We had the best anniversary dinner here! Cameron was a fabulous waiter so sweet and thoughtful we will definitely back thank you so much!

I don't recommend spending your money at the Kirby's at Winstar. Management is rude, poor customer service, and not the experience you'd expect or get at other steakhouses. Take your business elsewhere. read more

Excellent food and service! Tequila shrimp pepper filet mignon oysters can be ordered off menu solo

Excellent food & service!! Kirby's always serves quality food and drink. We have eaten at almost all of their locations but love being able to have a great dinner and fun in the casino!! read more

I just had an excellent dining experience here. My waiter's name was Jason and he was top-notch. I read a dozen up and down reviews before coming but I witnessed nothing wrong with the service or food at any of the tables in the restaurant. Jason and the rest of the staff took great care of me even though I got one of the lesser priced entrees. In other restaurants, I've felt pressured to increase my ticket, but not here. I would recommend Kirby's to anyone looking for an upscale experience at Winstar. read more

Went to Kirby's Steakhouse on July 31 and the waitress treated us like she had better things to do. We asked for a drink menu and she immediately rolled her eyes and walked away. She never returned to our table and we had to ask another waitress for service. If you enjoy great great do not visit this restaurant. read more

Arrived today to be told the wait would be 1.5 hours at 4:00. Understand the delay due to Covid restrictions however the management working on Sunday 6/7 was very unresponsive and lacking leadership abilities. Called early in the am and left message regarding reservation and call was not returned. Multiple individuals in line had the same complaint - no one returned messages which were left on Saturday as well as Sunday. Was told on Saturday evening that reservations were not necessary very disappointing. Terrible management. read more

My family dined at Kirbys last night. We forgot to make a reservation for our party of 14 celebrating 2 birthdays so we walked up to Kirbys while visiting Win-star that afternoon. The staff was so kind and accommodating and with the help of the manager were able to secure a reservation for that evening. Our table was available when we arrived and the food was delicious. The wait staff had us in and out in roughly 2.5 hours with a complimentary dessert. We love this place and the staff. We hope to visit again in the future! read more

We had our Xmas party at Kirby's and Mickey Mantels at the Windstar Casino and we had the BEST FOOD & STAFF waiting on us! John, Dalena, & Ellie took excellent care of us and the food was just amazing! There were 20 of us, and we just had the greatest time! Rack of Lamb read more

So so sad. This place has an amazing menu, great whiskey selection and friendly staff. You could tell they aren't used to being that busy, which my give you slower service on a crowed friendly night. The bartenders had a extensive knowledge of the meats and where more than friendly but not overly bothersome. The most disappointing and truely sad part of this steakhouse is the fact that on both times I visited. The steak was served refrigerator cold. I did order a rare dry aged by strip. Bit any place that has the name steak house should have this perfected. If they could get a better master chief I truly believe this would be the best restaurant in the resort. Until then don't want your time, money, or hopes that you will have a steak that is as good as IHOP read more

If I could I would give this place no stars!!!!!!!!! We were at winstar for the weekend and we had never tried Kirbys and when we looked up reviews they weren't good, but we always like to give everyone a chance so we went by asked to look at a menu and was talking to the hostess and just having a general conversation while looking at the menu and mentioned to her that their reviews weren't good Like a very friendly conversation and all the sudden this guy and idk if he was a manager or supervisor comes walking up to ask her a question and hears us talking about reviews and literally he was so argumentative like I was so shocked because I didn't know who he was and he just starts saying we don't care about reviews and all these people just complain about prices and it's a four star restaurant well I tell him we understand we have a son who is a chef and we are yelpers and foodies then my husband asked him where they buy their meat and here he went again like he just was ready to argue when there wasn't really an argument happening I was just caught of guard and it was uncalled for and if they don't care about their reviews or what people are saying then that's horrible and bad business! It was disappointing and I still don't understand why he was in our conversation but he definitely was a supervisor or a manager! Very disappointed read more

I'm going to give them some of a pass for still being new, but our experience wasn't top notch for the quality & pricing of the restaurant. Our seating was great and they accommodated our group on a busy Saturday night. We arrived at 6 pm for our reservation and told the waiter we had tickets to an 8 pm show at the Winstar. He said no problem but he was way off base. We ordered appetizers and wine which came somewhat promptly. Service was really friendly and our water glasses never were empty. Salads were a little slower but nice sized and very good. But by 7:35 we had to ask where our meal was. When the meal came, those of us who ordered their steaks what they advertised as Pittsburg style had a decent looking steak but ice cold in the middle. They took them back to heat yand although better my rib eye was still cold but I ate what I could anyways as we were late for our show. It didn't look like a rib eye and was very fatty (see picture) So we rushed through our meal and ran to stand in line, missing the first 15 minutes of the concert. read more

