Ended up not coming back to Madison until Jan 2021; the U stored all of his stuff in boxes. We too all of his clothes, blankets, towels, sheets etc for their wash and fold service (two full boxes and two full laundry bags; all mixed together). Dropped off Friday afternoon. It was ready before 5pm the next day. Everything was washed and folded (and sorted; they even pressed and put on hangers the handful of nicer shirts). Great service and the entire bill was $103. Great value. Highly recommend.

Professional Cleaners did a solid job and was able to get my suit back to me within 4 business days which fit my timeline. I was very content with the result of the dry cleaning and the cost as well. I had read horror stories online about other cleaners and was relieved to have found a local place that did things right. I did read online that the shop is pretty bad at answering phone calls and I can confirm i also struggled with reaching the shop initially (prior to just going in person). No issues in person; will return.

There are a lot of machines so you can usually find the right one for your needs. If you are washing comforters, sometimes you have to wait for the very big machines. I find the price of the washers and dryers pretty reasonable. Broken machines are usually well marked. I like the parking lot and that there are two doors to the business. There is a Milio's in the same complex so if you need lunch or dinner you don't have to drive around. And now a Tattoo and Piercing Shop, so maybe get some ink while you are washing.

To the best of my knowledge there is also Wi-fi, but I have not tried using it, so I am unable to comment on browsing speed, etc. Multiple large tables for folding as well as carts for use within the laundromat. I've been using Queen's Way for months now and I will continue to go back. Nothing special, but a clean laundromat with a perk like free cable TV? I'll take it! UPDATE 5/28/2014: I attempted to use the Wi-fi but was unsuccessful. It appears to be a network with no password, but I still had trouble establishing a connection. Regardless, I still recommend Queen's Way Laundry.
