I got a reply not even ten minutes later, and a concrete plan to come out at a time that worked for me later that same week for a free consultation. The man who came out was the son of the owner. He was on time, very friendly, and gave a fair quote. There is no high pressure sales tactics in sight- just a good honest guy and a real family run business. I hired them after a day or two and they scheduled me in for this past Monday. They were here bright and early at 9 am. The crew was respectful of my house and very professional. They cleared that gigantic bush in around two hours. They cleaned up everything afterwards too! Overall, I can't recommend them enough! They are everything that you could want in a business: on time, efficient, clean, and have great communication. Save yourself the trouble- call these guys first.

One company came in too cheap, and gave me the feeling that we would encounter additional costs before the project was over. Independent Tree Service completed the project for exactly what they quoted. They showed up on time, and ready to work. The did exactly what they said they would do. The 2 trees were cut down, and removed safely with no damage to our house, or any surrounding houses. They took care of the stumps, and even chased the roots as far as they could. I want to be clear this company did not provide a service for me only estimate , maybe they do a…read moregood job I do not know that my review is only based on my interaction with the owner . The reason for me choosing one star is because of the ridiculously expensive estimate that I received, I was quoted $1250 , and $1000 after discount if I pay cash to remove already half cut a medium size tree . I called another 3 companies just to make sure I will not over pay , they all quoted less than $500 , I end up doing the job for $250 including removing the routes with a special equipment that grind the roots 2 foot below the ground. The person that I hired is licensed bonded and insured , it's took them less than an hour to finish it. $1000 estimate it's a rip off and I'm warning everybody to shop around and get another two or three companies for the estimate . And for this company I wish good luck and actually I don't think they're going to stay too long in a business.
