I just found a bug in my food. I am beyond pissed off and grossed out. Back story: I am 36 weeks pregnant and severely malnourished and havent been able to keep any food down, im actually getting an IV tomorrow for it. I had a random thought that I should try eating a chicken salad sandwich from kneaders- its always been a favorite of mine. I got half way through and saw this. Just my luck. I'm so done. I got reimbursed- but that is the LEAST they could do. I'm absolutely livid.

Order at front they bring to your table. Love their fresh sandwiches. I got turkey that was freshly cooked, not deli sliced. Their breads are freshly made, enjoyed whole wheat bread that I had to take a loaf home; flavorful light and great value at $3.29. Best place to get a fresh sandwich with choices of bread. Sell pies, pastries, bread, etc.

Roast beef sandwich with very little beef for 10+$. I don't think I'll be getting that again.

The service is courteous, friendly and relatively prompt. The place is clean. I like the flavor of the food I purchase. But the value you get for the price you pay is questionable. Today I ordered a roast beef sandwich which was 10 and a half dollars. There were more onions on it than meat. Just one thin slice of roast beef made it very disappointing.

First time here, went through the drive thru. It's 9pm and we drove up to the speaker. I couldn't understand what the cashier was saying. She informed me what a veggie sandwich has kneaders sauce. I ordered that and this is what I got. It took me about 20-30min to get home. By the time I bit into my sandwich my bread was soggy and the pink stuff was jelly. I found some jelly smeared on the bag as well. I'm giving 1 star for my experience. With the many bad reviews I'm thinking maybe this place needs more man power.

Just drove across town to spend $55 on sandwiches. Get home and my daughters grilled cheese has no cheese on it. Called they said they could remake it for me. It's freezing outside. Between the price of food, gas to get back there and the Irish happiness of my child used to love Kneaders.

Best sourdough I have found in Utah! Not the fake stuff with vinegar and yeast.

The French toast was incredible, the butter-whipped cream was extreme and the syrup was wonderful. A great breakfast before you go boarding.

Yelpers, beware of the incredibly shady management practices at this location. It is run by a…read morefranchise group called Laguna Capital Partners, and they clearly care more about manipulating their online ratings than they do about their local customers. I used to be a regular here, specifically for the Hot Italian sub. Recently, corporate decided to discontinue it. It's an absurd policy considering they still have every single ingredient to make it sitting right there on the prep line, so I initially left a 1-star review on Google out of frustration. Almost immediately, a local manager left me a personalized voicemail. He told me the refusal was just a "pricing miscommunication" and explicitly promised that the store would continue to make the sandwich for me. Thinking this was a stellar example of a local business looking out for its regulars, I happily bumped my review up to 5 stars. It was a complete bait-and-switch. The exact same day I changed my rating, I received an email from an executive at Laguna Capital Partners completely contradicting the voicemail, stating they actually would not make the sub. I replied directly, attached the audio file of their own manager's voicemail, and asked for a simple "yes or no" clarification so I wouldn't waste my time driving down there. They completely ghosted me. They deployed a manager to make false promises to a regular customer purely to artificially inflate their metrics, and then hid behind corporate policy the second they got the 5-star rating they wanted. I explicitly told them I didn't want the free coupons they tried to throw at me--I just wanted to purchase my favorite sandwich. If you value businesses with integrity that actually care about the Cottonwood Heights community, take your money to a different sub shop.
