The crew that came every day were consistent with their timing, courteous, and willing to take input. We were starting with a vague diagram of what we wanted, so there were many details to finalize during the process, and they made sure to discuss each of those with us. Nick's bid was less detailed as to what would be included than other bids, so we had started out a little bit uncomfortable, but everything that we'd discussed and expected was included in the price, including adding in trenching to set up for electricity and gas lines that the other companies wanted to charge a lot for. Several months after the job was done, Nick came by to do a wellness check on the yard, including making sure that the irrigation was working properly.  He also had some of the crew come by for a few touch up items. We highly recommend Vizcay Landscaping and would definitely hire them again in the future!

I really wanted large concrete steps for a walkway and wanted to keep a little bit of green so they installed a patch of artificial turf for me and everything turned out great!! We went from one of the worst front yards to the best on our street!! (I am biased, of course!) Nick and his crew went above and beyond by replacing the existing river rocks by the garden hose with the new gray rocks. This was not originally included in the quote and I didn't think twice about it but Nick suggested replacing them so the rocks would all match. Awesome customer service!! From design to finish he sought our input and collaborated with us, even meeting us at a nursery to select trees and plants together. He sketched out a design plan by hand, later produced architectural drawings with measurements. We had a blank slate with a newly built home and he did it all. In the center of our backyard he installed a wood bridge over large koi pond with a filtered waterfall. On either side, he placed two stamped concrete patios with electricity, one for our future hot tub and the other for outdoor dining. His soil amendments and sprinkler system put in at the start have kept this yard flourishing for 18 years and counting. He and his crew are truly talented in a diverse array of skills.

Fast forward almost two years later, it has gotten worse. I'm very disappointed as we were very nice and accommodating with them and even provided food and beverages while it was hot outside. We got a few different quotes and they were all within the same price range but with the good reviews this team had I thought it was the best choice. WRONG! They also said they can come back and re pour an also to fix a couple other things and we followed up twice and they never showed up. I feel like we were robbed and have decided to consider seeking legal advice on how to go about this. I'll update with more pictures soon. Don't give them your business! The owner, Lee, answered and I explained my situation. He scheduled a visit the following Tuesday morning to check it out and he said his son, Jason, would be the tech as he was the expert. Jason arrived as expected, surveyed the issues and discovered a leak in the valves. Turns out the neighbor's tree root had infiltrated the pipes and caused a crack. He dug out around the valves, determined the repair and had everything done within 2 hours! He ran through the entire system to make sure all was well and made sure everything was back to normal and clean despite the fact he was a muddy mess.
