The clothes are poor to fair quality and unbranded for the most part. Seems like overseas imports with high markups. They also won't allow you to return anything without creating an account within the store. Ummm that's what receipts are for? All around seems like an unprofessional money grab with bad style and employees too put off to smile and greet you. Been in here 4-5 times and this weekend was the absolute last.

As you can imagine I was super upset seeing as I had just bought these the same day & was left to go hunt down new shoes in downtown Austin wearing one. I called & explained the situation hoping to exchange them or get a refund & service was super unsympathetic & unhelpful. Pretty sure the lack of apology was just to cover up the poorly made products, definitely don't waste your money here. SHEIN quality.

Connor so knowledgeable, patient and impeccable manners. We came the next day my daughter has an audition for a country singer for a movie on Friday. Jenna spent alot of time with my daughter to assemble an authentic outfit so she will be ready. While my daughter was being helped another employee gave me a cowboy hat 101 class and it was interesting. There is a steam machine that can form ur hat to different looks. U can get a real cowboy hat starting at $30 to $500 which are displayed on the wall, I think he said the wall hats have a beaver blend. Maybe next time will get some boots, gator or ostrich for sure.

Yeah, so I need to lose more weight. A LOT more weight…read more In the meantime, life events occur. I found this Casual Male XL store to be just the saving grace I needed in time. They had exactly the apparel I needed (blazer, slacks, belt) in exactly the sizes and colors I needed--no alterations. I didn't have to chase all over the outlet mall, nor did I have to visit another location or order online. It was all there--one stop shopping. Their staff was most willing to help with selection and advice, although the emphasis of the store appears to be on self-service, since there has been only one staff member on duty at the two times I visited this past week. Nevertheless, that one person got the job done quickly and efficiently with a smile. Thanks for being there when I needed you!

I was starting to browse around town looking for alteration options for a bridesmaid dress. I went…read moreto 2 places in Austin and the price just sounded ridiculous compared to what I paid for the dress. One bridesmaid suggested I drive down to her alteration place in San Marcos, Special Occasions. I called beforehand to verify their hours and said I would be coming in that weekend to try it on for a quote. The bride ended up coming with me because she had a few things to alter as well. The dress was way too big on me and too long. I was provided a very acceptable price and received friendly service. It was around thanksgiving and I was in no rush, so it was about 2 weeks before I could get back down there on a weekend. It was well worth the travel. I tried it on before I paid for it and noticed it was still a bit big in the waist, so she said she will fix it immediately if my friend and I wanted to grab lunch nearby. She stayed open past their closing time and called me back in about an hour. I didn't try it on again, I trusted her! And the dress fit me like a glove. I've worn it to 2 weddings now and even throughout washes everything stayed taught. Highly recommend this place.
