Not the cleanest of knolls stores. It is a clientele issue more than a staff issue. It is impossible to follow every visitor around and pick up after them. On this visit one associate tried to do just that. I commend him on his effort. He was deligently working in the shoe section trying to keep the shoe boxes in order and on the shelves. I put one box down to get another and he was on it. There was no way for him to know I hadn't abandoned the new shoes. A+ effort on his part to keep his section organized. Check out was quick even with the expected, "if you apply for a kohls card you save..." shill. I like that when you buy clothes you get to keep the hangers. The hangers are space savers because they have the extra tab to hang another hanger from. They are great for getting more out of your closet space. read more

Older lady who was the cashier for cashier number 6 today (April 18th) was absolutely rude to my mother. My mother was just asking questions and she had the audacity to tell my mother "ooohh she don't know nothing." I asked her to repeat herself because I was shocked by someone saying that to my mother and she repeated what she said again. Keep in mind, my mother is Asian and with the current sociopolitical climate of the world right now, I DO NOT have any patience or tolerance for people who openly disrespect others like that. The womens restroom here is disgusting. One would think that at 10:25AM in the morning that toilets would be clean, and that toilet liners would be available in at least one stall...So gross!!! This one is the closest to my home. I don't like the men's or the women's clothing here, but I do come shopping for my boys. Specially with all the coupons that I receive for my kohls charge. Kohl's offers so many coupons and $10 off coupons when you spend over 50 on some days. Never been asked for help here though. The lines are confusing because they don't have a divider. My wife went to the store with my nine month daughter, of course she is carrying a diaper bag as a good mother. When she went into the store and pass by an employee she heard from far on the employee radio someone on the other side saying "is there walking a lady with a big bag and a child passing by, watch her". It was wear for her but she did not put any more attention to that. So she went through the store checking stuff that she wanted to buy. Little by little she notice that the same employee with the radio was following her everywhere making her uncomfortable. We understand that there are dishonest persons out there and the store has to have a loss prevention plan, but is so sad to see how unprofessional and indiscrete they can be. This USE to be one of my favorite stores. However, this pass weekend I went to buy converse for myself and my son. I needed red Converse every single pair i looked at was dirty. So, i asked an associate if they had some in the back that were cleaner(NEW- since they are charging full price), she came back with a box and said, these are worse! I asked if they give discount since obviously the shoe was used, it was dirty from the top and bottom even in the sole. She said, oh no.. we will throw them away before giving a discount. I don't understand how they can sell converse at full price in that condition.. I understand ppl are trying them on, but it was ridiculous. She Refused To Check The Prices On The Clothes, She Wouldn't Even Use The Phone At Her Register To Call And Ask!!! Although this store was a bit messy, my wife and I were able to find everything we needed and the staff was very friendly. Since this store isn't too busy (except during the holidays), you can pretty much guarantee a close parking spot. Also, Kohl's continues to run their late night/early riser sales almost twice a month now. The hours usually are Friday, 3-11PM and Saturday 7-11AM, I believe. read more

I've always been a loyal and good paying customer since Kohl's came to my area 11+ years ago. Well for the first time I am really PO'd with them as a company. Received a notice that they are raising the APR for purchases to 26.74% and I quote "The change to your APR for Purchases is being made because your APR for Purchases is lower than the APR for Purchases we are offering today to new customers" What kind of BS is that? Have they ever heard of rewarding customer loyalty and being a great paying customer who paying way more than the minimum payment each month!! When I called customer service, they said they won't do anything. Now I am left to ponder if I am going to cancel my account? I am definitely going to be complaining to corporate or anywhere else I can find...so if you see this & share my disgust, please start complaining where you can too! I came here yesterday and all I ask is for more handicap parking. There is a total of 3 spots for such a large store and they're always filled. Me and my mother circled the area and saw around 3 spots just for associates of the month and way more for merchandise pickup. 3 times we've ended up having to go to the front of the store and dropping my mother off with her wheelchair there and then finding a spot far away, it's such a hassle we dont even want to go back anymore read more

Wife and I Shop here often for clothes. Discounts and coupons keep us coming back. Quality of clothing is great for what we use it for. Stay with brand names if concerned. Just got a fantastic deal on American Tourist luggage, compared to on line pricing!!!!! Yahoo! The clientele does tend to disrespect the store. I am amazed at the thoughtlessness of some folks. I'm so used to being at multiple Kohls with more employees. Usually when I'm looking for a specific item, there is always someone around to ask for help, but here you really have to hunt a person down. I also think this is a busier Kohls than others because some sections are always messy. Just went to kolhs in chino with my brother in law. He stopped by the fire lane and got off to return a package at Amazon. While I was waiting in the car a young lady wearing a red vest working for kohls came out and asked to move the car. I said the owner was coming and she being very rude and unprofessional said "I hope you get a fucken ticket". I was shocked and didn't say anything back as she walked away. I have never had an unpleasant experience at this Kohl's until today. I go to the Amazon return center to return my item only to find a woman dressed in a zookeeper costume (I assume she was a supervisor, as she was assisting an associate) openly insulting and berating the customer in front of me for a simple misunderstanding. Then, when it is my turn, she yells at me for taking my item out of the bag, and then proceeds to berate and interrupt the associate who was assisting me. This associate was as sweet as can be and was clearly new, as she was unsure about a minor detail regarding the return policy. There was absolutely no reason to disrespect and humiliate her in front of a customer like that. While it is possible that she could have just been having a bad day, I certainly hope the company makes an effort to invest in some sensitivity training for their supervisors. I am absolutely not the type of person to write reviews like this, but watching this kind of blatant disrespect for other human beings makes my blood boil. Sheesh! read more

Customer Service was not friendly, uninformed about company policy for price adjustments and indifferent. They did not seem to care about customer experience or new customers' return business. It is unlikely that I will return. Buying is easy, but as soon as money is exchanged it appears you are trapped by the purchase if it goes on sale in a few days. There were many excuses about why a simple adjustment could not be handled and they all seemed to blame it on the customer (me) not having the "right receipt", on-line receipts are not acceptable. I normally shop at Costco and they make it easy to return things or receive adjustments (which I do not make a practice of unless absolutely necessary), it's too hard to do business with KOHL'S. I asked a Supervisor to help and she was nicer, but came to the same conclusion that it could not be done. read more

I don' think the employees here are very knowledgeable about their own store's policy. I read online that they will match prices if I find a product cheaper elsewhere. I brought in an ad from a local store and brought it to customer service. I asked to have the product price matched and the girl who was helping me didn't know if she can so she asked her coworker next to her. Without even double checking, her coworker immediately said no. I was tired and decided to save my breath to fight it. I will just get that product elsewhere. Then one time, I needed help to use my Kohl's merchandise card at a Kiosk. The employee tried using the card and I had been telling him that I've already tried doing it that way a few times. There needs to be another solution!!
