There's a few things I look for in my fried chicken and they check all the boxes. The sizes of the pieces of chicken are similar to Church's and larger than KFC. They tend to under season the chicken compared to their main competitors, but that's easily solved with a little gravy (which is pretty good) or hot sauce. The pieces are also quite crispy and don't hold too much excess oil/grease. I also appreciate good sides and they offer a refreshing coleslaw that doesn't look like it's radioactive like the Hulk and the potato wedges are a nice alternative to regular fries.
