It can get busy, and some machines do poop out - but even with that there has always been availability. I also like the fact that the owner is often on sight, making improvements or just the rounds. It shows a good level Of care and attention.

The good: ======== * Handy app (PayRange), easy to load up with funds from credit card, paypal, venmo, or EBT * Lots of machines sizes depending upon your need * Generally, kept clean * Easy parking * Opens at 6am, and I had the whole place by myself The Not-so good: ============== * Using the app for machines is a little kludgy, using bluetooth * Wasn't able to use the vending machine with the app. It finds the machine, but doesn't allow purchase * Overall, a bit pricey for the washers, but they're quick and dryers are reasonable and fast, also

The owner is also very nice. Located in a strip-mall with a yogurt shop, Subway store, Radio Shack, GNC, CVS, the Grocery Outlet, and the Dollar Tree, Burger King, and several restaurants nearby, customers can do some shopping while their laundry is being done. Parking is pretty good depending on the time and amount of patrons at any given time. The shopping center itself has plenty of parking spaces, nevertheless. There are also carts that can be taken outside of the facility for loading your laundry to and from your car. My wash always comes out clean and the prices seem reasonable for front-load washers. The dryers are large and can handle big loads of clothes at a reasonable price. This is my favorite laundromat in SLO county and the only one I use.

Out of courtesy I checked in with the lady that was working just to let her know that I had blankets and it would be a quick wash and dry. I was denied service stating, "we are closed, last load is at 730pm". If you chose not to allow customers to use your services past 730pm, than anyone with any common sense would know that the hours are 7am-730pm. The lady working there wasn't rude, but very matter of fact and concrete. If you choose to work in customer service, you should be a bit more flexible. Very disappointing!! The fact that the owner responded in a timely manner speaks volumes therefore I've changed my rating of this business. Thank you for your attention in this matter, much appreciated!
