These folks got Laundromat absolutely right. Plenty of machines, all of them new and working. No Muzak, no radio and no TV -- just laundry. Clean bathrooms, reasonable prices AND THEY HAVE FREE WiFi! What is not to like here? 5 stars all the way, baby.

I'd recommend getting here early (before 8am) on the weekends if you would like to avoid contention for machines.

Bright, airy, pretty clean for laundromat. The legend of the plastic chairs is true though, there are 2, but they're pretty nice as far as plastic chairs go. I just sat up on the counter and no one seemed to mind. 24 min triple load wash for $2.50, a quarter gets you 8 mins on the dryers. I had no trouble finding a washer, but the dryers were all full, only has to wait a few minutes before one opened up though. Parking lot outside. No change machine in the place so bring your quarters with you!

The previous reviewers were overall spot on for pricing. I definitely recommend the front loaders,…read moreas I have plenty of technical clothing (including fleece) and never noticed pilling or any other issues beyond what I've had happen everywhere else. The front loaders cost 50 cents more, but you'll probably save that 50 cents plus 16 minutes of your time when drying your clothes. Plus front loaders get your clothes cleaner and SHOULD be less wear and tear on clothing. One of the change machines is notorious for not accepting bills that aren't perfect, so I recommend not trying to use $20 bills so you can use the machine closest to the entrance. The vending machine has reasonably priced snacks and drinks, and watch out for the parking situation. If you park on the side of the street the laundromat is on, there is no parking on Mondays from 8am to noon. There is no parking across the street on Tuesdays in the same time frame, both of those between May 1 and November 15. I forgot it was May last time and got the $35 ticket. The owner is in frequently to clean and such, and he's very responsive to concerns.

This place truly never ceases to disappoint me. I fear I can't help but be a patron because it's…read morethe only laundromat nearby, but it's almost unbearable to the point that I'd rather just go to the laundromat on E Johnson St. Every time I go here, over half of the machines have out of order signs on them, but even the dryers without the signs are a 50/50 shot. There is an aroma that I can only describe to be fecal that wafts through this place. Beyond this, I genuinely laughed out loud when I saw the completely emptied vending machine today. It's been on the fritz for the past year I've been going, but this is truly the icing on the cake. They seem not to care to improve, because the reviews about this place speak for themselves, but just thought I'd add my two cents.

There are a lot of machines so you can usually find the right one for your needs. If you are washing comforters, sometimes you have to wait for the very big machines. I find the price of the washers and dryers pretty reasonable. Broken machines are usually well marked. I like the parking lot and that there are two doors to the business. There is a Milio's in the same complex so if you need lunch or dinner you don't have to drive around. And now a Tattoo and Piercing Shop, so maybe get some ink while you are washing.

I've never had any issues with the washing machines or dryers at Queen's Way, as they have always been functioning. Place is relatively clean, numerous booths, tables, and chairs to get some work done or read. TV with many cable channels available. To the best of my knowledge there is also Wi-fi, but I have not tried using it, so I am unable to comment on browsing speed, etc. Multiple large tables for folding as well as carts for use within the laundromat. I've been using Queen's Way for months now and I will continue to go back. Nothing special, but a clean laundromat with a perk like free cable TV? I'll take it! UPDATE 5/28/2014: I attempted to use the Wi-fi but was unsuccessful. It appears to be a network with no password, but I still had trouble establishing a connection. Regardless, I still recommend Queen's Way Laundry.
