Banana and chocolate tarts
Robin T.

A nice bakery with tasty treats and coffee/espresso. We had a latte and a mocha. As you can see, they look pretty similar. I would advise asking for extra chocolate if you're ordering the mocha. We also had the chocolate and banana tarts. They were tasty, with fresh whipped cream and attractive decoration. The bakery has breads, cookies, tarts, and other baked goods. They are open morning through early afternoon and have indoor as well as outdoor seating. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

This is a cute bakery nestled in a strip mall in Sandy. The gentleman working behind the counter was so kind and patient and you can tell that he is very passionate about what he does. They offer a variety of cakes, pies, and pastries. We ordered the apple caramel danish and lemon cheese danish. Both were delicious and perfectly flaky. They also sell homemade loaves of bread that we would love to try next time. Definitely give this a try if you are in the area!

Cute little bakery (not a lot of dine-in space), so it's perfect if you want to grab something to go. Staff is friendly and helpful when asking for suggestions. Delicious sweet and savory options, and my favorites are the pecan pie and lemon meringue tart.

If you have eaten here you have tasted passionate artistry. There is a finesse in every aspect of their shop. Grateful to enjoy their treats.

Such a nice, fresh, clean, delightful bakery! Everything about this place is exceptional. I don't think they have seating but there's plenty of room out front for a couple of tables and chairs. I could be wrong about indoor seating. It's tiny. I think they do espresso. I'm not intimately familiar with their entire menu but I will say that visually, it is a treat! Plus the food is good, especially their croissants. I don't know that there are more flaky, buttery croissants to be found anywhere.

I searched a few different sites, it can be hard judging cupcakes just by a website, and frankly it surprises me that in today's digital world people still have such awful websites. I landed on Heaven Cupcakes because their website and social media profiles are up to date and look great with a variety of cupcake designs. I chose to go with a 3 flavor variety pack of 12, and I emailed to ask if they would do something special on just 1 of the cupcakes for my wife. I wasn't doing a custom order so I was just thinking I'd get 12 cupcakes with standard frosting and then maybe 1 with something special. The box got here this morning and OMG, they are beautiful. They had asked what my wife may like and I mentioned she's pregnant and really into Lucky Charms. The cupcakes look like a classy, fashionista blend of flowers, fashion and Lucky Charms. I am blown away by what they did. AND THEY DELIVERED THEM TO MY HOUSE! If I could give 10 stars I would.

It has a cozy, inviting atmosphere. I ordered the salmon en croûte, while my companion had the grilled salmon. They seemed to enjoy theirs, and I absolutely loved mine. The puff pastry was light and not overly heavy, and the sauce was well balanced--not too rich, but still flavorful and complementary to the salmon. The wild rice on the side was good, though I did not finish it. We also ordered the falafel as a side, which was interesting. It was not quite what I expected (possibly not chickpea-based) but still enjoyable, just not something I would necessarily order again. Overall, a wonderful first experience. I would definitely come back to try more of the menu.

If you're looking for pastries that are as stunning as they are delicious, Fillings & Emulsions…read moreabsolutely delivers. Their fruit-shaped creations are little works of art--so realistic it almost feels wrong to eat them... almost. Each pastry is fresh, light, and packed with flavor. The pistachio was incredibly tasty, though definitely on the richer side, so it's one you might want to savor slowly. The raspberry had a beautifully balanced sweetness with a vibrant, delicious filling. The lemon was very zingy--almost intensely so--but still delightful if you enjoy bold citrus flavors (just maybe not an entire one in a single sitting). The standout, though, was the mango. Easily the winner. It had such a bright, powerful flavor, and the fresh mango inside made every bite feel special. Everything about it--from taste to presentation--was just beautiful. The only slight letdown was the macarons. While still good, they didn't quite match the intensity and uniqueness of the pastries and felt a bit underwhelming in comparison. Overall, this place is a must-visit if you appreciate creative, high-quality desserts. It's clear a lot of skill and care goes into every piece. I loved the building that the pastry shop was in, as it had a "lunch room" feel to it. There are a few restaurants inside so there are options and there's plenty of seating.

The sweet cashier recommended Strawberry & Mango, so that's what we got. They were delicious! I think the mango was my personal favorite. The location is in a food mall, which I wasn't expecting but it was so cute inside. I wish we had more time to check out the other vendors but we'll have to come back. On a separate note, it was kind of hard to find a trash can.

The lady helping me was very polite and made sure to tell me at what temperature the cake would be the fluffiest to enjoy. Before I left she asked if she could get me anything and there were so many tasty-looking treats it was hard to decide! I decided to go with the Apple Danish. It was so freaking delicious! I was always mesmerized by the building-it looked like something out of a children's book. I don't recall ever going inside, although I might have. Fast forward many years to when I finally made a visit with my adult son. The place still has the same charm and appeal that it did decades ago-the ornate railing, the over-the-top signage and the catchy window displays. The display cases were full of an assortment of goodies-and we opted to try a peanut butter cookie and a glazed donut-two solid choices that we were both happy with. So why the three star rating? The young lady who was working the register was so unwelcome that we felt awkward just being there. She gave off vibes of being annoyed and interrupted as well as incredibly bored. I would have loved to talk to someone about the history of the business and learn a little about why it's special, but she was barely interested in ringing up the order. Perhaps they can get by on their legacy alone, but with service like that, I'd be concerned if I were the owner.
