The absolute worst experience. They say their return window is 90 days, it's been 2 weeks and they couldn't find the item with the phone number. What is the response from them... well you can just buy it again. WHAT?! Don't waste your money. Go to ANY other kohls. I went to another kohls and they found it and gave a refund within 5 mins. Truthfully, it's a okay store. The only problem is that Kohls as a whole does not respect customers in the slightest. They don't hire many people to allow for your time in store to be quick. Everyone in there is always stressed cause of the ridiculous demands from the highers. The price of stuff isn't worth the item itself, trust me. If you are a new shopper looking for a brick and mortar that has fitting rooms I would also stay clear. The workers are swamped from front to back and the fitting rooms look like the Tasmanian devil ran though it. I used to work here, it's sad how far it has fallen. Always love coming to Koles. Needed a white shirt for a funeral, found one for half off. This is a great place for a very nice shirt that can be discounted heavily. I always find good looking polos or button up shirts here for a good price. This is a real nice Kohl's always seems to be clean and organized. Plenty of cashiers to get you through quick didn't stand in line long. It seems the Christmas rush is already in full swing. read more

Kohl's features mostly name brand clothing, shoes and accessories. The prices are nothing spectacular although the store here is alway well maintained, neat and well organized. One review said the prices are "super expensive" but they're just department store prices for high profile name brand products. Those are ridiculously expensive everywhere they are sold. The best time to come, as with many name brand stores, is during the clearance seasons when clothing is discounted 40% - 60% and is affordable to the "rest of us" who aren't as concerned about it being the past season. That's when you can find very nice items at a much more affordable price. They are also an Amazon drop-off point for Amazon returns. When you take your return to Kohl's you also get a coupon for 25% off one order. That can also be combined with the clearance prices so you really score big if you happen to have an Amazon return. I have been there a lot because it is close to me and I shop a lot on Amazon and have maybe a return every 5 or 6 week, and all the times I have been there I have never been treated rudely by anyone. I will admit that I almost never see anyone working on the sales floor, but that seems to have become the norm for all retail stores today. read more

I was having issues picking out some bedding, however a worker by the name of Shandi was able to greatly assist in not only in the purchase of some simple sheets, but really nailed landing a perfect blanket to go with everything at a great value. Recently I moved and she was also able to help me find some other stuff I actually forgot to get for my place. 10/10 took perfect care of me and would highly recommend going when you get a chance! read more

I went into the store to purchase some sunglasses, and I was treated very rudely and unprofessionally. I asked the manager Marcia if she could help me with some sunglasses because my eyes were hurting and were sensitive to light. She said in very loud and rude tone: "this isn't A class service. Just pick a set and move on. I'm not here to cater to you". She rushed me and wouldn't even let me try on more than three pairs, and told me she has better things to do with her time than help me out. I felt very hurt and offended and could not believe a manager could speak to me this way. I was not expecting A class service, just basic decent human behavior, I will be reporting Marcia to her boss, Karen, and will be filing a formal grievance to HR. I shop at kohl's all the time, and have never been treated so poorly in all this time. Marcia deserves serious disciplinary action. My eyes were literally hurting all day and I was in pain and discomfort, there was no need to be so rude to a person already having ophthalmology medical issues. I am a medical doctor and if I ever treated a patient this way, I would be fired. read more

Most the time, the only reason I come here is just to return an Amazon package. It's super convenient cause it's close to my house. The other day I stopped to buy some cookware because they give you a coupon after returning an Amazon package. Everything here is super expensive. I'm not sure how they say in business with it being so overpriced. I also took a look through the women's clothing section. The sale items are pretty cheap but anything not on sale is super expensive. Left with only buying one thing, that I actually ended up returning. Employees are hit or miss. Some of them are really nice and some of them are really snarky. The store is also kind of messy and just feels very unorganized. It's kind of hard to find things. Would definitely recommend if you want to return a package but wouldn't recommend shopping here. read more

