I came in for the soufflé pancakes, but after learning they take 30 minutes, ended up switching my order.. and it did not disappoint. It's a cute little cafe. Service was wonderful. I ordered a matcha latte with lavender and an açaí bowl - both completely delicious. Rich lavender flavor in my latte and while most açaí bowls have bases that are watered down, this one was incredibly earthy like açaí should be. Order was a bit pricey but still can't wait to go back to try out the soufflé pancakes!

Blueberry Matcha

The pancakes are truly the star of the show. I didn't get a picture because my partner and I ate it so fast. I ordered a blueberry matcha which was extraordinary. The server brushed out all the clumps. The drinks are all well crafted and delicious. My server Ash was attentive and when I had questions she answered politely. The only thing that falls back is simple dishes such as an over hard egg. Eggs aren't complicated but it seems like you shouldn't go there for basic dishes. Eggs were way over done. Nonetheless the interior is instagramable if you are into that. The space is small which makes the flow of the restaurant a little busier than it needs to be. Overall great food and great service.

Servers all seem to be happy they are working there! Fun, quirky atmosphere but bench sheets are too low snd chairs not very stable. Drinks were beautiful and menu had done great choices. One friend had steak, I had Shashuka with a side of avocado and bacon. Bacon was overcooked. Avocado side was a large half! I would go back for sure.

London Fog Iced

Ambiance is cute! I got the London Fog iced tea. It was okay. My mom and sister got the Passion fruit Jasmine iced tea- they said it was refreshing The ham and cheese omelette was good. Mom classic avocado avo toa, she enjoyed it. Sister got the steak and eggs but she said the flavor was funky but the rest was good. (She usually gets the eggs Benedict and loves it but wanted to try something else) Altogether, this was my first time. It was okay.

We came here because they advertise fluffy pancakes, but unfortunately that's not what we received. The bottoms of the pancakes were clearly burnt -- every single one. They were dry instead of soft and fluffy, and definitely not worth the wait or the price. The rest of the food was very plain and lacked flavor. Nothing stood out in a good way. Service also wasn't great -- not very attentive, and the overall experience felt unorganized.

Matcha with rose

Our favorite spot to meet with friends! Such a cozy, girly and atmospheric café The location is convenient, and the interior is perfect for photos Drinks are delicious -- especially the matcha and chia pudding The salmon sandwich is good, but the potato dishes could be better -- the fries are often overcooked and not fresh. The only downside is the slow service; it takes a while before someone comes to take your order. Still, we love coming back here for the vibes and the lovely atmosphere

Salmon avocado toast and blue milk tea

I've been to kixi many times but this was a very terrible time which was disappointing because I brought friends with me from down south! It smelt very nasty and off in there, I wasn't sure if it was the food or the plates being dirty, I genuinely felt like barfing from the smell. The large wooden table inside is absolutely disgusting. It's sticky, and doesn't seem like it's been scrubbed down with a sponge for a while. Our napkins were literally stuck onto the table and would get stuck when wanting to pick it up. It felt super unsanitary. I wouldn't want to eat inside again. The salmon smelt off and super strong, I wouldn't order it again. Our server also wouldn't check in on us, she'd put the food down and run off to do something even if we had requests for her... we awkwardly had to call her over a few times for requests. Never refilled my water either. It was just a mess tbh and I'm pretty upset about my experience because this was my favorite cafe spot.

The cutes little restaurant!! The girls were working hard with smiles on their faces a very busy Saturday. The good with good, the matcha was the best!

What a gem! Kixi Cafe is one of those go to brunch places that is always good and the service is always kind. The workers give off such good energy and seem happy to be there. I cannot say enough about the food and drink. Cream brûlée lattes, fried chicken eggs benny, and the Nutella croffel is unreal. They do different special drinks every month which is such a treat.

Completely cute decor and staff is very friendly. Food is completely Instagram-worthy and beautiful. Unfortunately our table was not super impressed with our dishes. The scones were a little too dense but tasted good. The jam was fruity and not super sweet which was great. My pistachio latte I had asked for hot but it came iced but server was very nice about it and redid it immediately. The souffle pancakes were not as bouncy and fluffy as we imagined. It was more of a sponge cake with not that much flavor. Paired with the whipped cream and fruit made it better. The breakfast potatoes with the aioli to dip was very good. My friend's shakshuka was a big portion and she enjoyed it.

Soufflé pancakes

Had to get the French toast again and it was delicious. Their truffle fries are very good. Shakshuka was yummy, eggs cooked well.

Japanese style fluffy soufflé pancakes. Delicious!

The Japanese soufflé pancakes were fabulous. And the servers couldn't have been nicer. Lots of interesting dishes on the menu. I'll definitely go again.

Amazing lox and egg Benedict.

