I'm not local to Cleveland, but I can't say enough great things about this place. Every time I'm in town for work, I make it a point to stop by, and this visit was no exception. This time, I brought my family along for lunch, and it did not disappoint! We took advantage of their happy hour specials, which included half-off pizzas, select appetizers, and drinks. We started with the Street Corn Nachos and added grilled chicken. They were absolutely incredible--easily some of the best nachos we've ever had. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and every bite was delicious. We also ordered the whipped feta, which was simply divine and a must-try. For our entrées, one person ordered the pepperoni pizza and really enjoyed it. I had the sausage pasta, which was fresh, flavorful, and surprisingly light while still being incredibly satisfying. The third entrée was the Thai noodles , and it was another hit. Everyone commented on how fresh and well-prepared their meal was. The service, as always, was impeccable. We were greeted immediately and seated right away. What really stands out about this restaurant is the teamwork. Everyone pitches in, whether it's bringing out food, clearing plates, or noticing your water glass is getting low. It doesn't matter if they're your server or not--they make sure you're taken care of, and that level of hospitality really makes a difference. The restaurant is also spotless, and I love that the open kitchen allows you to watch the team preparing the food. It adds to the overall experience and shows how much care goes into every dish. Whether you're stopping in for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or happy hour, this place consistently delivers. Great food, outstanding service, a welcoming atmosphere, and a beautiful space make this one of my favorite restaurants in the Cleveland area. While dining with my family we were seated in the wrong area for happy hour, which was fine, we were willing to move to the correct location. Waitress seemed like she had an attitude and then got her manager. Her manager then comes over and tells us he will let it slide this time since we were already seated but his last comments didn't sit well with me. He said to my family & I, do not order back to back happy hour items and then try to get to go boxes to take them home. Excuse me? Is this a statement that is said to everyone that is seated in the happy hour area or was it just said to my family & I? I end up staying in this area often for work trips and Kitchen Social is my literal go-to! The restaurant gets very busy, so without a reservation there is usually a small wait before you get seated. Luckily there are plenty of areas outside you can sit and hangout at while you wait. Service is always friendly! I go here so often, but my go-to faves are the two salmon dishes on the menu. The salmon is always cooked perfectly and never dry. The garnish that comes with the dishes pairs perfectly. I always leave feeling satisfied. This fairly good restaurant in Pinecrest. Its menu has something for everyone as it offer quite a variety of food options: pizza, tacos, steak, chicken, pasta and various salads. The place was clean and service was good. Very nice when the windows are all open during the summer, so it kind of feels like you're eating outdoors but still inside. I have visited one of the locations in Columbus before they opened the ones in the Cleveland area. A group of us had a great experience that accomodated our large group with ease, so I hoped this location would be just as good. It was. The menu is varied for sure. I am quite the picky person, so many of the items on the menu just aren't for me, but the pizza is amazing. Our server, Ava, was great too. My over-easy eggs were extremely undercooked, with the egg whites still translucent. The potatoes were okay, but noticeably under-seasoned, and the bacon was rubbery and greasy. I understand that the bacon may be precooked prior to opening, but it really should be warmed and crisped on the flat-top before being served. My wife's scrambled eggs were even more disappointing. They looked and tasted like they were made from powdered or dehydrated eggs and had a very dry, crumbly texture. They were honestly terrible. The drinks were also disappointing. My Moscow Mule was far too sweet and lacked the balance you would expect from the drink. Overall, the food and drinks were well below what we expected, and there are several areas that could be improved. The multi grain "toast" was soggy. I had such a great Friday late lunch at Kitchen Social. The location was really cute, surrounded by lots of nice shops, a movie theater etc. Parking was relatively easy. There is street parking and also a garage nearby. The restaurant itself was so large and had a really nice ambiance. Since the weather was nice they had opened the windows / garage doors that are made of glass so that there was lots is fresh air in the restaurant. After ordering, our food came out quickly. We liked our starter the most - Korean BBQ cauliflower. For entrees we got the blackened chicken sandwich and miso salmon. Overall would definitely recommend this place! read more

