Date of visit: October 10, 2026…read more Been on the lookout for some Winnie the Pooh/Eeyore framed art I saw online for my mom but this is the second bust at a Marshall's. Nevertheless, I was able to find some cool clearance snacks and a candle, too, of course. The clearance was quite plentiful, and I am glad that I didn't snag a cart of a basket as I surely would have purchased more. Staff at the checkouts were very friendly--the cashier reminded me a lot of my niece that also works for the TJX Companies--and I was so glad that i didn't get hassled about a credit card as that annoys me greatly. The store was a touch cluttered (was hoping for a "B" mug but they only had other letters), though otherwise it was a decent experience and I would stop again if I was in the area.

In Henderson this is our only Victoria Secret where we can shop at a bricks and mortar actual shop. If you need to be resized for all those fun reasons they are very professional here. The fitting is done privately and in a fitting area away from the public . Then you are given a choice of different styles of bras to help you make a good choice . You can visit the Pink store which is located around the corner in the same store for active wear. The Pink collection is just too cute. They have vibrant and colorful unique designs to choose from! They make us feel playful and confident. They stock and have great deals with the lotions and mist products that smell so good! We always need to smell like roses or something else. How about a spray mist and lotion combination for your skin and hair to make sure your heart rate stays high and you continue to fall over and over again with the day. Then pass this passion onto others. The staff here will make your visit so happy . Make sure and sign up for the rewards. You even get a bonus for your birthday. I'm super surprised I've never reviewed this Torrid, as I've been coming to shop here for many…read moreyears. I like the employees that work here. I've never had a bad experience. Everyone has always been super friendly and helpful. I appreciate that they set up fitting rooms for you while you shop but they also leave you alone if you just want to browse. The store is well organized and pretty clean. The newer styles will be near the front and then it moves back into the clearance and intimates. I love finding "finds" in the clearance section, sometimes you can get a super good deal. The only thing I think that can be worked on is the fitting rooms. They need an update because they look really run down and smell really weird. It's hard to try on clothes when you desperately don't want to touch the ground, walls or bench.

I've shopped at multiple Torrid locations since the brand was born. While I do like the fashion…read morediversity of the brand and the size inclusion, I cannot recommend this specific location. The mall is great, but the staff here are outright offensive and discriminatory towards customers. I had a great experience midweek picking up an online order and I took advantage of the additional discount for buying additional items while I was there. Today, the store manager decided it was prudent to eavesdrop on a private conversation I was having with my disabled daughter. This "store manager" made outrageous claims and threatened to inform her district manager about me. This same "store manager" refused to provide even her first name. The issue was that the so called manager was demanding the other associate to help customers while she stood behind the counter appearing to not be doing anything. While waiting in line another customer jumped the line and this "manager" helped them without any delay. When my daughter looked at me questioning what was happening we began talking. The associate ordered to help customers was struggling with basic tasks such as inputting a customer phone number for their rewards program. She was friendly, but slow and appeared to need additional training. Training, service, and the issues my daughter and I observed were discussed while waiting for the associate to retrieve my paid order. My primary concern is the disrespectful behavior and unprofessionalism of this supposed nameless manager. Not only did I call her out for discrimination when she claimed it was acceptable for her to interrupt our conversation, but also claim I was being loud. Perhaps a loud whisper is her definition of loud, but when my daughter has multiple disabilities including hearing loss, this "manage" is discriminating against the customers of the store. Then to threaten to tattle about my concern to her DM is just comical. I'd LOVE to speak to her DM! 0/5 stars. I would never recommend this location due to this middle aged blonde "manager" and her behavior. I will not shop this location ever again. I am debating canceling my store card and never spending one more dollar at any Torrid location as this attitude seems embedded into the culture there.

I walked past Windsor knowing that would be my last store, since I knew I'd definitely find something in there. The store is pretty decently sized and great if you're looking for something for a special occasion or even just something casual. I think most of my prom dresses are from here and even dresses I've worn to weddings, too. They have a great, affordable selection of evening gowns and they are all so beautiful. It's organized by color so if there's a certain color you're looking for, it's pretty easy to find. I didn't need an even gown, but rather just something sparkly to wear for NYE. I ended up liking everything I tried on. I couldn't select so eventually an employee was walking past and overheard my conversation of debate. She helped me pick the perfect outfit! It was so nice having her help. Their customer service is so outstanding that I don't feel cluttered or like they HAVE to say hi to me and say a certain phrase. It feels super organic, like a friend trying to help you shop. I love it! There's definitely something for everyone here and the style is super cute and trendy. Definitely recommend!

Since Hollister's last review was from like four years ago, it's totally necessary for me to update…read morethe community with my own. Ok, I was in middle school when Hollister and other related trendy brands were SUPER huge amongst preteens and tweens. Like every kid I knew began wearing clothing from Hollister once I started 6th grade. Every time I went to the Galleria at Sunset when I was in middle school, I would ALWAYS buy all different types of clothing from here, from shirts to sweaters to pants and even perfume. I remember when they used to be on the first floor next to one of the department stores, now they're on the second floor next to Bath & Body Works. It has been a VERY long time since I stepped inside Hollister, I think it's been almost 20 or so years since I last bought something here. I was looking for some new clothes for my upcoming trip to Europe and wanted to make a quick stop here before wrapping up my trip to the Galleria. I ended up buying a really cute green sundress (pockets included, score!!!) and a matching green sweater. Usually, I fit in a small, but I got a medium in both of these, just a case a small wouldn't fit me. In most cases, clothing in a medium is too big for me! I tried them on when I got home and they both fit perfectly. I can't wait to wear these with summer coming up just around the corner. Hollister is nostalgic to me and I want to come back again on my next trip to the Galleria. Everyone working there was so nice and helpful, too!

NOTE - [*** There a a 2nd rating for a different salesperson, Marianna, who gets a 2 star]. - END…read moreNOTE This 5 star review is for Ria (sorry if spelled incorrectly) at the Galleria Mall. She was the nicest salesperson. Very respectful, cheerful, nice, and especially helpful. Even though she was busy, she was considerate and helped us every time we asked her a question. She definitely has excellent customer service skills! She needs to be provided a raise and a promotion! Now there was another girl that was rude and dismissive, her name was Marianna who, if she is a supervisor, or manager over Ria, she NEEDS TO BE DEMOTED BELOW HER!. She was rude and dismissed us when we were at the register asking a question. This was when she "informed" us (while Ria was looking for an item we already asked about and we were waiting for her) she was busy (showing another rep something at the register) showinganother employee something even though initially she wasnt.. I have no problems if someone is training someone but that does NOT mean you need to be rude and dismissive to a customer, especially since I wasnt being rude and was respectful to her while she's looking at me with disdain like Im not worth her time. First of all, Im an adult, more than likely make 4x as much as her, and ive worked retail as well before.. I spent close to $200 in that store and If my daughter could've passed on her purchases, I probably would've kept my money and moved on but I wouldn't allow someone's else's small mindedness ruin her shopping trip. Hollister needs to not keep people like this cause if I go in there again and come across the same attitude I will definitely not be spending anymore funds there and I will also be notifying other military to spend their money elsewhere. Ria is a gem so please put someone such as her in charge who knows how to treat customers and works hard cause she was hustling with a positive attitude and a smile! If management wants to contact me about this please do. But again, Marianne seems to be full of herself and needs to not be in a higher position, and if she is, she needs to be replaced by Ria. Someone who will help the image of your store instead of destroy it. Marianne needs to be demoted and re-trained on how to treat customers.
