There was a large selection in a wide variety of colors and styles and prices seemed fairly reasonable for this type of item.

They're unhelpful, snippy, roll their eyes at you and just don't care. It is not a very pleasant environment to come in to. The lady in front of me saw something she wanted in the window but couldn't find it in the store, you'd think she was asking them to cut their arm off. They just shooed her away saying "it's over there". That's not helpful at all. They're also not monitoring the fitting rooms so they're junky with tons of clothes that need to be put away. I tried to take more photos in the store but got yelled at about it. It's dirty, stuff everywhere, and we even saw a couple roaches.

They tend customer service ranges from decent to great depending on the store. The stores that I love going to are Coach, Victoria's Secret, Kate Spade and Watch Station. I checked out Aerie recently and liked the store as well. These stores tend to have great deals and the customer service is usually good. I appreciate that they have a food court and a couple of stands available for a snack. I tried taquitos and greens in the food court which had yummy food. Their Aunty Annie's stand is one of my favorite spots. I look forward to returning to the premium outlets.

You can find a lot of good sizes that are hard to find online and at other stores. I'm a member so I always love the discounts that I get on top of the discounts.