Me and my husband are regulars here,I really enjoy the food, staff, and atmosphere of this beautiful restaurant, usually this place should have a 5 star rating, but when we came in all the staff were so nice, even getting us the table we wanted. We did start to notice how slow food was coming out , we had serival staff members check, with no explanation really, then our steak was cooked at the wrong temps ,also more surprising than anything was shouting and screams of anger coming from the kitchen, including a lot of profanity, for a long time, very off-putting,even the staff out front looked shaken, very dissatisfied with everything this trip really. Heartbreaking, such a great experience usually. read more

We ate at Mickey Mantle's bar/grill inside WinStar casino. It was a Monday evening and the special was a "petite" Surf and Turf for $40. First off, the service and staff were awesome, drinks served promptly and food arrived in timely manner. My issue was with the "turf" portion of the meal - it was horrendous; not only did it look nothing like the picture at front of restaurant, but it was cut into pieces, incredibly tough/chewy and swimming in a questionable sauce. I was going to return it but didn't want to cause a scene....it was by no means fresh lobster and I would think Kirby's would know better then serve such an inferior product. Steak was delicious and cooked to perfection; but would liken the size to a chicken nugget more then a petite filet! Next time we go we will stay away from their "specials" and stick to the menu. read more

Great food and even better service from Trey. Definitely be back next time we're in Oklahoma.

I came here for my 26th birthday and was not disappointed. Was a tad hesitant to come here as the reviews are not so great. But to my surprise, the wagyu filet mignon, potato au gratin were amazingly seasoned and cooked to perfection. The decor in the restaurant has a very relaxing ambiance. Our server, Joseph was definitely the highlight of the meal as ge was attentive and above all was extremely knowledgable about this restaurant. He was extremely hospitable and gave extraordinary recommendations on food. Thank you and ill be back soon! read more

This is a review of the connected restaurant called Mickey Mantles. They share same kitchen and use same dinner menu. Food was ok...although certainly overpriced. Service was lacking to put it mildly. It took 1 hour to receive our food and likely would've been longer if we hadn't finally had to ask about it. Next time at Winstar, we'll just go to the buffet or even IHOP as the service/food will certainly be as good if not better at a much lower price. read more

I'm sure we would've had a wonderful dinner but we were asked to leave because of their complete incompetence and miscommunication between staff. We were told to be seated and we were about to order before the manager accused us of skipping an unseen line and instead of politely informing us, he blatantly told us to leave. I've eaten around the world at some of the nicest restaurants and have never been treated like this. Truly an embarrassment for WinStar. Will not ever be returning. If WinStar expects to be considered a high esteemed casino, they need to seriously crack down on their disastrous eating arrangements--starting with their "prized restaurant". read more

Do not get the surf n turf! I have been to numerous steakhouses, and I have never been more disappointed with a meal. The lobster "tail" was basically a used shell with pieces of dried out, twice cooked lobster drenched in what tasted like a cheap curdled pasta sauce. Ambience not much better. Should never claim to be "fine dining." read more

Three of us (my parents and I) had 7:00 p.m. reservations on Wednesday evening. The meal itself had mixed reviews. My filet was very good, but the ribeye steak that was also ordered was very tough and grisly. The rest of the meal (salad, shrimp cocktail, sides) were very good. We had a printed paper $100 Kirby's voucher from Winstar and a $50 Kirby's voucher that was emailed and on the phone. The bill total was $197 and we gave our waitress the $100 voucher and showed her the $50 voucher on my phone. I gave her a credit card to put the remainder of the bill on. She came back saying that the $50 phone voucher needed to be printed and asked that I go to the front desk to have them print it. I did this and was informed by the Elite check in desk that they could not print this and that I should go to the players club desk to have them print it. I proceeded to go to the players club desk and was again told they could not print this voucher and Kirby's should be able to scan it, as there was a barcode on the email, and they do this all the time. I then went back to Kirby's and told my waitress what happened and she insisted the Manager said they could not take the voucher over the phone and needed a printed copy. After about 15 minutes of her trying to print it at their printer, etc. she came back and said the manager took off $ to make up for the voucher. The waitress was very nice about the whole situation and was very helpful, however, we did not see or speak to a manager at all during this entire process, which had already taken close to 20-25 minutes. She brought me the revised ticket, which the manager took off $44.00 (not the $50 for the voucher). I did not care at this point, as I was ready to pay and get on with the evening. I gave her the credit card and we proceeded to wait another 10-15 minutes before we got the bill back. At this point we had gone up to the front and requested to see the manager. The manager came up and insisted that Kirby's could not take a voucher over the phone and they had to have a paper copy or they would not get paid. He stated that Kirby's and Winstar are two separate entities. This may be the case, but the emailed voucher said nothing about having to print this before use. And usually a barcode can be scanned just like a ticket, etc. The manger never once apologized or said they would try to figure out the miscommunication. In fact, when he was walking away he said he took some money off the bill out of the goodness of his heart!! That comment was thoroughly unprofessional and snarky. I understand they may require a paper copy of the voucher, but that is not my problem and Kirby's needs to resolve the issue with Winstar. I did tip our waitress appropriately, as she was very helpful, but I will never step foot into this Kirby's location due to the arrogant and condescending manner of the manager. read more

