Kingdom Coffee is easily one of my favorite coffee stops in Minneapolis. It's tucked into a great shopping area, which makes it the perfect place to grab a drink before browsing nearby stores or to settle in for a productive afternoon. The atmosphere strikes a really nice balance between modern hipster café and work-from-home headquarters. There are plenty of people chatting with friends, while others are focused on laptops, creating a relaxed but energetic vibe that never feels too loud or too quiet. The coffee itself is where Kingdom Coffee really shines. Their menu feels thoughtfully curated, with drinks that have unique flavor profiles without trying too hard to be different. Even their standard blends stood out--they had a natural sweetness that was smooth and balanced, never overpowering or overly sugary. It's the kind of coffee that lets the quality of the beans do the talking. The staff was welcoming, the space was comfortable, and the overall experience made me want to stay longer than I planned. Whether you're looking for a quality cup of coffee, a place to get some work done, or just a relaxing stop while exploring the area, Kingdom Coffee is absolutely worth the visit. It's a standout coffee shop and definitely one of the better spots to check out in Minneapolis. read more

Have been wanting to try Kingdom for quite awhile but never find myself up in the MG area. I had an appt nearby today and was able to finally try a coffee from here. It was crazy busy for a weekday late morning - every seat was taken and there was a constant line which moved quickly. Fortunately for how busy it is there is ample parking. I had the seasonal PSL lightly sweet and it was a perfect dreary fall drink to get before walking my dog. The cups are adorable and the staff was very friendly and drinks came out quickly. They had a large selection of pastries which I didn't try this time but would come back for. It was lively and loud inside, so would be a good spot to catch up with friends or go to chit chat. read more

Kingdom Coffee is definitely worth the stop. I went during peak time on a Saturday morning, and even with a line, it moved surprisingly quickly. The drinks were absolutely worth the wait! I ordered the iced blueberry vanilla matcha, and it was phenomenal. The mulled blueberries at the bottom were such a great touch! Super cute place. They have some indoor and outdoor seating (tables and booth) available. I appreciate how the menu is displayed so you don't feel rushed to read it by the time you order. There is a small selection of baked goods, including gluten-free options. I also really appreciated how clearly the menu labels which drinks and foods are gluten-free and lists what's in each drink. I would definitely come back again! read more

Decent coffee. I don't understand why it's so busy as I don't think it's that good. But definitely a better choice than going to a Starbucks or Dunkin or Caribou. Be prepared to wait in a long line. I recommend ordering online if they have it open although that in itself is usually 20-30 minute wait read more

Kingdom Coffee is definitely fast paced and during busy hours it's honestly kinda hard to find a seat, so not really the place to camp out unless you get lucky. But it's so worth it. The spicy chai is literally my favorite chai ever, it's so good with the perfect kick. The matcha is kinda mid not gonna lie, but the coffees are actually really solid. The coffee cake is sooo good, like I think about it after. I also love that they roast their own beans, which is just really cool. And they have online ordering which makes life easier when it's packed. I had the jasmine vanilla latte and omg i can't believe it's seasonal read more

AMAZING! Many gluten free options and some of the best coffee. I'd get a Sandy Latte and a pumpkin loaf!

A neighborhood gem where every cup feels like it was made just for you. Family-owned and founded by a former barista who worked at the coffeeshop that existed prior at this location, Kingdom Coffee brings both expertise and heart to every beverage they serve. From rich, expertly roasted espresso (roasted in-house the night before from sustainable sources) to specialty and seasonal lattes, teas, and a small but satisfying selection of breakfast items and pastries, there's something for every caffeine lover. My favorite latte, if I'm not sampling a seasonal latte, is the "Sandy's Latte" or the "Cafe Miel". Both have distinct flavor profiles that are equal parts robust, aromatic, and well-balanced. What really sets Kingdom Coffee apart--beyond the delicious drinks--is the customer service. From the warm greeting to the care taken in crafting each beverage, you can feel the love for community in every interaction. It's coffee with a side of genuine kindness--the kind of caffeine boost we all need. Whether you're stopping in for a morning pick-me-up, a mid-afternoon treat, or just a cozy spot to linger, Kingdom Coffee proves that great coffee and great community can exist in the same cup. read more

