We walk into this large, beautiful outlet location in San Marcos on Monday (12/17) about 4:00 p.m. Not many people in the store, including customer service representatives. I think I only saw two...for a store that size heading into Christmas - are you kidding me? The store had a very "fend for yourself" to all our pre-labeled, pre-sorted sizes in the bins, atmosphere. God forbid had I been really searching for someone's time to have a suit, blazer, etc. measured and fit. When I did finally flag someone down, the questions I asked the young representative, in my opinion, were not answered in a way befitting of such a reputable, prestigious clothing company. I understand there's a few bad apples in every batch, just monitor your cameras for theft as every other business does but telling everyone that as if their a criminal or could be is HORRIBLE and makes me not want to return, Your new policy is horrible, maybe come up with something better that recognizes the customer could shop anywhere in the world and chose to shop with you, with practices like this you will definitely lose customers to ALL of your competitors, and if you continue you should, SMH.

This Burlington Coat Factory has a LOT of clothes. It wasn't as balanced as other Burlington Coat Factory stores that have about as many gadgets, accessories, houseware, furniture etc...as clothes. But this is great if you're trying to get a wardrobe for you and your family. Men, there is a nice section of dress pants. I posted pictures to give you an idea of how vast the clothes are. I also liked that it was organized in such a way that you can get in and out without bouncing all over the place. My main reason for usually avoiding Burlington Coat Factory is how they have items on displays all over the store in areas totally unrelated to said item. This is not the case here. I was here looking for curtains and curtain rods. I couldn't find any curtains and about 30 curtain rods. Odd. However there were a ton of wall decor. I was sure to make a mental note of this for the future when I have more time to come back and shop for home decor.
