I wish I could go back in time and go with a different company. Our concrete is horrible. Weeks after it was poured there were cracks and splotchy spots everywhere. Fast forward almost two years later, it has gotten worse. I'm very disappointed as we were very nice and accommodating with them and even provided food and beverages while it was hot outside. We got a few different quotes and they were all within the same price range but with the good reviews this team had I thought it was the best choice. WRONG! They also said they can come back and re pour an also to fix a couple other things and we followed up twice and they never showed up. I feel like we were robbed and have decided to consider seeking legal advice on how to go about this. I'll update with more pictures soon. Don't give them your business! Turned on my sprinklers for the first time this year and noticed at 2pm they weren't off... When they started at 7am... I tried to turn off the valve but it wasn't working so I started panicking and calling sprinkler repair companies on Yelp. Alejandro was the first one to pick up and said he could be out in 15 mins. As soon as he arrived he said he could take care of it within a couple of hours for what seemed to be a reasonable price. They noted the gate valve wouks be leaking water and gave me the option to fix it if I wanted, but I figured I would DIY it or something if it wasn't urgent. Well it turns out it was pretty urgent because we couldn't turn the water back on. They gave me a discount on the price to give me incentive to get it done. I found Alejandro 3 days ago on a random search for "landscapers near me" - I was looking for someone to clean the fountain in my backyard - which I had never cleaned. His name popped up, with 4+ stars, and he's very close by. We hired Alejandro and his father to deliver dirt to fill an old pool. It took nearly 12 yards of dirt to fill it completely which meant many trips via wheelbarrow to move the dirt to the hole. Both Alejandro and his father worked very hard to move the massive piles of dirt to the backyard and it was worth every penny. We had Alejandro's Landscaping pour concrete to extend our driveway and all down our side yard, with a retaining wall a year ago. I had gotten 3 other estimates. All were pretty comparable in price, but I chose Alejandro because he was very knowledgeable and very polite and friendly. He answered all of our questions from start to finish. Fernando and his crew were very nice and explained everything they were doing. I waited to post this review, because I wanted to see how the work held up. 2 months after the work was completed I started noticing a small hairline crack right above the drain line. I called and they said someone would come out and fill the crack. I waited and no one ever came. I texted again and he apologized. He said he would have one of them come out to fill the crack. No one ever came. Fast forward 1 year and there are cracks everywhere following the drain line. The main one is almost 1/8 inch wide. I know concrete cracks. I just figured it would'nt start for quite a while. We had a different company installed DG for our patio. Winter came and it was a mud feast. I don't know if they did it wrong coz park trails uses DG and it's never muddy. The backyard was completely unusable so I searched Yelp for somebody who can redo it. Alejandro responded quick and scheduled a visit for a quote. Alejandro understood the vision we wanted which is rare btw. Usually they just nod without understanding what you wanted or they push what they wanted and not what you wanted. We initially wanted large pavers to create that modern look but he advised concrete so it's more ideal if we want a patio cover in the future. He showed me photos and I was like yes! He is very good with communication and really easy to work with. He is very pleasant. He didn't ask for a payment upfront like most do. We felt comfortable with him. They were always on time and we were really happy with the quality of work they delivered. We loved their work so much we even asked them again to do the planting for us. Highly, highly recommend Alejandro and his team for all landscaping needs. I initially inquired about getting artificial turf installed and he came out the same day to provide a fair quote. While he was here I asked him if he did other landscaping (demo, plants, bark, etc) and he did so gave me a quote for that too. Took about 2 weeks to get our turf delivered but as soon as it came Alejandro and his team went to work. They identified our front yard tree had roots growing too large to maintain (it was at least 25-30ft tall) so they suggested tearing it down, which they also managed to do the same day. There were a couple other last minute additions I asked for, including repairing a broke water pipe and re-concert part of our driveway (from a poorly done job) and they accommodated no problem. The job took roughly 3 days for turf install and all the other landscaping work in the backyard and front, and 1 extra day for the pipe fix and concrete and it all turned out top notch quality! All the while Alejandro has been super nice and accommodating through the entire process. I just asked him if they also do regular landscape maintenance and no surprise they do and already has me on the schedule! Can't say enough about this team! Alejandro and his crew kicked a**! I had a few projects that I needed to get done both in the front and backyard. I found Alejandro on Yelp and messaged him directly through the app. He responded right away and set up to meet for an estimate the very next day. His estimate was the most affordable and reasonable out of all the companies I had come out. He was able to fit our project in for the following week. The first day they got straight to work and by the next day my project was complete. Yup! They installed artificial turf, concrete and pavers in just two days! One of the guys even shaved down a large chunk of brick that was previously used as a mailbox post and patched it up with concrete at no extra charge. I didn't ask or even mention it, but it had been on my mind for months, so it was nice they added that extra detail for at no extra charge. Alejandro and his crew just completed my pool surround. He initially came to my home to provide me with a written estimate to replace old crumbling brick with new concrete. I was not able to replace the coping due to budget constraints and Alejandro worked with in my budget to complete the job. Ince we agreed on the scope of work he returned the same day with a written contract. Although he is young, he is extremely professional. They did a wonderful job of removing all of the old crumbling brick and replacing it with concrete and they did it all without breaking my existing coping... Which I could not afford to replace. They were prompt in arriving at the time they said they would. It took four days to complete the job, which was super fast in my opinion. Every day they left the worksite very clean. I've worked with concrete guys before and I've had to do a lot of cleaning up behind them, Alejandro and his crew removed all the excess materials, Thor tools and anything else that didn't belong every day before they left. The price was fair and Alejandro was open to suggestions for changes without hesitation. And he completed the job in the time he promised. I would recommend highly recommend his services to anyone in need of concrete work! After several years and many estimates, I chose Alejandro's Landscaping to replace my 80 foot, failing retaining wall.
