I wish I could give zero stars! We used to love this Kneaders. I go in to purchase several loaves of bread for sick friends, along with some dinner. One loaf didn't have ribbons. I asked if I could buy some ribbon from their large stock and they wouldn't sell me any, said only a manager could. Asked the manager if she might cut some ribbon, she wouldn't. Not the right manager to use scissors I guess. So much for customer service. Went to Great Harvest where they took great care of us. Sad customer service isnt a priority any more. read more

I'm kind of in love with Kneaders. It's my sweet tooth's fault. Their desserts are wonderful - cookies, brownies, cupcakes, pies, fruit tarts, that chocolate mousse dome thing that's like a delicious gourmet version of a Hostess Ding Dong ... they're all great. The paninis and sandwiches are all pretty good too. The service is usually very friendly and reasonably fast. The restaurant is pretty clean and has some fun & quirky decorations for sale that my wife loves. read more

The baked goods are deeeliiiiicious. I love the sugar cookies, the fruit tarts, the Napoleon's... the bread pudding is awesome but more for the whipped cream-y sauce that comes with it. The kids banana pancakes are also fantastic. The breads are pretty expensive and the pumpkin bread isn't very good. The sandwiches are okay but not phenomenal, especially not for the price. I've been to Kneaders quite a bit for breakfast, best French toast ever. It's $5 for all you can eat. I love it. Great Value. However, the lunch and dinner options are way way overpriced and inconsistent. I ordered a turkey croissant sandwich, it was $8 and I ate it in 6 bites. I felt robbed. My wife got bread pudding for a dessert, it's a corner piece about 2" by 2". It was like $6. I feel like calling the authorities for highway robbery, but every time I go, the restaurant is being run by teenagers. Kneaders is already expensive for the amount of food they give so it sucks to pay that much and only get chicken broth. I've ordered it before so I know that's not normally how it comes. I've been coming to this kneaders for a long time and I always have the same issue. They drive thru is ridiculous. Today we ordered 2 sandwiches and a cookie. It took 20 minutes to get our food. If you have a drive thru you need to know how to prepare and get food out quickly. The ft union location does great with their drive thru but Draper can't seem to figure out time management. The only reason I have continued to visit this location is a lack of decent restaurants off of the bangerter exit. read more

This is a fantastic Kneaders. It's right by my work, so I go pretty often. I love how friendly the team is. Seriously, a good staff makes the biggest difference and these guys are killing it! Not to mention the food...you guysssss their Turkey Bacon Avocado salad is life. They have got to marinade that turkey in crack or something because it is so dang good. I usually get a half of that salad with the focaccia bread. Sometimes I ask for extra ranch because their ranch is really good too and that bread dipped in ranch=heaven. Their soups are all pretty good, and their sandwiches are high quality. And their desserts. Let's talk about their desserts. After all, the "bakery" part comes before the "cafe" part. Every single one of their desserts and breads that I have tried I have loved. The pumpkin cheesecake, chocolate bread, pumpkin bread, Napoleon, berry bread pudding, key lime tarts, brownie cheesecake heaven bars....all. freakin. delicious. BUT my favorite of them all--it's seasonal--is the white chocolate cinnamon sugar caramel apple. They will slice it for you if you want too! It's the "healthy" dessert and the best one there. I feel like the wait for the food can be a bit. Granted, they take their time making sure your order is perfectly delicious, and this is no fast food joint. I've been look to eat less calories on my lunch hour so I've started having lunch at Kneaders 2-3 times a week. Their sandwiches are great and they have a plethora of soups to choose from. Everything is always delicious. Generally I avoid the baked goods now, but I've had them in the past and they are tempting. Their service is always excellent. Every interaction I've had with the employees has always been positive. Today the cashier keyed in the wrong sandwich and when I notified them I had the wrong order they quickly remedied the situation and more than compensated for the minor mistake. I also recently went in and got a gift basket. They made it beautiful and I was able to customize it to what I wanted. I go to Kneaders a lot and I always have a good experience. read more

Kneaders is not known for its fast customer service, but last night was the "straw that broke the camels back". We ordered online at 5:49 pm with a pickup time of between 6:00 to 6:15 pm. We arrived at 6:06 pm, checked in by text per the instructions on the sign in the parking lot, and received confirmation that our order would be out shortly. At 6:36 pm I finally went in and asked about our order. The girl asked my name and found my order slip still on the board. She pulled the strip and started to make my order just to inform me that they did not have the "12-grain bread" for the sandwich my wife ordered. I told her just to cancel the order, but she continued to fill my part of the order. I had to inform her a second time to cancel the order, she conferred with the shift manager who informed me he would have to go back to the computer to process my CC credit. The only good thing about this experience was the speed at which the credit came through. The drive-through had cars backed up out into the parking lot and the driveway, so it's obvious they were short-handed, but that is no excuse for poor customer service. Hire the correct number of people to keep the process moving during your busy hours. read more

This is one of my favorite places for breakfast or lunch! The staff is super friendly and helpful. The place is always super clean which is a plus! They have a huge selection of deserts and pastries to choose from which is nice to have a variety to choose from! I highly recommend their French toast if you go for breakfast. This restaurant is not the same. I ordered a salad and they had to remake it three times since the lettuce was so soggy and about to mold. The restaurant is absolutely freezing and we asked if we could turn on fire or turn up heat and the lady said she would check and just never came back. Okay so I just left meters and I got 9 items out of the bakery case. They asked me to step aside and wait. So I got on Facebook and waited and waited and waited and finally 15 minutes later I went up behind the counter and ask them what the hell was taking so long? They said "I will have your order right away". 5 minutes later somebody put the pre-prepared treats in my box and called my name. Kneaders food is ALWAYS what i crave it to be. Delicious from a healthy salad to a yummy cupcake!!!! The atomosphefe and staff is warm and inviting and worth a trip out, especially in the cold. They used to resemble what the design or animal that kneaders had chosen to represent that months holiday but lately the sugar cookies have been poor for an example I ordered a dozen last month which were small ducks and they looked like they had each gone through a series of strokes and lost control of their facial muscles... Great food and service! You can't go wrong ordering anything off the menu. It's a family favorite place to go for either breakfast or lunch!

I can always count on yummy food. My personal favorite is anything with the turkey in it. The turkey is moist breast meat pulled from the bone. There are so many choices of bread.
