He worked on each of my old exercise equipment. Made each one feel like new. He gave focused attention to every piece of equipment. If you own all equipment that other people are unfamiliar with, this is your guy. He's great at both brand new and old products from all different lines. Don't waste your time with anybody else it's well worth a service visit. A+ company will use them every two years myself.

Even though I disagree with their posted corporate ammo limits, I understand that it is the company who sets that policy and not the employees. However, What I can't abide is a tyrant who will sit there in front of the posted policy and tell somebody who waited 2 hours I won't let you have 3 boxes, I'll only let you have one Box of 38 (1/15/21). Today I watched him tell the customer in front of me "I am only going to let you have 1 box .308." Even though there was more available, And when I asked to buy the 3 boxes of Mini shot shells he (Not big 5) is restricting me to 2 boxes. I gave this location 2 stars instead of 1 because other employees have followed the protocol and treated me with respect.

She came over, took the suit that i had adn was looking at (there were several identical suits on the wall where i was, but she chose to take the one i had in my hands). I took another suit and continued trying to parse out the sizes). She never did bring any new info; i had to just try them on, which is why i went in, so that was okay, but no, not helpful. I guess i was thinking that -working there- she might know. Or have a size chart to guide me. She was going to Google it, but i know how to Google, too - how is that 'help'? She got quite bristly, and i finally said 'maybe i'm just b!tchy today to try and break the icy interaction, and i tried to avoid her - she brought no help and it felt like she -what?- didn't think i could read because i was on crutches?? idk, but it struck me as not only unhelpful, but a condescending to just take things from me that i was looking over myself. The selection was great, and i found a suit that fit. I also picked up fins to play with at the pool, as they were sturdy and just the right size while being reasonably priced. I almost didn't; i'm retired and don't need to hurry. I almost left a few times interacting with her. The dressing room had marvelous handrails in handy places. Everything was clean. I went to another floor representative to ask about the fins, as the woman i was talking to didn't seem familiar at all with sports equipment. She may have been new, but in that case, maybe her owning that learning curve might ease interactions. But there was no owning any of her pushy 'help', to which she was bringing no knowledge or inside information, nor did she ask anyone else if they knew more about suit sizing. I hope she gets more conscientious of her walk-in customers; brick and mortar stores need good help, not just place holders.

Big 5 has Belly Busting prices [with the multitude of email alerts] and some equipment & supplies to make either a dent in your waistline [not in your wallet] or at least impress your diabolical iwatch, which is always spying on my Coach-Potato ways. My demonic iWatch conspires with my dastardly iPhone to constantly defame me/you on my/your slothful ways. Mark my words, it even tracked your slothfulness for the whole duration of the pandemic. You get NO CREDITS for even living thru this nightmare, nor saving you & others from disease, nor death. It is ruthlessly judgmental & belongs in North Korea & not here. I am almost sure Kim Jung iLL had some hand in hacking these devices to demoralize patriotic people like me. The big Kim J. iLL or KiLL for short is really suspect. If you have a SUMO-C-19 Ultra Jumbo Belly you definitely need HUGE GRIPPY KNOBS on either your bottom or on your soles, not souls. While you are busy gawking at the all the Gizmos on sale, at this almost lone relic of Brick & Mortar Pre-history, you may find other stuff you may not need. Since you are a guilt ridden rabid iWatch tormented confused ovoid human, you may even buy a Hydration Backpack. Even if you happen to be overtaken & overrun by blind arthritic decrepit rabid Rabbits, at least they can have a drink to go with one's bloated obese spherical shape.
