She even got a dress displayed way up down for me to check the size. She suggested an additional holiday dress to try so I would have options. She helped me zip the dress because sequins are hard and even tried to help me find shoes and earrings. I left with the cranberry color sequined dress and I will go out of my way to shop here more often because of the outstanding service I received!

I said I'd come back the next day and thanked her for letting me know I could get a discount. I live about 40 minutes from the store so I couldn't just go home and get my ID. Fast forward to today (8/22), I made sure to check when they were open/closed and decided to drive up at about 2:00 to get to the store. It took an hour to get there and when I did there was a sign in the door that said "be back at 4:00". I am FURIOUS. I drove all this way for nothing and I am not waiting around for an hour for the employees to come back. I have to prepare for my week. Lunches/breaks should be staggered. As a result, I was charged $69.99 per month four separate times before I realized what had happened. It took me far too long to even find the subscription email so I could finally cancel the membership. This experience felt deceptive and completely unacceptable. If a customer clearly declines a subscription, they should never be signed up anyway. I will not be shopping here again and would not recommend this store to anyone. You can find a lot of good sizes that are hard to find online and at other stores. I'm a member so I always love the discounts that I get on top of the discounts. I just so happened to go inside for a pair of shoes and ended up walking out with two. The young lady who helped me out was able to apply a $10 off coupon that was online in addition to my rewards coupon that I had in my account. So, along with the buy one get 1/2 off, I got an extra $20 off of my order. I got two pairs of shoes for the price of one which was awesome! I would most definitely recommend coming here to get shoes if you are in need of new ones. They have a huge variety of different brands to sue everyone's needs.
