This was my first time at this location. I met with some friends and it was such a good time. The hostess was very kind and welcoming. I arrived before my friends and was invited to walk around and check the place out. It was clean and not too busy inside which was really nice. There is a patio area and it was well attended as this is probably our last nice weekend of 2025 in Cleveland. The food was delicious. I tried the fried chicken sandwich and truffle fries. There were no crumbs left. So very tasty. I will be back!

My friend and I sat outdoors, Nate was our server and was amazing! Everything I got from the mussels, to the fries to this bread pudding pictured here was better than I expected.

Dropped in for drinks and dinner on a Friday night and was not disappointed. Drinks and food were delicious. We arrived just a few minutes left in happy hour and grabbed our first round of beverages. My friends and I ordered the sesame crusted tuna as an appetizer, and it was delicious. Love the coating. For dinner each of us enjoyed our bowls. The spicy noodle bowl was delicious and I added chicken on top. It definitely does have some zest to it. Definitely a place to come back to, my only warning is that it does get a little loud when the place is full.

Cocktails are some of the best we've had. Creative. Fancy. Delicious. Bartenders are great! Patio is so quaint.

Had the BEST time with my girlfriends just before new years when we came to The Fairmount for a girls night get together. Our server, Tim, was very friendly and gave us great recommendations for fun cocktails, appetizers, and dessert. Our favorite rec was the made in house bread pudding, it was sensational and we still talk about it weeks later! The interior has a cozy and upscale feel with lots of seating, a fireplace, and dim lighting. We will definitely be coming back when all of us are in town again!

The seasonal drink with egg white and ginger was nicely balanced. I think I meant to go to gigis and ended up here. Would need to come back to vouch for food

I saw someone post their tiramisu martini and thought that would be a delicious way to end the year so I decided to eat dinner here on New Year's Eve. I got there a little after four to be the New Year's Eve chaos. I got the tiramisu martini and the the chimichurri steak frites The martini was absolutely delicious it's $15 but I do think it's worth the price. I would definitely have one again. The chimichurri steak frites was pretty good flavor wise. I was a little disappointed because my food was not very hot at all. It was pretty Room tip, but I was super hungry and didn't want to take the chance of them reheating it and over cooking my steak so I ate it as is, which is why it only got four stars. I also got a slice of lemon cream cake to go I wish it was a little more tart It was pretty sweet. It also was frozen in the middle so that was a little disappointing

Visited this place from out of town. Customer service was great, out waiter was very helpful, food was even better and the atmosphere was comfortable. Next time I visit Cleveland, I will be coming back, there were other things on the menu items would like to try.

so good! probably the quickest service i've ever had in my life. like food was out in 5 minutes. it was 11 at night and we had just came out from the hospital and nothing was open. there's also a taco place next to it that looked good but we chose this place and glad we did! they have many gluten free and vegan options which is amazing for people with sensitivity's like me. we got a gluten free flatbread and a regular and while the gf one needed a littttle more baking time, the regular was the best pizza/flatbread crust i've ever had. soooooo amazing. such nice servers and also probably seating and room for 500people+. if you wanna have a crazy fun delish birthday party at 1am. GO HERE. also the pecan carmel bread pudding was recommended and i've never had bread pudding. but holy crap glad i did YUM. best place when it's late at night and you really need food. also i ate regular pizza and i have a gluten sensitivity and it didn't bother me. nice to have places that are high quality ingredients so we don't get sick all the time!

Super cute place, dimly lit ambiance.. Feels very intimate even when it's busy. Love that there's also mocktail selections. I ordered the Faux 75; great citrus flavor! We ordered the pierogis and a couple burgers. I cannot believe the flavor of those pierogis with the beef on top! Amazing! I will be thinking of them for awhile!! Amazing flavors and even better service. We will definitely be back.

    Is the patio dog friendly?

I've seen people bring dogs on the patio, but I think the restaurant would appreciate giving them the heads up about it. Call and ask

Is happy hour still offered? If so, what are the times?

Not the last time we went. (April 2022)

What processes does this restaurant have to ensure the food is gluten free (Dedicated Kitchen Space, Dedicated Friers, Understanding of Cross-Contamination, etc.)?

Understanding of cross-contamination. Have never become ill after eating their gluten free flatbreads. Technically a dedicated fryer for fries. Once, (years ago) a waiter came up to me to apologize that I would not be able to enjoy the fries that…

It's like a wine shop meets date spot. I've been here multiple times over the years for dates, solo evenings, and Cleveland Heights Neighborhood Beer Crawl. Wine Spot was a nice backdrop for all these days. INVENTORY: You'll find an entire long wall of various wines organized by the type of wine. You'll find Dom Perignon and wines under $35 coexisting in the same space. You'll also find beers, THC drinks, sake, and a lot more. You'll also find so much beyond wine - sardines, chocolate, and gift baskets. It's an ideal location to shop for gifts and build a basket. I don't have any particular recommendations. I usually ask staff for recommendations and gravitate toward white wines. Except during CLE Beer week I tried two different beers here - Executive Decision by the Butcher and the Brewer, Yakima Chief Forward from Fat Heads Brewery. AMBIANCE: Market vibes with tables and bar available for guests. The ambiance is nice, casual, quiet enough for a date. There is a lot of space for groups including a private room. SERVICE: Service is pretty friendly but tends to be slower. What I love about here is that they can chill wine bottles upon purchase. You can immediately go home with a chilled bottle of wine and get into your evening. Aside from this reason, there are plenty to do at the winery - events, monthly wine club, and more. Long story short, visit!

I appreciate greatly from them that you can select in your reservation which zone of the restaurant you want to sit in. Service has been very good when we've been there most recently Corinne I believe her name was was very friendly and helpful and did an amazing job managing many tables some with difficult customers. One note, NOT a negative to me but may be noteworthy for some: I don't think Gigi's is a spot for kids or large family events with kids, unless they have a private dining space I'm unaware of. Space between tables is tight and the space overall is not huge but they make great use of the space. The staff are extremely efficient and there are many of them moving with trays at any given time, it's absolutely not a spot to walk around with a toddler if they get bored at the table. The chairs for example are also small so don't expect a giant family size booth here. Again these are positives to me but just notes!

The only downside coming to this wonderful restaurant is parking. I had to park two streets over and walking on icy and snowy sidewalks was not pleasant.

I followed the rules -- their rules -- to the letter. I showed up on time. The hostess greeted me with an offer of the bar or a high top. I reminded her of my reservation and its stated requirements. What followed was not an apology, not a solution, not even an acknowledgment that a commitment had been made and broken. What followed was the punishment table -- the one tucked by the front door, the one that gets a gust of cold air every time it opens, the one they keep in reserve for walk-ins who couldn't be bothered to plan ahead. That table was my reward for planning ahead. The food is good. The service staff is attentive and professional. They are not the problem. The problem lives at the front of the house, where someone decided that a confirmed reservation with documented preferences was merely a suggestion -- and that a guest who politely insisted otherwise deserved to be seated accordingly. This is not a mistake. A mistake is forgetting to note a preference. What happened here was a choice -- to ignore the request, and then to seat me in a manner that made the power dynamic unmistakably clear. I was being told, without a word being spoken, that my preferences were an inconvenience. I won't be back. Not because of the food. Not because of the servers who do their jobs with grace. But because a restaurant that treats a reservation as an obligation only when it's convenient has made its values plain. My patronage apparently required more courtesy than they were prepared to extend. The food deserves better management. Lee Road deserves better options. You've been warned.
