Reliable when others aren't. Nearby reasonable prices updated equipment. Perfect place, to bring, the extra duty load.

There are a lot of machines so you can usually find the right one for your needs. If you are washing comforters, sometimes you have to wait for the very big machines. I find the price of the washers and dryers pretty reasonable. Broken machines are usually well marked. I like the parking lot and that there are two doors to the business. There is a Milio's in the same complex so if you need lunch or dinner you don't have to drive around. And now a Tattoo and Piercing Shop, so maybe get some ink while you are washing.

I am almost always happy with Queen's Way Laundry in Middleton. Pretty standard coin-op laundromat…read more Relatively reasonable prices: Washers cost $1.75 for a standard load, drying $0.75-1.00 per load. Two coin machines on site. I've never had any issues with the washing machines or dryers at Queen's Way, as they have always been functioning. Place is relatively clean, numerous booths, tables, and chairs to get some work done or read. TV with many cable channels available. To the best of my knowledge there is also Wi-fi, but I have not tried using it, so I am unable to comment on browsing speed, etc. Multiple large tables for folding as well as carts for use within the laundromat. I've been using Queen's Way for months now and I will continue to go back. Nothing special, but a clean laundromat with a perk like free cable TV? I'll take it! UPDATE 5/28/2014: I attempted to use the Wi-fi but was unsuccessful. It appears to be a network with no password, but I still had trouble establishing a connection. Regardless, I still recommend Queen's Way Laundry.

When my washing machine at home decided to stop spinning and my kids' blankets were in that load I…read morewas grateful Google did not lie and there actually was a laundromat in Waunakee. Was this place gleaming with shine and clean enough to eat off the floor? No. Was it clean enough for me to consider washing my laundry here? Yes, absolutely. In fact, the machines look like they might actually be wiped down daily, the floor was slightly muddy but it was raining outside the past few days. While I find the machines sadly lacking a digital time so I can anticipate when my blankets and sheets will be washed, I consider it pretty decent that they all seem to work. There were soda machines and for those of you that can't get past the Coke vs Pepsi battle, don't fret as Waun-a-Wash has you covered. If you don't have enough quarters for the $1.75 wash there is a change machine for costumers, oh, I mean customers. Darn it, autocorrect didn't catch that for me, but luckily someone with a Sharpie did fix it and abstained from crude remarks too. Don't get me wrong, the peeling ancient wallpaper with a gaping hole near the "laundry aides," the paneling on the bottom half of the wall, or the (white and gray?) tiled floors aren't pleasant to view, but it worked for me so the Frozen blanket will be there in time without a drive to a possibly worse laundromat. Thanks, Waun-a-Wash. Hope more people come here so you can fix the wall!

Tried doing laundry today. Front loading washer took $5.00 but wouldn't run, I called the owner who…read moresaid her son would be there soon. When he was told of the situation, he turned around and left without reimbursing my money or putting an out of order sign on the washe. Is this how you run a business? This is not the only issue but there are too many and not enough space to list. Maybe it's time to sell and find someone who can run this laundromat.

I moved to Janesville from a sad little town in California just under a year ago. I've been coming…read moreto this laundromat to get my laundry done ever since my arrival-- actually, I'm in my car in the parking lot right now! Unusually enough, I do enjoy coming here! The change machines rarely have problems, the people who come in to get their clothes done are very friendly (despite any children usually being obnoxiously loud or staring at you for some reason), and the building smells like the cleaning isle of a store. Mmmm~ Oh! And they have free Wi-Fi!! The Washeteria is great, and the guy who runs the place is crazy friendly and is quick to get things done. My fiancé got a 5-dollar-bill stuck in a machine one time. We called up the manager and ended up being able to head right to his house a few minutes away where he refunded us the $5 on-the-spot. What a cool dude! Interesting sense of humor too... It's great~ There was ONE TIME when one of the dryers didn't work, so our clothes were still cold and damp when we took them out. And there was another time when a dryer ate our quarters, but the manager was super chill about all of it. He's so niiiiccccceeeee! The only real "issue" that I have with this place is that when the summer rolls around, the building gets so many flies. They're active near the front door, where people like to sit. A little annoying, but more than tolerable. I definitely recommend the Washeteria! The manager is super chill, the people who visit are friendly, and it's generally a great place t get your laundry done~

Let's be honest. Going to a laundromat sucks. Going to a laundromat with a 2.5-year-old and a…read more9-month-old REALLY sucks. We're currently without a washer/dryer in our new place, in the meantime we're heading over to Sonic Suds. The machines all appear quite new - with that said, I hate front loaders. I just don't think our laundry gets very clean in them in general and at $2/machine minimum - that blows. AND while the $2 machines claim to be double load machines - they're not. Your laundry will not come out clean if you put a true double load of laundry in one. I put a double load in a triple load machine with fine results. However, that's $3. On the plus side their driers are incredibly efficient. It takes about $.50 to dry a standard size load of laundry. I've had to lower the temp after about 10 minutes. This place is quite tidy, I appreciate the table and chairs, the rolling baskets with hanging bar, coin machine and overpriced vending machines. There is not a ton of space to fold laundry if you happen to have a ton of laundry, though, this is not a problem for me personally - I fold at home. I'll rather deal with the wrinkles than chasing after my two little ones. I'm new to the area, so not sure what else is nearby as far as laundromats go. We should have our own set soon, otherwise I'd be willing to drive a bit for top loading machines.
