Jordan and Yard Bros were excellent! We have 12 non-standard irrigation valves that were not working properly. Jordan came out, did an inspection, and recommended cleaning and reseating of the valves first to see if that solved the issues. He also fixed a few leaking solenoids and replaced a couple of faulty sprinkler heads. Jordan was responsive, did a great job communicating, and showed up on time ready to go. After thinking about it and changing our minds, Jordan came back out and worked with us on some new ideas and gave us a second estimate. I scheduled an estimate in January and Jordan came right out and quoted. We scheduled the work for end of Feb. and as everyone remembers it rained for two weeks. On each day there was no rain in the forecast the crew came out and hit it hard. Two weeks later it was done. Jordan came out and took a look at my front and back yards, which have a massive amount of trees in them. Jordan, Yard Bros, landscaped our front yard. Did a decent job except for 2 big mistakes. We asked for brown mulch/bark, and he put black mulch! Now our landscaping looks like polka dots of brown leaves on black bark! The black mulch looks like burnt charcoal. And he didn't complete the irrigation (left emitters off irrigation lines which will cause flooding). When he was told about these problems he said, "It is out of my hands." ????