I am REALLY unhappy with what tonight at 4:00 . I came in at 3:00. Ordering a large bags of roasted beans. Belle. She said didn't get her name it would be ready in the next hour. I am waiting and also trying to get the app just to have as we purchase frequently!! I sat here for an hour. Went up to counter. The guy at the counter said I need to have placed an order and there are 3 ahead of me and won't be able to pick up until TOMORROW Morning!!! I am so disappointed.... read more

Judith's latte- maple syrup, cardamom, and cinnamon Relatively small menu but it all sounded delicious! Iced Judith's latte was great but it didn't knock my socks off. Friendly staff and cute little inside that was very full/busy. Glad to see Maple Grove has a fun coffee shop. read more

Indoor seating is a little tight. The decor is interesting with the exposed coffee grinder and supplies. There is more outdoor seating, but with cold weather coming the indoors will get more crowded. Staff was nice and welcoming. The drink was okay. read more

This is a neat place. It's got a nice open, clean modern vibe. They definitely roast their own coffee here, and the store was very clean and well-maintained when I got here. The staff was nice and the service was prompt and helpful. The coffee was excellent. Five stars! read more

Iced latte was good. Bit on the lighter side. Skip the matcha if like your matcha on the darker side or ask for extra scoops of matcha. Cute place. Assuming a local hot spot. You can tell who the usuals are because they all know each other and will chit chat in the early morning. read more

Kingdom is my favorite coffee spot in the area! My coffee and food items are consistently good, the service is super friendly. I value how fresh and local they make things. I always love finding spots with homemade syrups, local baked goods, and care put into their menu items and food. It's busy (for good reason) and super cute. read more

Every time I'm in town this is my number one stop! I've actually only gotten sweet Heather because I'm so obsessed with it and it is perfection. I love it so much and you must try! The staff is always super friendly. It is quite small inside, but I believe there is a back room and the outdoor tables are always lively place when the weather is good! This last trip I also noticed something sweet that they have board games as well as I saw a mom and daughter are playing Candyland and it was just so sweet! read more

Kingdom is easily one of the best coffee shops in town. Their mission is incredible, and they really care about their customers. No seed oils, all organic food, and house-made coffee syrups. The Sandy Latte and Judith are both standouts, and everything I've tried has been excellent. There is a nice outdoor patio set up also which is perfect. read more

Great place for coffee and vibes to catch with the girlies including some outdoor sitting for those sunny days. The staff here is very friendly. Good location on Main St with a busy parking lot in the back. Just not the best place to work remotely from or study. I would skip on the food too. read more

Traveling through and wanted some coffee. Kingdom was close to the freeway and looked good. Around 8am and the place was busy. Street parking was easy Menu has all the standards plus a few speciality drinks. A few baked good to pick from as well. Americano for me. Smooth profile with low acid. One note - the actual part of the counter where you order can get crowded. N*joy! read more

The specialty drinks are unique and the menu has a lot of variety. The space is really small for how busy they are, but there are a few outdoor tables to help that. I ordered the Jae's latte that had lavender and honey, and it was 75 cents extra to sub oat milk for whole. It was satisfying without being overly sweet. It was a little bit of sticker shock when the bill for two large drinks was $17 with a small tip, but the drinks were good and they came out decently quick for how busy the place was. Some coffee shops just call out the name of the orderer, but I like that this place also announces the drink type as well. read more

Kingdom Coffee is always great! I've stopped by to get work done for an hour or two a handful of times and tried new drinks each time. The baristas have always been friendly and smiled no matter how busy and hectic things seem, which I really appreciate. The big windows let in some beautiful natural light. It can be hard to find somewhere to sit, a testament to their popularity, so I'd keep that in mind when planning a trip there! read more

We have been here twice and the coffee has been decent both times. The space feels way too small with all of their beans stored in the Customer seating area. The people are really friendly, I just wish there was more room to hang around! read more

