Princess Be's has been there for quite awhile (I think I remember venturing in during a family day trip in the middle school years). But I only remembered the fun candles and the cramped quarters. I don't think clothing was on my radar at that point...it is now. After working in boutiques for more than two years, you get a good feel for when you're getting ripped off. That's not the case with this place (jewelry aside). Bottom line: great clothing, reasonable prices, great sales, great baby clothing/gifts, and fun but expensive jewelry. Some of the stuff is a bit "bling" for me...really anything with "bling" on it is way too "bling" for me, but luckily, that's not the case with the entire store. I came away with a little dress I've had my eye on for the past month. I paid almost $40 but it's a good clothing line (thank you, boutique years) and it's a dress I'll wear all year round.

I bought a top back in july that I finally decided to wear and it came undone before I could actually wear it. That is pretty sad considering it has tags on and has never been used. I opted to call the store to see if there was anything that could be done since again this item was new and unworn but the owner im assuming was very rude and unprofessional. I explained the situation and she said "honey it was purchased in july, it is now november. We have a 14 day policy which you are lucky we even have that since most stores dont have that". Well actually most stores have a 30 day policy and are much nicer to customers unlike her especially with defective items. I explained to her I would make sure to never shop there again since she continued to talk down on me and treat me as if my concerns didnt matter. So now I am basically SOL on this item because of their poor quality in clothing. This store is not worth the money especially if the items that are brand new will not hold up and management will not do anything about it. Again, do not purchase from here unless you want unraveled and unwearable clothes.

The store appears to be organized by merchandise type and color. Chloe Rose has a variety of items that you might wear for events, trips, or special occasions. The items were at a low to moderate price point. Arrington, my boutique representative, could not have been more helpful. She offered to style an outfit for me. She was also rather helpful in pointing out pieces I may like. She was super pleasant and gave me the impression that she cared about me as a person. This type of interaction made me want to come back Chloe Rose again. It was starting to rain heavily again, so I did not stay as long as liked. However, I will definitely come in again.
