Olshan completed our foundation stabilization a day ahead of schedule and restored the yard to its original condition; every rock, every shrub. Over the two weeks, I've sent three unanswered text messages, left several voicemails, and called the office multiple times. I was told twice I would receive a return call with an update, but neither call came. I understand repair plans can take time, but repeatedly promising updates and failing to follow through is extremely unprofessional--especially given the serious foundation and moisture concerns identified during my visit.
