The owner, Lee, answered and I explained my situation. He scheduled a visit the following Tuesday morning to check it out and he said his son, Jason, would be the tech as he was the expert. Jason arrived as expected, surveyed the issues and discovered a leak in the valves. Turns out the neighbor's tree root had infiltrated the pipes and caused a crack. He dug out around the valves, determined the repair and had everything done within 2 hours! He ran through the entire system to make sure all was well and made sure everything was back to normal and clean despite the fact he was a muddy mess. Jason is an expert, had all tools and parts in his truck, and fixed everything to my extreme satisfaction. I highly recommend their service!

For install she will only work with Perez Landscaping. How fortunate for us. First of all, I love Jose's business model. He only does one job at a time. They were here Monday through Friday 8-5. Jose and his crew go above and beyond. Vicky and Jose were in constant communication. Hard working crew who were very friendly and polite with lots of laughter as they work which you know means they have great leadership. Vicky and Jose are just the nicest, positive people who are very accommodating. We still have lighting and concrete stain to go but are waiting on delivery of lights. We added a line item of concrete stain after the work began. That is a month or two out as Vicky and Jose are committed to their start dates and timelines so we fully understand that this is a separate contract.