Met friends for dinner tonight at Kirby's! Between the 4 of us we had a couple of ribeye steaks, the sea bass & a salad. Everyone's food was cooked to perfection & was so very delicious! So glad we decided to drive to the Winstar for dinner because our dining experience was over-the-top thanks to Ellie! Thank you, Ellie, for giving great menu suggestions, putting up with our strange humor & knowing exactly how to deal with our crazy group! I took my girlfriend here for her birthday. We visited the Winstar for the first time to see a comedian that she loves. I chose this place because it looked to be the nicest restaurant in the Winstar Resort. I could NOT have been more wrong. Not only was the service horrible, one of the entrees came out cold (when it finally came out). Upon arriving, two different servers greeted us at two different times, so out of the gates we were a bit confused about who was serving us.... not a huge deal, though. Neither gave their names; they both just ask if they could get us something to drink/eat. (Although we finally learned from the name on our bill that one of the servers was named "David".) I asked for two things during the meal (outside of placing my order) - a napkin, because I had to use mine to clean up the portion of my drink that was spilled all over my glass and table, and a question about the seabass... both questions were completely ignored; I ended up just grabbing a napkin from another unseated table. We arrive at the restaurant at 6:40pm. We ordered one drink each, a salad each, and our entrees. We finished our salads at 7:25pm. At 8:10pm, we had to walk through the restaurant to find out server in order to understand whether we may have been forgotten. Our server was no where to be found, but we located a manager and asked and were ensured that our food would arrive shortly. Our food arrived at our table at 8:20pm. It was clear that the seabass order had been forgotten and that the risotto dish that my girlfriend ordered was sitting for a long while until the seabass was finally ready to be served. The risotto dish was therefore cold when served. Both my girlfriend and I served for years... this was a classic example of both servers and the restaraunt management just not caring. The kicker, in our minds, was that no apology was offered. We had to rifle through our dinners (and I didn't have time to finish mine and I couldn't take any left overs) b/c we were headed to the show at 9pm. The total dinner was $140, before tip, but I could have gotten better quality food and service at Golden Corral. We will never visit this "prime" steakhouse again and would advise you to do the same. It's not worth your money or your time. p/s I gave this place a one star rating because I was unable to give it zero. read more

Riley took great care of us. Hubby and I went to celebrate our anniversary and they did not disappoint. Crab cake to start was delicious, peppercorn filet melted in my mouth. Was not a huge fan of the wine list being on a tablet, felt it added an element of complication that was unnecessary. Desserts were decent, Creme brûlée was nothing special, same goes for the pecan pie al a mode. A bit noisy, but it's at a casino so what do you expect? Great service and amazing steaks, we left happy! read more

I had the opportunity to dine at the Kirby's Steakhouse at the Winstar Casino on May 15, 2018. I would like to share my dining experience with you. The waiter, Aaron, was more like a used car salesman than a waiter, continually trying to upsell our order. He was extremely accommodating using a phrase " we can do that," but did not disclose the additional charges. After the upselling, he was less attentive, forgetting the balsamic vinegar that I requested when the sourdough bread "flown in from San Francisco" arrived at our table. After ten minutes of waiting, I requested again, and he finally brought it out after the bread had been eaten. We ordered the rack of lamb and a filet. Both entrees arrived, but there were no steak knives on the table, we asked steak knives and they were brought to the table. Both steak knives were dull (we would have had better luck using the table knife, butter knife) and we struggled to pull apart the chops and filet. At the end of the meal we had half the filet remaining, and Aaron, packaged the leftovers. When we unpacked the leftovers in our room, Aaron had packed a to go box with garbage, and two other packages with the filet and vegetable. This was appalling. Making us nauseous, we threw the filet and vegetables away fearing food tampering. I took the garbage back to the restaurant and asked to speak to a manager. A gentleman appeared, identifying himself as "I am the manager." I requested a business card (which he did not have) and then his name- which he refused to tell me. I told him what his waiter had done and presented him with the garbage. Upon seeing and accepting the garbage, he laughed. I became infuriated and further frustrated and began walking away. The 'manager' said "we can make this right on your next visit." I asked him if he thought this was acceptable? and he snickered as replied "no, this is the first I've heard of this." This manager's expression clearly indicated he was aware of the behavior, as well as condoning the behavior. I left angry and sick as this is not the expectation I believe I, or anyone should receive at dining establishment, especially at such an upscale dining establishment as Kirby's. read more

