As soon as I walked in, I was honestly overwhelmed by how many suits they had. I walked around for a bit trying to find someone to help me, but either the associates were busy with other customers or didn't acknowledge me. Eventually, I approached one associate, and after explaining what I was looking for, he was very helpful. He found my size, the color I wanted, and was informative throughout the process. I was also happy to find out they had a special. It was actually cheaper to buy the full suit than just the jacket alone. So I ended up getting a full suit for the price I originally planned to spend on just a jacket. The issue came with alterations. Since they offer tailoring services, I asked the associate to have the suit tailored to a slim fit. He told me the jacket was fine as is, and that only the pants needed hemming. I trusted his judgment since I'm not too familiar with how suits are supposed to fit. A week later, I picked up the suit, and I wasn't thrilled with how it looked. After trying it on again, I noticed the jacket felt too big. A different associate helped me this time and agreed it needed further tailoring. I had to pay an additional $56 to get it adjusted properly. Overall, K&G is a great place to find a suit at an affordable price, but be cautious with tailoring. Don't be afraid to speak up or ask for a second opinion to make sure you're getting the fit you really want.

I had been searching for weeks all over San Antonio and was desperate to find something special! When I walked in, I was greeted by a kind employee and I explained to her my situation. She pulled 5 dresses in my size and immediately got me in a dressing room. The whole experience was quick and easy and I was extremely relieved (considering the party was in less than 24 hours). Covid was four years ago, and I believe if the store, and any store like it, cares about their customers, would keep them comfortable so they could shop and spend their hard earned money there. The new staff didn't greet us when we walked in, ignored us for over 10 minutes when all we needed was to pick up an online order that was ready. They were rude to my partner who was also shopping and told her to move multiple times so they could get by. They even kept insisting that we had to have ID on us to pickup our order when I was able to confirm the email, and showed them the order is ready receipt on my email with the order #. Overall the new staff is AWFUL and we will no longer be going back. Only going to go to the new store off huebner oaks.

Matt greeted me from the start and helped me find the right color shoes I needed. I was looking at the hybrid shoes but after trying them out I just didn't feel ok to deadlift on them. So I thought, let me look at the running shoes but in display they only had the whiteish and pink. Then Matt says the magic words "we have them in black" which was perfect because I can actually used them for work. It took him a good 15-20mins of looking for the right size in the back but he found it and saved me an extra trip if I had order online. While waiting, the other team members kept checking in on me and even offering options to check other stores or order online and just making conversation. Overall, fantastic team and this is the store you definitely want to shop from.

I would walk by them multiple times and no one would offer to help. Even standing right next to them. The Lululemon stores in big cities seem to understand customer service, and always are so friendly and helpful. I'm not sure what it is about the air in the San Antonio store, or if there is major lack in training, but the selection at this location isn't even worth shopping at. I'll do my shopping online or while I'm traveling instead. :)

It's a fairly small boutique but I loved that about it because it made my shopping experience more intimate. The time I went there the A/C was broken. I was fine but I felt so bad for the ladies that worked there. Speaking of which the people that work there are so friendly and helpful. They were getting in some of their fall clothes in so their summer stuff was on the outs but I'll definitely be going back there for their fall collection. Not only are the clothes really stylish but their jewelry is really cute as well. Will definitely be going back in a few months when they have all their fall stuff.