Awful price match policy. Manager first lied about not doing price matching. Then she came back saying we have to print out a sheet showing the item we want to match in order for her to honor. The lady checking us out tried to sell us on the Kohls card multiple times as an alternative to get the price, even though we were visibly frustrated. I always find Kohl's may not have the highest quality items, but if you catch them at a good time, you can get a great deal. However, you should NEVER pay full price here. Not only can you catch widespread deals over the holidays (Labor day, Independence Day, Black Friday etc) but I've found 25% off coupons available online as well that can be used in-store. Keep your eyes open for 'Kohl's Cash' when you spend above a certain amount, which is essentially a rebate on a future purchase. I love coming here for holiday sales and grabbing the things I need for the house.. new towels, pillows, sheets, for pretty cheap. Kohl's is clean and typically has a large selection of clothing, accessories, shoes and housewares. I expected them to have at least a small area maternity clothing but I was disappointed. I found a teeny tiny corner with bedraggled looking maternity clothing and no selection to speak of. Lately I noticed Kohl's has been selling some awesome character t-shirts - Harry Potter, Disney, Pokemon, and assorted vintage characters. It's a hit with young and old. read more

After noticing their lack of concern for this, I chose to forego purchasing anything at this store. It is completely uncalled for to racially profile an individual, or profile them in any way shape or form for that matter and shame on the manager of this store for not even caring to ask who did this to me. Every time I get tricked into coming here by some random mailer coupon I regret it. I spend over an hour aimlessly walking around trying to find something "I need" I go up to the register only to find out my coupon that brought me in to the store in the first place isn't valid on my item.. I try again to no avail, get frustrated and then throw coupon in trash and go home only to do it again every few months. They do give military discounts on Mondays but honestly it's not even worth it. They recently started taking Amazon returns and everyone is frazzled and the selection is the same as a Target or TJMaxx at the same price. I never find any worthy gifts here either. I tried for an hour to find a shirt for my basic mom and a shirt and jacket for the hubby and came up empty handed. Kohls is an overpriced WalMart and the employees don't spend enough time organizing the shelves, especially the kitchen section. I will try my best not to return, even with a coupon. BEWARE! Mislabeled clothing rings up more expensive prices than are on the signs and when a manager finally comes up to the register she says they always have this problem. My first and probably last time here. Customer service is non existent. My husband spent 45 minutes on a chat with the customer service only to be told to call customer service and we got transferred 3 times to 3 different customer service officers to be asked the same questions over and over again with no solution regarding an order and told to call back again in another 30 minutes as they do not have the service to call us back and they do not have a supervisor that can help us with our order. Will not recommend anyone to shop here and will definitely take our money elsewhere. The customer service officer actually told us to cancel our order and resubmit again but should be cancel our more than $300+ order, we will definitely not resubmit again and take our money elsewhere. Total waste of our precious time. Customer service just transferred us to the 7th person and we have been bouncing to and fro for the last 4 hours! Horrible horrible. An excellent example of why online is kicking brick-and-mortar butt. I went there on a Monday afternoon to purchase a new electric razor, which the website said they had in stock. After looking in both the men's department and the small appliance Department, I couldn't find it. So I went to one of their help kiosks and pressed the summon help button --- 3 times. No response. Nothing. So I walked out. I will order the razor from Amazon, get an immediate response, and get it delivered in two days because I have Prime. So much for trying to keep my money local. And reading some of the other reviews for this location, I fully expect to receive an impersonal form letter response from Kohl's social media which will frankly make me feel not at all better. read more

