I always enjoy using the klinke cleaners in Verona because I get the laundry in by 10 and it's available by four. The customer service is always great, the gentleman working the front counter is always professional and fast. I enjoy the drive through service on the times I'm in a hurry. I will continue to use Klinke cleaners because there establishments are the best for dry cleaning in the madison market. read more

Never used a self service check in and checkout before, but everything went smoothly. The convenience of getting there at any time to drop off and pick up is great. read more

Be very...VERY careful dealing with this Klinke Cleaners store. I'm was visiting in Madison and needed a pair of sweaters dry-cleaned and about 10 lbs. of clothes laundered. I was very clear, mentioning twice to the manager that only the two sweaters were to be dry-cleaned. He chose *NOT* to inform me that the by the pound 'wash-and-fold' service was not available to walk-in customers (it's a pick-up/delivery service). Instead, he took the 10 items and dry-cleaned everything, turning what should have been a $50 bill into a $100 ripoff. The manager of this store is dishonest and will try to talk his way out of the situation by claiming that their customers, "...should know the store's policies." WRONG! An honest manager let's the customer know that they've made a mistake so that the customer can then make an informed decision about whether or not to get the more expensive service. read more

Lost my suit jacket after i wore it once. Did not take ownership of their mess up. Blamed it on me and refused to replace my jacket. Couldn't wear my suit to my mother in laws funeral. Tried to call the owner after the first guy said they would not replace it and never received a callback. I would definitely pass on Klinke. read more

Have been a customer of Klinke for YEARS - they do a great job!!! Clothes come out looking like new and you cant beat the turn around time (in by 10 done at 4). On the large items, like down comforters, they are clean and fresh in a very reasonable amount of time. The locations are very convenient and the people are great - I have rarely seen anyone in a bad mood there (which is saying something in the customer service industry). The Klinke in Verona is in a small shop complex one block East of the main intersection. they have a drive up window if you cant (or don't want to get out of your car). Their blue bags for drop off make dropping after hours a breeze and make corralling dry cleaning at home a breeze. Keep up the good work Klinke!!! read more

Extremely friendly staff! They do a great job, and clothes are always ready when promised. I love the drive-thru option when picking up my items, it makes an otherwise annoying errand quick and easy. The store is clean and conveniently located. I admittedly haven't been to many different dry cleaners, but I am very happy with the service at the Verona Klinke. read more

Whatever you do, don't trust Klinke Cleaners in Verona, WI with your wedding dress!!! I can't speak for their other services, but their wedding dress services are HORRIBLE! I had a bit of dirt on the bottom of my dress that I wanted cleaned before my wedding day and brought it in to Klinke Verona to have it cleaned. After bringing the dress home I took it out of the bag and noticed there were black dots all over the front and back of the dress that were not previously there. Looking at the bodice, I saw that all of the lace was now falling off. Extremely upset, I called Klinke to tell them they ruined my dress and was met with a very unconcerned reaction. They told me to bring it back for them to see the damage. When I brought it back I had to tell them to refund the cleaning fee, they didn't even suggest it. The man working said he could try cleaning the stains but I was afraid he would make it worse, since he created them in the first place. He then said he could have their alterations company sew the lace back on, but once again I didn't want them touching my dress again. So he said they would pay me for the dress, but would need to send it to corporate. I had 3 weeks until the wedding and didn't want to be left with nothing, so was left with a damaged, dirty dress with nothing to resolve the fact that they were at fault. I was devastated! After I left a bad review on a survey they sent, corporate called me right away and offered the same services the Verona location offered. By this time I had already sent the dress to a trusted tailor to hopefully fix the damage. The man said they would pay for the alterations, but my tailor didnt charge me because she felt sorry for me. Anyway, Klinke ruined my wedding dress 3 weeks before my wedding and couldn't even offer compensation for doing it, without taking the dress. I am extremely disappointed with them and don't want any other brides to experience this horrible situation! read more

Friendly staff, and the dry cleaning is always ready as promised. I appreciate the fast service and enjoy using the drive up which is most handy when I don't want to get out of my car. read more

I like this branch of Klinke. The current manager, Alfonso, always greets me with a smile. They are quick to get my order done. On the rare occasion that I've had to have something redone or touched up, they've been accommodating and made it right. I will continue to use them. read more

Have been using Klinke Cleaners in Verona for over 5 years now. I have always had great care from them and the employees have always been kind and happy. We have had shirts, sweaters, comforters, etc cleaned with no issues. Would recommend to anyone to use them in the Verona area. I have been going to Klinke's for years. They do a great job on my husbands dress shirts. If a button is missing or cracked they replace it. Alfonso and Sammi are always helpful to give me all information I need to meet my needs. I will continue to drive the extra distance to Verona for their service even though I have a drop off location in my home town of Mt Horeb for a different company. You guys rock. read more

I initially came to this location purely because of the convenience of the location. I was pleasantly surprised. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the turnaround time for getting your clothes back is extremely efficient. The drive up window is also very convenient. I do find the rates for dry cleaning to be a little higher than other dry cleaners, but they do offer coupons and specials, and they have the "Hanger return" program, and that helps off-set the cost. read more

Convenient with the drop and drive through. Manager very accommodating. Bumped it up to 4 stars because they surprised me with an unjammed zipper on my pants. read more

This Klinke Cleaners lost two pairs of my husbands pants for two weeks, including the ones he got married in. Every time we called in the person had no idea that there were items missing and claimed to "check the whole store" and find nothing. He had to keep following up daily, they never contacted him like they said they would. After being told we'd have to contact corporate and re-buying one of the pairs of pants so he could wear a suit to a wedding, they found the pants and said something about a new employee. Essentially, they were there the whole time, the staff just didn't actually look. They barely apologized and offered nothing for the hassle. We will not use this Klinke Cleaners again. read more

I've always had friendly service at this Klinkes. Had an issue with a Santa costume lining coming undone and they had it fixed for me. Great at getting out greasy food stains that I couldn't get rid of completely. read more

I've been going here for a couple of months and I have no complaints. I like the drive-thru window.

