Since moving to Utah, Kneaders is the closest thing I've had to a perfect Erik's Deli REO Speedwagon sandwich. I get the Turkey cafe sandwich with a little extra spread on the asiago cheese bread. I found three hairs in my French toast! So disgusting. I took it to go and found three pieces of hair in the whip cream and one on my French toast. The foods good but do they even wear nets?? We came here for dinner and it was ok. I ordered the chicken pesto panini. It was lacking any flavor of pesto. The bread was super soggy, which was disappointing considering it was a panini. Utah is very good at creating very good chain, cafeteria style restaurants. You have Cafe Rio, Rumbi, Barbacoa and tons of other places but yeah, I suppose Kneaders is one of them as well. Good for a quick meal, they have a bunch of awesome breads which is probably the main thing that sets this place apart. The employees are always cute, wholesome little high school girls from the area so when I order reeking of alcohol I feel sort of like a dirt bag. This location sort of reminded me of those stores that sell nick knacks made by some older woman where people walk into to look at the crap they're selling but never actually buy anything because it's all dumb and pointless. read more

WARNING - If you pre-order pies or rolls & Pre-PAY for them. There is no guarentee you will get your order. We showed up to pick up our order that we had PAID for and they had sold all of our pies. The customer service to help correct the situation was horrible. This is an example of a company who knows they have a good product but they could care less about their customers. Very disappointed. We are really angry with this place. Made an order when there were only 2 customers. They kept us waiting for at least 30 mins in the cafe and there were actually only me and my husband sitting there. We saw there were walk-in customers after us who got their food while we were waiting there. The girl who works in the cashier saw us and realized that we were waiting for a long time with no food. She went to us and offered us two cakes for apology. But then we kept waiting longer and no food was brought to us! The girl at the cashier did pay attention and tried to make it up to us. What if she didn't notice us sitting there forever with no food!? We don't know what the other people who work there are doing!? Finally we just chose to leave. Please better train your employees and take care of your customers. We have had mistakes on our orders in the past and keep asking ourselves why we even go back. read more

Kneaders is one of those places that a gift card led me to try. I had a turkey bacon avocado sandwich and a cup of broccoli cheese soup. Both were delicious and I was quickly stuffed. I would eat here more often if it was a little less expensive or if I had more gift cards to spend. :) read more

The raspberry bread pudding with the special white milk sauce and whip cream is the best bread pudding I have every had. I will go there late at night for a special treat! Request that the bread pudding is warmed up before they serve you. I like everything else at Kneaders--salads, sandwiches, but the bread pudding is the best. I could drown myself in their cheesecake brownies and cookie bars without having any regrets. Their avocado and feta salad is my favorite item to eat here, my son loves their pb&j with a sugar cookie kids meal; their sandwiches to me just aren't worth the price as the items are scarce. I think I just honestly love their turkey, it is so delicious and melts in my mouth. Why doesn't my Thanksgiving turkeys taste like this, hmm?! A work meeting brought me to this location for the first time. Not being from the area I was unfamiliar with the Kneaders brand. I was impressed. Loads of sandwich and breakfast items and a cool country vibe. Wasn't hungry as I had eaten at the hotel so I ordered a loaf of French Country Sourdough. Took it home an enjoyed it with our lasagna tonight for dinner. Great flavor and very hardy. read more

This location has always been a good experience for me. Sometimes I come by to grab some French toast or just a bagel sandwich. They have always been pretty quick with the drive thru service even if it's. Strange request like getting lots of Cholula packets for my food. We ate at the Draper location last night with our entire family including grandparents. Unfortunately three people got food poisoning. The oldest started having stomach cramps almost upon leaving the youngest at age 11 spent the evening throwing up. We also had an adult mother that got sick. The only thing we could tie it all back to you out of the party of seven is that these three ate the broccoli cheese soup. On calling the manager this morning we got a "oh no I will let the staff know what to do.". Unfortunate, the sandwiches were good and typically the soup is but our experience was horrible this time. read more

I have been to many Kneaders locations and this one is not so great. Went today and the drive through was incredibly slow. Also I got my turkey cranberry sunflower salad and it was missing sunflowers and the cranberries. Also the turkey didn't look good. I like the quick servuce style of eating here. The dessert case at the entry makes it hard to order anything else, but I did enjoy their sandwiches. There was a mix up with my order, but they were extremely nice and quick about fixing it. It wasn't busy for a Friday night. I had the turkey cranberry croissant and it was great with really roast turkey (not deli slices but pulled turkey). My husband said the rueben was OK but the bread got soggy. TERRIBLE Really the experience I had here was awful. I ordered a call ahead order (ordered the night before to be picked up the next morning). First, it took hours to get anyone on the phone, which i had to do because the online ordering didn't allow me to pick the date I needed. I spoke to the manager Amanda who assured me (eventually when she answered) that the cinnamon rolls would be ready the next morning. We showed up the next morning; no cinnamon rolls (not the cinnamon rolls i specifically ordered and in fact, they didn't bother to make ANY cinnamon rolls, no Amanda, and no explanation. My co-worker drove to another Kneaders in W. Jordan and with zero issues whatsoever, got the rolls and we were done. I understand now why Amanda wasn't available that day...she figured it was her day off so she didn't much care about the order. Don't bother with this place. The food is better at other Kneaders anyway. Still don't have a refund on my order either. read more

I have loved Kneaders for a long time and usually get lunch there at least once a week because of the fresh salads. Over the past year or so I have watched as portions have just kept getting smaller. It started with the pie, then the sandwiches had less meat on them and now the full size salads are the size of what the half size used to be. It is a disappointment and I don't think I will be returning anytime soon as it is not worth the expensive price tag anymore to only get half of what you used to. read more
