One of the girls (forgot name :( ) found me, asked me if I need assistance, and carried every style of dress to a dressing room for me. Picked some she thought were cute. Even sized a dressed down for me as I realized when looking in the large mirror it was too big. I ended up purchasing that one, too. Thanks to her!! I found so many great things. Then after purchasing my dressed and cover up I remembered I needed jewelry. She chose 2 pieces for me that both worked together. I still love them. Then keep your items at the front as you go through the store. Bag them up for you then walk around the front desk to hand you your items after purchasing. So nice!!!! Really Can't wait to stop in again when I visit the area. Thank you guys!!!

The employees kept staring at me as if they expected me to steal something, even though I was standing right in front of the register the entire time. I don't know if they've had issues with theft recently, but customers shouldn't be made to feel like suspects just for shopping. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect, and this level of suspicion made the atmosphere feel very unwelcoming. Unfortunately, because of how I was treated, I wouldn't recommend this place to others.

Oh yeah, they carry jewelry, clothes, shoes, and sunglasses

We left this shop different than when we came in. My husband and I agreed that THIS is boutique shopping done right. The store smelled great, was clean, stocked with QUALITY yet UNIQUE items, but most of all, the two people working there made you feel so welcomed and taken care of in a way that goes beyond "customer service". If you two are the owners, we love and appreciate the experience you gave us that day! If you are not, could have fooled us! They're unhelpful, snippy, roll their eyes at you and just don't care. It is not a very pleasant environment to come in to. The lady in front of me saw something she wanted in the window but couldn't find it in the store, you'd think she was asking them to cut their arm off. They just shooed her away saying "it's over there". That's not helpful at all. They're also not monitoring the fitting rooms so they're junky with tons of clothes that need to be put away. Back then, an annual trip to Houston for gifts I couldn't find in Austin was a rite of Christmas. So I was hoping to recapture a bit of that magic at this store. I'd been to the Last Call stores in Austin before. I wasn't impressed. This store didn't improve on that. It's mostly a collection of one-of-a-kind clothing, with some odds-and-ends off in one corner of the store. The men's clothing was expensive and looked shopworn to boot.
