We chatted with the employee (whose name I don't recall at the moment) and she told us they could validate our parking for us. So nice! I have been to other clothing boutiques, so I kind of anticipated the prices to be on the higher side. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the clothes were on the same price range as other big brand plus sized clothing stores, but this is local so even better! There were a variety of shirts, dresses, tunics, skirts, pants, jackets, and they even have accessories! We were told they get new items in almost weekly, so that's great. They even had a decent sized sale rack when I was there. Huge selection from cardigans to dresses. The more goth side of the store was pretty small unfortunately but I still found some things to take home. Downsides are they are no returns or exchanges so I felt very unsure about making a purchase and I do regret buying a dress because I changed my mind but I'm stuck with a very specific style of dress now. The items are not cheap either so it's definitely something to consider while shopping here. The quality of the clothing is great which helped justify pricing. They also lacked ranges of size on many items. First visit in years and Worst experience! I wasn't in the store 5 minutes. I was aware some of the stores have closed dressing rooms due to Covid, not sure about theirs but mind you, it's a sweater! I immediately hear someone from across the room holler, "You can't try on clothes on the store floor!" I look up and it's a store clerk standing at the cash register 30-40 feet away. I hollered back, excuse me? She repeated herself louder! I guess since I was the ONLY customer in the whole store she thought it was appropriate to address customers in that RUDE manner. I returned the sweater to the rack and immediately left the store. I should have told her what I thought of her store policy and her awful retail skills! It's no wonder the store was full of clothes and no customers on a Friday afternoon! Avoid rude sales clerks by shopping elsewhere!

I like the color combinations they have, everything seems to be more neutral to go with more and I love that. I always feel like people my age get the short end of the stick because everything is either too short, too kidish, or too adult. This place is perfect for us in between ages that want to look cute but still be taken seriously. Prices are very fair here and the quality of the clothes is pretty spot on for the price. I also love that they have a military discount for an added bonus. Staff is also super friendly every time I come in here.
