We too all of his clothes, blankets, towels, sheets etc for their wash and fold service (two full boxes and two full laundry bags; all mixed together). Dropped off Friday afternoon. It was ready before 5pm the next day. Everything was washed and folded (and sorted; they even pressed and put on hangers the handful of nicer shirts). Great service and the entire bill was $103. I find the price of the washers and dryers pretty reasonable. Broken machines are usually well marked. I like the parking lot and that there are two doors to the business. There is a Milio's in the same complex so if you need lunch or dinner you don't have to drive around. And now a Tattoo and Piercing Shop, so maybe get some ink while you are washing.

I've never had any issues with the washing machines or dryers at Queen's Way, as they have always been functioning. Place is relatively clean, numerous booths, tables, and chairs to get some work done or read. TV with many cable channels available. To the best of my knowledge there is also Wi-fi, but I have not tried using it, so I am unable to comment on browsing speed, etc. Multiple large tables for folding as well as carts for use within the laundromat. I've been using Queen's Way for months now and I will continue to go back. Nothing special, but a clean laundromat with a perk like free cable TV? I'll take it! UPDATE 5/28/2014: I attempted to use the Wi-fi but was unsuccessful. It appears to be a network with no password, but I still had trouble establishing a connection. It helps if you bring along someone to help you open the door if you are otherwise occupied with carrying your heavy laundry basket. Don't count on being able to snag a rolling cart, customers love to grab these and hang on to them until their loads of laundry are through. It is clean enough and a little cheaper than other places. There is very little floor space with the washers, dryers and people trying to do laundry and fold clothes, so if someone in your party just loves to run multiple laps around the laundromat, they might find themselves tripping over someone. I didn't see the dry cleaning operation, but the laundromat does have an office on the premise.

The rest of the space looks like every other laundromat that is not attended too during the day. The price on the dryers is right. The prices on the washers seem right but I came with washed clothing. I didn't need to buy supplies but the price seemed right. There is a soda vending machine available. The laundromat is in a strip mall so there is lots of parking. A Chinese takeout is a couple storefronts away, if you need food. Conveniently located in Main Street. I guess if I am doing laundry in Sun Prairie, I would end up here again.

I've been coming…read moreto this laundromat to get my laundry done ever since my arrival-- actually, I'm in my car in the parking lot right now! Unusually enough, I do enjoy coming here! The change machines rarely have problems, the people who come in to get their clothes done are very friendly (despite any children usually being obnoxiously loud or staring at you for some reason), and the building smells like the cleaning isle of a store. Mmmm~ Oh! And they have free Wi-Fi!! The Washeteria is great, and the guy who runs the place is crazy friendly and is quick to get things done. My fiancé got a 5-dollar-bill stuck in a machine one time. We called up the manager and ended up being able to head right to his house a few minutes away where he refunded us the $5 on-the-spot. What a cool dude! Interesting sense of humor too... It's great~ There was ONE TIME when one of the dryers didn't work, so our clothes were still cold and damp when we took them out. And there was another time when a dryer ate our quarters, but the manager was super chill about all of it. He's so niiiiccccceeeee! The only real "issue" that I have with this place is that when the summer rolls around, the building gets so many flies. They're active near the front door, where people like to sit. A little annoying, but more than tolerable. I definitely recommend the Washeteria! The manager is super chill, the people who visit are friendly, and it's generally a great place t get your laundry done~