A friend and I had the most wonderful dinner here, with the filet mignon and au gratin potatoes! And because it was my birthday, they presented us with a free dessert, the most delicious mocha ice cream cake that I have ever tasted. Our server was Danni, and she was awesome. Everyone there was super nice and the food was superb. I will definitely come back the next time I visit Winstar. read more

Wish I had seen the reviews before we decided to eat here. When you go to a "Prime Steakhouse" with these prices you are paying for two things: exceptional food and exceptional service. We got neither. The short, save your money and go someplace else. This place is not worth the prices. The long, my family met there on Dec. 25 coming in from three different directions for Christmas. We decided on having a nice, fancy dinner since this was Christmas and a special occasion. Our waitress had two other large tables, I don't believe she had any others. We ordered, she did say the kitchen was backed up so we asked about bread because we were hungry. 45 minutes later no bread so my dad flagged her down and asked if we could have bread and our salads. We did get bread, 15 min later salads. My dad ordered extra salad dressing which was not delivered then he had to wait another 10 minutes to flag down our waitress again to get it. When our food came out my ribeye was overdone (I ordered medium rare) and tasted like something from Sirloin Stockade my dad's fillet was underdone (he ordered medium). My side order of grilled zucchini had no flavor at all and was dry. I grill this at home with olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper. It is easy to do and comes out amazing. This had no oil or seasoning--they literally cut it up and threw it on the grill. It was awful. The other dishes were fine, nothing to write home about. Overall our service was horrible (she was never around) although she did get a good tip since it was Christmas and the food was not AT ALL worth the prices. I go to Winstar relatively frequently and will never be back to this place. read more

We were at WinStar for the night on Dec. 26th (a Tuesday). About 8:30 pm, we went to Mickey Mantle's for a drink (Kirby's and MM are actually together at this location). I watched as the hostess turned person after person away. She actually stood in front of the door and told people they could not go in because they were "at capacity". I watched a little longer and watched people actually leave the place. So I approached the hostess. Again "we are at capacity". I informed her that I had seen people leave the place, so NO, they were not at capacity. This restaurant/bar was actually open until midnight this particular night. I told her we weren't going to order food, just wanted to have a simple cocktail. Again, we are "at capacity". As I walked away, I could see in the windows. There were AT LEAST half of the seats empty! Very disappointing (as we'd had a cocktail earlier in the day that was really pretty good!). If you are at capacity for cocktails, you have serious management issues. I actually went to our room and called to speak to the manager. I was informed that the manager was too busy to take my call and that I could leave a number. Not a good way to do business. read more

This is our 3rd trip to the Winstar and we hesitated going this year because our dining experience was a disaster last year but lucky us we came across the Kirby steakhouse. The Winstar is a first class hotel and casino and it needed a first class dining experience to complete the whole picture. Our darling server Lacey was a real joy to get to know, apparently she had been working alone on the job only a few days but you wouldn't know it because she was better than just about any server we've ever had. Professional, friendly...She could work at any super high end restaurant in the United States and she would be right at home. The food was delicious! I started out with the Lobster cargot which was fantastic! Expensive but worth it! Lisa got the crab cake which she gave a C. Followed up by a nice Caesar salad, not the best I've ever had but very good. I got the lamb which was great and Lisa got the sea bass which she thought was very good but not great. The atmosphere was great and the wine selection was very nice. Seeing you have no other choice but Kirby's if going to the Winstar for fine dining I think you will enjoy it, just be sure to ask for Lacey! read more

In my opinion this is an overpriced K-Bobs. I got the steak and lobster special for $39 and my wife got shrimp fettuccine, which she said was good but not great (actually better at The Cotton Patch). My lobster was a big disappointment and the steak was chewy but flavorful. We had a glass of wine and a beer which made the bill, with the tip, a little over $100. The service was good, the food eatable and the whole thing was worth about fifty bucks. If you want good food at this casino go to Capische. read more