I will say I've seen good and bad Kohls but this one is the worst. The men's department is as organized as a yard sale given by a mad man. I go in for Dockers or dress pants and the shelves are a mess of mismatched sizes, clothing turned inside out and pants on the ground. The racks are no better with sizes being in the won't places, in the wrong brands area and sometimes not even the right product. This was the last time I go back and try to sort through this mess which had been EVERY time I go. They do not seem to care about the men's area as I have never seen it organized or even clean. One anal retentive person could sort that entire place out. Its a mess, shoes are no better. Good luck finding the right shoe under the display. The Kohls brand is being insulted by this store. There are several things that I love to come to Kohls for. 1. The shoes. They have a huge selection and you can sometimes catch a decent sale. 2. The sunglasses. Can never have too many $10 pairs. 3. The shorts. Just bought a cute pair for $14. And their sizes fit me well. 4. The super sale racks. They are always up with most items 70% off. I don't always find something but it's worth the trouble to rummage around to discover the occasional $4 skirt or pants. 5. The men's selection. Hubby can always find cool shirts here for cheap. 6. The surprise sale. You know that happy feet feeling you get when the item you are purchasing is soo much less than the rack said, you know, like you just got away with robbery or something. The only complaint I have about Kohls is the Misses shirts. Even tho I'm in my 30's (cough, bullshit) I still like to dress like a teenager. I can get away with that at Dillards and other stores, but here, even their XL tops just won't cut it with my figure. They make me look silly, like a 30+ yr old trying to dress like a teenager. And that goes for their bikini tops as well. Not a one had the acreage necessary to cover my lady pillows. So Kohls. It is what it is. I go there alot but have to supplement it with other stores that cater more to big-breasted teens (get it out of your heads, guys! shames on you!) read more

Never. Ever. Again. I give this place one star only because the customer service was adequate...they had bad news to give multiple times a day from what I could gather.... Went to return a Christmas gift (shirt) on Christmas weekend - got in line, and waited. Overheard a customer trying to make the case about his return - he kept saying "can I pay the difference?" - didn't really pay attention till it was my turn.... Okay, the shirt is listed @ $54... my family would NEVER pay that much for an article of clothing (TMI alert: the family gift limit was $50 and I got two shirts) - that coupled with the fact that I had no sales slip (gift or otherwise) I knew I was at Kohl's mercy... Me: I'd like to return this shirt... Clerk: You have receipt? No? That shirt is currently on the clearance rack for $4 and change.... you have two choices - a store credit of $4 and change or an even exchange credit of $5 and change.... Me: Why the two different totals?? Clerk: The even exchange is just that - one item, no money/credit if you spend less than AND I couldn't use the higher amount and add money to it (and then I remember the other customers conversation) Me: Wow - Store credit it is.... I was going to leave and say EF.IT, but the sane part of my family (the missus) suggested that we see what the sales rack had to offer.... We checked the 80% off rack. We checked the 70% off rack. The cheapest shirt I found (which matched the second shirt I got...) was $10... on the 80% off rack. So either they have a 90% off rack (which they had no items to place upon), or something is really rotten at Kohl's, cuz $54 with even a 90% discount did not match either credit or exchange price...... So I brought the shirt - PAID to take it out of the store.... and will never darken that place again. read more

I would give zero stars if this was an option. I walked in to this location at 9am. When we entered the store there were literally hundreds of bugs everywhere. I was grossed out. I took photos, I even took some recordings so you could see the bugs were alive and well. I got over the bugs because we really needed a swimsuit for my daughter. We headed over to an extremely disorganized rack of children's swimsuits and found a few for her to try on. As she was trying them on she noticed a bug on the floor in there. I was waiting right outside the door so I told her to take a photo of it. As she tried taking a photo another bug ran across the floor over her foot. She panicked and dropped her cellphone , shattering the screen. WAIT...THERE'S.....MORE...SHE THEN FOUND PORNOGRAPHY ON THE FLOOR ON A POST CARD......YES...MY TWELVE YEAR OLD HAD HER VERY FIRST SIGHT OF PORN IN A CHILDREN'S DRESSING ROOM. NOW, REMEMBER WE WERE THE FIRST PATRONS IN THE STORE. THE DRESSING ROOM HAD OBVIOUSLY NOT BEEN CLEANED FROM THE DAY BEFORE. I was livid, I spoke to Lee the manager and he laughed about the bugs and made a comment about how "easy phones break" and then when I mentioned and showed him the PORNOGRAPHY he chuckled and said "oh we hire a third party to clean at night, I guess they'll have to do a better job". I am furious about the phone, the bugs but most of all about the PORNOGRAPHY. I have contacted their corporate office, not sure what they can do to rectify this situation. Unbelievable deals! I can't believe the clearance sales they have. Amazing markdowns. Numerous times I have gotten top quality clothing for a few dollars or sometimes even less than a dollar. How? Because they generously offer Kohl's cash if you spend $50 or sometimes they just send it in the mail to you. Unlike most coupons, Kohl's cash has few restrictions. The prices beat thrift stores and instead of getting a 30 year old shirt with a 6 inch coffee stain in front, you get new top quality clothing for almost nothing. I almost start to feel guilty sometimes. Even when I buy regular priced running shoes, I still get a good deal. This location always seems to be ripped to shreds, and never has a variety of sizes on display. Then why do I go here? Well, it is the most convenient store to the house...and usually when I go here I'm looking to pick up a few things, as I was yesterday - and I was sort of in a hurry. Also, they consistently send me coupons, so I generally always have a percentage off. While they have a lot of stuff, when you look at the clothes racks and displays, they *always* have only one or two sizes available in each style which is really obnoxious. Its like they only order one or two of each size and when they run out of a size..oh well. I would probably buy a lot more here if they ever had anything in my size. Their petites section is also very limited, and gets even more limited when they roll out their coat or swimsuit section which is pretty annoying - but I'll be fair and mention that this happens in all Kohl's stores. The staff at the registers were really helpful yesterday, and even though they were busy they were moving people through fairly quickly. The lady even offered to use a better coupon than I happened to have, so I saved 5% more which was really cool. Anyways, 2 stars because I've experienced better Kohl's locations...would give 2 1/2 if I could, for the helpful staff, but 3 seems like a little too much. read more

