lost items here. I will NEVER be back. Terrible service. read more
