I love bagels. Growing up in LA, we regularly ate and enjoyed many great bagels. Then I visited New York...changed my life bagel-wise. All to say, I love trying bagels wherever I am. In Utah, it's been sparse. But I loved The Bagel Project they first opened. But Rich's...I had discounted. I recently moved back from CA. My new favorite bagels are Rich's. Their bagels and cream cheeses bring all of my favorite things about the bagel-crunchy on the outside, soft and doughy on the inside, with the perfect chew. The cream cheese, often saves a bad bagel. Not at Rich's. All of their flavors are unique and only elevate the bagels. For me, their jalapeño-orange cream cheese on a sesame or everything bagel. Rich's! A total gem. Service was great. Workers are kind and welcoming. I had to wait about 7 min for my sandwich but he was making it fresh. Love Rich's Bagels! They are smaller than most, very chewy, and have great flavor. They don't have all varieties in stock every day, so don't get your hopes up for your favorite kind unless you're really early. It's so nice to visit a locally-owned bagel shop and you always meet a ton of regulars there. There's usually a wait, but I don't mind because the service is great and so is the food. Im always happy to support a local business over a corporate chain like Einsteins, it's just an added bonus if their taste is better too! Honestly, this place was super gross. That employees were not very helpful to get us a good sandwich. The inside couldn't really see the menu from where we are ordering so I think that is just kind of lame scientist improve upon just overall the ambience was fine. There's some dumb people in this world that have given this place any lower than 5 stars! This place is AMAZING - the bagels, the people, the COFFEE (Good local coffee from Millrock Roasters!!!), and has home-y vibes inside. The staff is always friendly and informative - helped me with a freezer bag for best freezing practices! By the way, totally can freeze and toast good as day of! Bagels are amazing and are boiled how they should be! Amazing flavors on bagels and shmear! And my friend has the salad with the pistachio dressing (she wasn't feeling like a bagel) and she said it was amazing. Hope people that rated this place low NEVER come back, more for me ;). My boyfriend and I have gone back to this place twice now for the chocolate chip pumpkin bread alone. The first time we came here, it was up at the front counter by the cash registers tempting us by looking so gooey and delicious that we had to try it. Neither of us even really like pumpkin bread that much, it just looked so dang good! We couldn't even wait until we got home to taste it, we had to unwrap it and eat it n the car and were so glad we did. It's so moist and fluffy and absolutely delicious. The first time, we made the mistake of only getting one. We learned our lesson quickly, as the pumpkin bread didn't even last the car ride back home (which was only 5 minutes away). The next time we went back, we got two - one for each of us. The bagels and cream cheese are great - I always get an everything bagel with veggie cream cheese. The veggie cream cheese has pretty large veggie chunks in it, which isn't my favorite, but it's still good and I've ordered it both times I've gone. The everything bagels are delicious, but definitely on the saltier side. This place is always pretty busy on the weekends, which is the only time we've gone, but the service is quick, and the bagels are good. And if you take one thing away from this review, GET THE PUMPKIN BREAD! read more

Surprised this place has gotten knocked for their customer service. If it was an issue, I definitely did not notice it this Saturday morning. Rich's bagel was a pleasant start to our morning with three great servers. We will definitely go back. Here is the rundown: 1)Food-The star of the show was those Asiago cheese bagels. If you like cheese, these guys toasted are amazing. The others bagels were cooked well and had a nice variety of flavors. The cost for two dozen bagels was 34 bucks. A little on the high side, but for these bagels, it was totally worth it. Their menu looked great as well, I will have to try out everything else. 2) Location-Plenty of room and super clean. Most people got take out, but it's totally fine to sit and eat. The display of food was nice and showed you the options. 3)The three ladies who were working there were awesome!! I have had Rich's bagels quite a few times, but never have been the the location myself. Decided to stop in for lunch today. I got a sandwich on an everything bagel and it was great! The veggies were all fresh and the bagels were perfect as always. I got a side of pasta salad and it was one of the best pasta salads I've had in a while. Lots of fresh veggies and a really refreshing dressing. Only complaint is I went in about an hour before close, and almost all the bagels were gone. Understandable on a Saturday, just sad as I wanted to get some for breakfast the next day. Also, the Asiago bagel from here may be my all time favorite ever. read more

Take a look at the sandwich! I've always loved riches bagels. They are a far cry above anything I've seen in this area. I arrived this morning for breakfast. The bagels were absolutely fresh and tasty, along with this breakfast sandwich and then I couldn't leave without a cookie! The cookie was also probably one of the best cookies I've ever had. Hit this place on Sunday this last weekend on our way up to ski and it's definitely a place we'll be coming back to often. I feel like it's pretty hard to find a good bagel place around here given most of the bagel shops are an Einsteins so I'm super excited when I find an authentic locally owned bagel shop that's actually good. I'm a huge lox girl so I got the lox on Asiago with chive spread and all the lox finishes. My husband got the breakfast bagel with egg/sausage/gouda and hot sauce and then we shared a pumpkin chocolate chip cake thing that was awesome. We were incredibly satisfied with both the quality of the sandwhich and the overall flavor combos and textures. Sometimes lox can get really screwed up if textures aren't dialed and you end up having a soggy squish pile of cream cheese, lox and bagel and it's not good. This place dialed it all in and everything was spot on and delicious. We enjoyed every bite and will definitely be back. They have a ton of bagel types and flavors and lot of vegetarian/vegan options available. Can't go wrong here for something fast and just a simply great bagel. read more

Ordered thru Uber eats today. This was a giant mistake. Ordered: Everything bagel with egg and cheese. This I'm sorry was the worst breakfast bagel I have ever tasted. No taste. Dry. Bagel was not good. Ordered a sun dried tomato, Asiago cheese jalapeño bagel. Plain cream cheese & pimento olive cream cheese. For some reason I got 3 bagels. Asiago cheese jalapeño was just Asiago cheese. Then whomever made the bagels put pimento olive cream cheese on all 3. Whole order was basically wrong. The app doesn't allow you to select which bagel has what cream cheese. Bagels tasted weird. They seemed to not be like regular bagels. I think I will do a hard pass next time and go to Einstein bagel. My daughter said her food was so gross she needed to find something else to eat to get the taste out of her mouth. $25 mistake. read more
