Breakfast date
Brigitte O.

Been to several Einstein Bagels and this is the friendliest, cleanest, most efficient location by far! This morning we had a less than a 3 minute wait! Even when we've come on weekdays in the morning they are helping the line move so people can get their breakfast to go before work. The longest we've waited was 15 minutes and that was when we had about 20-25 people ahead of us either in line or who had placed online orders in the mobile app and walked up to the pickup area. This morning we got the new maple bagel and the spinach bagel as a sweet and savory breakfast and both were good although they probably would have been better heated so if they ask if you'd like them sliced, say yes even if you don't plan to put schmear because I think that they maybe only heat the bagels if they're sliced? We've also gotten the breakfast bagel sandwiches here and our favorite is the egg cheese and bacon on jalapeño cheddar bagel (if you don't like spicy then the Asiago bagel is also excellent with this). The green chile bagel is another fantastic choice for any breakfast sandwich if you like a little spice. We plan to come back to try the hash brown bagel because what?!? The coffee is a little sour. Not sure if it's the beans or if it's the person measuring (maybe too much grounds and not enough water or maybe the urns need an extra scrub?) But it tasted like a strength thing. Although maybe it's premature so it's possible this is just how the people in charge of deciding the recipes like it. Next time I'll add water to make it less acidic. Overall a fantastic location with friendly helpful employees. There's no drive thru but trust, this location is FASTER than the drive thru Einstein Bagels I used to frequent and a lot friendlier which actually makes a huge difference in your breakfast experience. Nice being greeted by someone who isn't grumpy or ignoring you at the register lol. This location could train the other locations and show them how it's done! Gg and keep up the great work! Thank you!

Einstein employees being friendly as always.

Great experience today at this Einstein location. They were friendly and got our order perfect. My bagel was extra toasty just as I requested. The restaurant was clean and well stocked. Super friendly and accommodating to our specific requests.

Farmhouse and Brisket bagel sandos are yummy. Pickup order was on time and staff was friendly. I like the EB deco, but should bring back pre-COVID tables. Empty space between door and order line is off-putting.

Disgusting bagels are all flat

Disgusting bagels. Called 4 times to speak to a manager. No one answered phone. This cost $18?! Will never go back! Terrible service and quality!!! Look how doughy and thin these bagels are!!! They didn't even rise. Who cooked these disgusting bagels? Terrible service! If I could give zero stars, I would!

I'm obsessed with Einstein breakfast bagels. The Farmhouse is my # 1, and it's great with the default country pepper shmear, or substituted with honey almond shmear for more of a sweet and savory taste. You can put the honey almond shmear on just about any sandwich - it's phenomenal. This location is always pretty busy, but they're efficient and accurate from my experience.

We need more bagel places in Utah! Einstein Bros is one of my favorites! They have a great variety of flavors. You have to go early though because a lot of the time they sell out of flavors. The "shmear" aka cream cheese is good, also have lots of flavors. They got rid of my husband's favorite, the herb one. The employees are always nice and fast at getting the food out. I wish this location had a drive thru!

Definitely shareable portions. They also serve your bill in a cute little book which you can share your experience or even silly thoughts!

The service was uncomfortable and unpleasant, as we felt constant pressure to add extra items, making upselling seem like the priority rather than the dining experience. The server repeatedly pushed appetizers and suggested add-ons for nearly every dish without clearly explaining the additional charges. Even when we asked for recommendations, each dish came with an upsell (as suggestion to add something else to the dish), making us question whether the dishes were sufficient on their own. My wife was encouraged to add avocado to her Eggs Shakshuka, which turned out to be a $4 upcharge for half an avocado. I was ordering the Breakfast Burrito, which already includes bacon and several other ingredients, yet the server repeatedly encouraged me to add chorizo. When I finally asked if there was an extra charge, she confirmed there was. At that point, I became annoyed and changed my order to the fried rice, which I had enjoyed on a previous visit. The server then said the fried rice didn't come with a side and asked if I wanted to add fruit or something else. Based on prior experience, I knew the portion was already more than sufficient, as I hadn't even finished it on earlier visits. A few minutes later, the server returned and oddly asked, "Can I take your side dish, since you didn't order any appetizers?" - which felt both strange and an unnecessary comment. Our food was delivered by a different staff member. As we were taking our very first bite, the original server interrupted and said, "Now that you've taken a couple of bites, I just wanted to check how your food tasted," which felt awkward and poorly timed. We told her we'd let her know once we had actually taken a bite. Overall, this was not the experience we expected, and it's unlikely we'll be returning anytime soon.

It had a great menu with all the gluten free items clearly marked! I had a lemonade mocktail that was delicious but sadly no refills. I ordered the ribeye and it was cooked perfectly honestly the best ribeye I've had in Utah. My mom had the lettuce wraps and my sister got their pizza. We were all very happy with our meal! Honestly a great find! I would come back in a heartbeat!

Not a single open table. PACKED. And honestly... now I get it. I'll be real--I went in a little unsure. Most of the reviews are a few years old, and while there are photos posted by the owner, they don't say what anything is (which made ordering a bit of a guessing game). A few things I asked about were actually old specials... which was a little disappointing. BUT--this is where it turned. Our server went out of his way to ask the kitchen if they could recreate a taco salad I saw in one of the photos... and they said yes. Immediate gold star. And when the food came out?? Massive. Like... borderline shocking portions. My taco salad was on a giant Navajo taco base and LOADED--cheesesteak-style meat, fajita onions, peppers, lettuce, tomato, avocado, chipotle dressing, salsa... every bite was so good. And somehow it all stayed in place (which if you've ever fought a falling-apart taco salad, you know matters ). My husband got the fish and chips and I'm usually not a fish and chips girl--but this?? I'd order it myself next time. Flaky, moist fish with the crispiest, lightest batter. So, so good. We finished with cheesecake (raspberry key lime + blueberry sour cream). They were good and fresh, but not quite as wow as the entrees--just wished they were a little creamier and the key lime had more tang. But overall? We walked in unsure... and left already planning what we'd order next time. Safe to say: totally unexpected, totally impressed, and 100% coming back.

The food? Chef's kiss. The Breakfast Sandwich was hands-down the star of the table, with perfectly crispy hashbrowns and the most delightful, velvety hollandaise sauce that tied everything together beautifully. The mimosa flights were a blast (variety + flavor = win), and the interactive donut bar added such a playful, indulgent touch to the experience. A live DJ kept the energy up and made the whole brunch feel like a mini celebration rather than just a meal. If you're looking for a lively brunch spot with amazing food, great drinks, and an upbeat atmosphere, this place absolutely delivers. Can't wait to go back!

It took a long time for the server to come take our drink order, another long wait to get her to take our food order, and a really long wait for the food to be served. She didn't come back to check on us or refill our drinks. I flagged her down to get a drink refill and we sat around a long time waiting for her to give us our check and pay. The savory dishes here are really sweet, we got the birria hash and biscuits and gravy. We didn't like the dishes bc of the sweetness. I'm glad I didn't eat anymore bc we currently both have food poisoning. It was our first meal of the day and I know it was from here. Update: We went here yesterday after my dr appt in the area.
