This was after my husband and I spent a day working on the vacuum cleaner. After speaking with the owner, we decided that it wouldn't be worth the labor and parts to repair it. However, knowing that my husband wouldn't stop trying, I asked the owner a couple of questions. He very kindly told me how to remove the old parts and tricks to put the new parts on. Long story short - we spent another 6 hours working on the vacuum - finally getting it running (not without arguments LOL). I have never in my long life, had a repair person spend that much time helping me, when he already knew I wasn't leaving my machine with him.