Love this place. Innovative breakfast and lunch plates with a new take on traditional favorites. I love the presentation of the food that looks like art. And the servers are fun. Definitely a winner!

What is the price for High Tea and where is the menu?

$28 per person plus tax and tip. I don't believe it's on the menu. You just call at least 24 hours in advance to make a reservation for it.

Do they take reservations?

Although it has a beautiful menu of wines and spirits, we stuck to their filtered water, and asked KC for any recommendations for lunch. He was very engaging, a wonderful communicator, and we made our selections which started with the bacon wrapped dates (YUM). Prior to my order, I mentioned a dietary restriction and KC promptly went to the kitchen to make an inquiry. I ordered the trout with lentil ragout, and my husband ordered a margarita pizza. The atmosphere was very peaceful, with unintrusive music, and we really did enjoy getting to know KC as he made sure that we were satisfied with every plate. This restaurant is upscale, yet with value pricing. Altogether, my husband and I encourage you to enjoy a lovely meal, and make sure to ask for KC! You won't be disappointed!

Also loved the atmosphere once again, it's just a very nice, open place to enjoy a meal and have a drink. We got a bunch of appetizers to start. The house made Ricotta with cracked pepper and olive oil was very delicious. I also loved the crispy zucchini slices, which were topped with peppadew peppers and a chili vinaigrette. Outstanding stuff. The seared ahi tuna was next level. The fish was fresh and beautifully seated and the mix of cucumber, aji amarillo, pineapple, cilantro and wasabi cream was sensational. One of the best dishes they make at Sixty Vines. The absolute best of the bunch was the truffle fries! They were amazing. They are basically crispy layered potatoes, almost like stacks of filo dough, fried and topped with pecorino, chives and lemon truffle cream. They were so good we ordered a second one! Considering how wonderful everything was to this point, we were expecting nothing but great things for the next course. However they completely dropped the ball and basically ruined our meal with lackluster entrees. Our party ordered the steak fries with chimichurri sauce, the double cabrenet burger, and several filet mignons. The amount of time it took to get the food was unreasonable. Once the appetizers were finished we had to wait somewhere around 20 to 25 minutes to get our mains, and the place was not that busy. I assume that the waitress just forgot or was busy with something else. As for the food, the quality of the steaks was not good all around. Everybody who got the filet mignon commented that the texture was chalky and weird. They were also all overcooked. And oddly, they decided to slice the steak before serving it, so it was very dry. Why would you pre slice a steak, all that's going to do is let the juices seep out and make the temperature drop. I honestly don't get it. The steak that came with the steak fries, I think it was a skirt steak, was also not the best cut. It was super fatty and a little chewy. The fries were good though but the meat was terrible. Finally the burger was completely overdone despite the person ordering it medium rare. Overall, not the best ending to a meal that started with such amazing dishes. Really striking contrast. And actually it made me think that I probably will not go back to Sixty Vines anytime soon. For a $350 meal they have to be doing a lot better. Dried out, overcooked steaks and burgers isn't going to cut it.

There was valet a lot of free parking in front of the restaurant. This was a real happening, the restaurant was packed on a Saturday night. I'm glad our reservation was honored and we only waited for about five minutes. The restaurant was noisy, but fortunately the tables were spaced so we were not on top of each other. In 1971 J. Alexander opened in Nashville, Tennessee. There are 44 restaurants, mostly in the south, with 2,700 employees. They are considered a casual American food chain offering gift cards & VIP membership. Friends love their salads and with seven choices some with shrimp Louie or Asian tuna, what could be bad? The sandwiches, soups, burgers, sandwiches, steaks & house specialties look appealing. There is an extensive wine list, with many by the glass along with crafted martinis & cocktails. Joshua waited on us, he was on point. We started by sharing a delicious calamari appetizer that was enough for four of us. The calamari was fresh crispy and tasty. I shared baby back ribs with a huge baked potato and delicious coleslaw with my husband, it was more than enough for the two of us. Friends enjoyed their huge salads, they looked very good and they raved about them. The portions were very generous and prices were reasonable for the quality of our meal. I can't wait to go back again. We've got a new favorite local restaurant!

I ordered a Caesar salad with chicken ($9.99 additional) and it arrived with no chicken! Last night I ordered a French Dip sandwich with horseradish and a dip and a loaded potato. The Sandwich arrived with no dip and no horseradish. The potato came with no toppings. Very disappointing especially because what I love about this restaurant is its consistency. I spoke with a manager after the first delivery and she was very understanding. She told me that I would receive something in the mail to make up for the missing chicken. Nothing ever came. I will still go back to the restaurant because I love it, but this will make me hesitate before ordering with Door Dash again. Whoever takes care of the delivery meals has to get his/her act together.