This is such an awesome experience from the food to the service. Tremendous concept and while I split time between CLE and LA, this experience could easily measure up in LA. Taste profiles are excellent. The Szechuan Noodles are very flavorful and I even leave out the Fresnos as it does not even need the heat. Jam packed with flavors from noodles to sauce to veggies. They have a wide array of excellent dishes and the service is top notch. Hard to get into many nights but worth the wait. Tonight I had Tyler as a server and the dude is awesome. We were able to sit at the bar but I will say the person that was serving us was not very attentive and it took us getting her attention multiple times. She eventually switched with someone else who was much more attentive. I ordered the tempura shrimp bowl and it wasn't bad but it wasn't great either. It was what I needed in the moment to stay fueled but would I come again and get the same thing? Probably not. Since this restaurant was a stop on our road trip, we didn't anticipate much. They sat us right away since we made a reservation but put us at a table all the way in the back that was secluded from the rest of the restaurant. It was awkward. I did make my server aware that I had a nut allergy. I ordered the double stacked burger with fries which was good but it had a 'special sauce' and I did want to make sure there was no nuts in it or anything I was allergic to. He said he would ask and find out but never came back to check on us. Another lady (manager?) came and brought the food out and I never found out if the sauce had nuts in it or not. I like to be cautious with allergies when eating out and was nervous that he never let me know even when food was out nothing was mentioned. I also asked for no pickles and pickles were put on. When we did arrive and were looking at the menu, our server kept rushing us to order and would say you're fine since I'm not busy now. Um ok? The service was really awkward but the food was really good, I just didn't think communication was good. It did get to be dinner hour after we got there and then he was missing and we had to wait a long time to pay our bill. It was chaotic and overall the experience was just subpar. This is one of my favorite restaurants in the Cleveland area, but my most recent visit didn't measure up. For dinner, my boyfriend and I sat along the windows in the front of the restaurant. It was so dark! There was no light above us or illuminating out table. The restaurants also had a musician there. He was great but it was too loud for the space. There were no soft surfaces to absorb sound so it make the restaurants incredibly loud. The food was good. We started with their biscuits and they were delicious as always. My boyfriend got the fish and chips while I got salad and a pizza. The pizza was only okay, but the salad was tasty. What an amazing experience, thanks to David. Truly one of the best fish dishes I've ever tasted. This place rivals many expensive fine dining places in the city while staying affordable. I had called the restaurant prior to inquire about the menu and was recommend by David to order the cod. I came back 2 hours later and was warmly greeted by him and he still remembered my call from earlier! He assured me I would get a large portion after I mentioned my budget. Inside was busy but not crowded. Lots of servers up and about. Very modern interior, clean bathroom as well. Per recommendation, I went with the crab crusted cod and oh my goodness, was it delicious. The crab topping was perfect texture wise and and had a slightly sweet flavor you expect of fresh crab. The cod was so tender, fall apart in your mouth type and was perfectly seasoned with a sauce to go on top. Fish had a slight spicy kick and that elevated the flavor beyond your typical cod fish, I suspect it was Cajun seasoning. The vegetable base was expctional as well. Fresh rice along with zucchini and corn all drizzled with the same delicious tangy sauce as the fish. At the end of the meal I complimented him on his recommendation and he told me their secret is the fish is always fresh from the morning, never frozen. And the cherry on top is this whole plate of food was only $26. For such a tasty, fresh, and large portion, that price is a steal. For context BJ Brewhouse next door will charge 36 for a tiny 5 oz fillet and mushy rice. Overall this cod was the best cod I have ever tasted and ranks among the top 2 pieces of fish I've ever eaten. Having tasted fish from Hawaii, California, Florida this cod dish at the price point of $26 easily surpasses $50 fish dishes I've had at fine dining restaurant in Cleveland and abroad. Highly recommend and ask for David if you can! He'll take care of you well. read more