I brought 3 shirts in to get laundered. When I picked them up they were so wrinkled I question if they were ever pressed. When I took them back to get redone I dropped off two suits to be pressed only. When I picked up my order this time the shirts were average and the jackets had more wrinkles when I dropped them off. At $3 a shirt and $11 per suit (for a press only!) they are not worth the terrible job they do. I will not be going back. read more

Have had no issues here. It is conviently located for us. Dry clean what I need cleaned. Staff has been friendly. We don't have a large amount of stuff to be dry cleaned, but have always been treated right. read more

This is one of the most tidy cleaning establishments I've ever used. The location is convenient to get in and out of. Alfonso Ruiz (Manager) is ALWAYS friendly and super efficient. We had one issue with a pair of new pants that came back with a large stain that wasn't there when we dropped them off but we told management about it and we were eventually reimbursed for them. We use their coupons from the back of grocery store receipts and also print the email coupons so this helps cut the cost. read more

A situation happened with a comforter. Not sure exactly happened, however, it was ruined. Silvia was a great listener and an asset to the company. She apologized for the mistake and worked with me to correct the situation. Customer service seems to be lost in todays business model. I was happy to see that Silvia put the customer first and suggested a solution that was agreeable to both parties. I will certainly return to Klinke Cleaners, knowing they'll be there to help, should a situation arise. Thank you Silvia! read more

Klinke is an easy and fast way to get dry cleaning done in a pinch. I do have to say a couple of times my husband's white shirts had a yellow ring around the neck and we had to take them back, but they fixed the problem with no complaint. read more

Alfonso is always on top things at Klinke Verona! Super reliable, super friendly.

This Klinke's store location is new to me. Not knowing this stores routine and going to the counter, I was impressed from the very start. So friendly, very attentive, and immediately welcoming. There was no hesitation in helping me make good value options with my first batch of cleaning. They will have all my cleaning business for sure. read more

Haven't had any troubles although I noted too that their appears to be a large amount of turnover at this location. I wish their pricing structure was easier to understand with the coupons etc. I never really know how much it actually costs to have my dry cleaning done there because the pricing isn't listed anywhere in the store and is very convoluted. Staff is always friendly. read more

I have been using this location for the past year without any issue. My clothes are always ready the next day without any articles missing or anything burnt. Service can be a bit slow after work due to the size and location, but my wait to check in is never over 10 minutes. I will continue to use them moving forward. read more

worst cleaners ever clothes came back with more stains then when they came in very expensive and ruin 4 of my silk shirts complete failure of a company oh and the staff was rude read more

Great having Klinke Cleaners in Verona. Very convenient!!!

The results have been inconsistent. Sometimes the pressing leaves wrinkles and creases in the wrong spots. The wrinkles appear like there was too much heat for the fabric. The upside is that they are really nice and try to make it right if you bring it to their attention. Another positive is the turnaround time - same day service is great. Drop it off on way to work, pick it up on way back home. I just wish I could drop my laundry off in confidence that it will come back great. Instead I feel like I have to look it over before heading home to save a trip back sometimes. read more

This Klinkes is far better than most and there is rarely a problem. When there is Alphonso does a fantastic job making sure everything is straightened out. Alphonso and his team work hard all year long to make certain that everyone in Verona has access to timely dry cleaning in a professional and friendly environment. I especially like the Senior Discount and I would recommend them to anyone who asks. read more

If I could give this establishment a 0, I would do so. Today ,when I picked up my order, I realized the white sweater I brought in was now gray, a designer blouse had a bleach like stain (which was not there upon my dropping the item off.) After the clerk tried to blame me for the item being brought in in this condition, she conceded that at times the dry cleaning process leaves such stains when the dry cleaning chemicals react to stains on the item. I had specifically pointed out three stains to the intake clerk. Never again will I use this establishment. I suggest you not either. read more

Staff was very friendly. Items promised in timely manner. Convenient location and hardly any wait time.

As always, great service and dry cleaning done with ease. In by 10 out by 4 guaranteed

Service at this location is highly variable. It seems like there is a high amount of staff turnover. I use the location 1-2 times per month and have lost or had a damaged article occasionally. You need to remind the staff to use the coupons you provide. They are ok due to the convenient location and prices. read more

Always get great service at this Klinke location and never disappointed with the results.

My order was supposed to be ready today and was going to be FOUR days later!!! And as I pull away from the drive up window, the worker talking to her friends clearly yelled an "oh my f**kin' God!" While my window is down with kids in the car. Totally unprofessional. Wish I didn't have to come back. read more