As a guy who is not trying to be trendy or hip, I simply appreciate coming here for good selections and prices when I need to shop. They also have great selections for my family while I have personally needed to return some ceramic cookware that was chipped and Kohl's did not bat an eye at the problem. They allowed me to swap it out with no quams. Overall, I appreciate the service, the store layout, and the items they offer. *side note* Security was extremely nice one day when they helped us locate my daughters purse that she set down and forgot about (she's 6 and easily distracted as all kids are) and it was a "big girl" relief for her to find it on her "big" shopping day and all of her money still inside. This will a generous star rating given to this store by me. So, if you walk-in this store wanting to collect your online order, you will be ignored 100% Not to ignore the fact if you are a person of color or a family. The cashiers will be attending the customers in line for checkout.There is no one at the order pickup counter. The manager will walk straight to the counter without greeting you. She will go through your pickup process very discreetly. No smile or a welcoming look in her eyes or face. She will just hand you the plastic package that is kept ready for you and place it on the counter in front of you and ready to walk off unless you interrupt her and respectfully use kind words to remind her to place the package in the store bag. She will not even wish you a 'Good night' or 'thank you for shopping with Kohls'. She will just give you a cold shoulder attitude. So you now think if you want to go there to shop or avoid Kohl's completely, down the road, since it's not the only store in town. The look of hate and her gesture is simply beyond acceptance. It's such a shame to be a MVC and being treated this. Give this some thought Kohl's you need to train your employees some customer service protocols. read more

I wish there was a place to give ZERO stars. I walked into this store today because I had to do some returns and had a gift card. So after completing my returns (With receipts, so no I didn't get screwed) I decided to look at their blender section since I was thinking about purchasing a blender, why not use the gift card on that! Its not like they sell Nike or UA golf pants and I was really gonna have a hard time spending my gift card there. I see they have the Ninja XL blender for $139.99 and every other retail store has it for $99.99, so I take the product up to the front to check out and low and behold there is no cashier. Then a manager asks an associate folding jeans to jump on, I then asked her if she would price match the local competition seeing in how PRETTY MUCH EVERY retailer has this item @ $99.99 (Frys, Best Buy, Home depot, Lowes, Wal Mart, Target etc) She then states that she will need to see a paper add and that my phone that shows all these retailers within 10 miles of her store have them A) For $99.99 and B) Shows they have them in stock. Hey you dumb, lazy manager would it be too difficult for you to pick up a phone and call said retailer using the UNIVERSAL PRODUCT CODE ask them if they have it in stock and the price? Was that too f*$king difficult for you to do, or are you just that stupid? I have almost $200 in gift cards to Kohls that will be traded online for a more reputable retailer.