A new spot for us, and I'm glad we found it! This place is very busy on the weekends, but the line moves quickly - however it has minimal seating so I wouldn't recommend planning to meet someone here unless you get there bright an early! The menu is unique and fun - my fiance got a blueberry muffin latte and he liked it a lot. It looked like most food was allergy friendly too - both in-case and hot food on the menu. My only watch-out is their coffee is very strong, I didn't really care for my cold brew with milk - but that's personal preference! Overall, I will definitely be back here to try some of their drinks and food. read more

I really enjoy their Sweet Heather cold press drink. It's a good caffeine boost with just enough sweetness. The service has always been efficient and the staff are kind. The overall ambiance feels modern but still inviting. The biggest draw back is the amount of seating. I think that they have maximized the space well, so unfortunately there's not much more they can do. Just be aware that if you go in the morning it may be difficult to find a spot, but I would certainly still recommend it! read more

Customer Service: 5 Cleanliness: 5 Affordability: 5 Quality: 5 We stopped by this coffee shop last Saturday while we were visiting the Minneapolis area. We were out shopping and we had the taste for some coffee, and we just happened to stumble upon this small coffee shop. The menu offers many options for everyone, but we just ordered two speciality coffees. The coffees we had were very favorable, and we truly enjoyed everything we ordered. I'm sure that we would return for another visit, if we were visiting the Minneapolis area again. read more

What a cute spot! Right by the Central Park splash pad and playground so it's a great first stop before a play date. The coffee is yummy and strong, not too sweet. One of the best Miel coffees. Easy parking in front of the store. I'll be back to try the smoothie next time! read more

Cute coffee shop in Arbor Lakes! Was doing some holiday shopping and decided to stop by, and I'm so glad I did! The coffee shop is cute and cozy, with a fun seasonal winter menu (see menu picture). I got the Iced Susan, which is a salted caramel and vanilla latte. It is so delicious! My partner got the Americano, and it came in the cutest wintry themed cup! Highly recommend a stop here for great coffee when in Maple Grove. read more

love kingdom coffee. however the wait times have gotten out of hand. Not sure if they need to add another machine to keep up with the output that is required. a mobile order ordered at 7:30 should not come out at 8:30. Same with an order placed at 8 should not come out at 8:45 read more

Ambiance and "vibes" were cool, I guess. Very common hipster-ish theme with the stereotypical alternative/indie music playing. Prices were actually fair compared to most independent shops and chains. The lady taking my order was very nice and well put together. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was negative. The cleanliness behind the counter, specifically surrounding the machines, grinders, and dairy/creamer area, was a little jarring. The individual who actually made my bev appeared ill, sniffling and quite pale. To top it all off, the cold foam on my Iced Sea Salt Maple Cold Brew was curdled, chewy, and sour. I had already gotten in my car to leave and was too far along to go back and return it. But, with the state of the cleanliness, I don't think I would trust them to remake the drink anyways. read more

This is my favorite coffee shop in Maple Grove! As someone who enjoys craft coffee and a good vibe, our city' has taken stock in all things "chain" and our over abundance of Starbucks and Caribou is frustrating. Fresh roasted beans (is there any better smell?) craft drinks, delicious food and a killer staff including some dynamic young owners make this place my go to. My only wish is it was bigger but thanks kingdom for upping the coffee game! read more

Kingdom Coffee - Cute space to meet a friend - Coffee Roasteries Near Me - Maple Grove, Minnesota

Everyday is more dreadful than the last in a realm scorched by mediocrity. The air reeks of burnt espresso and seasonal syrups that taste like regret. You've wandered the wastelands of Starbucks, where "bespoke" means touchscreen orders and "vibes" are curated by Lo-Fi Productivity Vol. 3. Your morale is at -3. Your charisma modifier is sticky with caramel drizzle. Then--through the fog of pumpkin spice--Kingdom Coffee emerges. A radiant beacon of actual craftsmanship. Beans roasted in-house. Baristas who speak fluent joy. Isabelle, rogue artisan and espresso empath, brews with the precision of someone who's cried into a paper cup and lived to tell the tale. I order a real Long Black--not the steamed confusion Starbucks calls coffee. Greg (with a forehead) begins to sob. "I thought I was broken," he whispers, "but this place believes in me." The Scone Fellowship watches in awe as morale climbs +5, caffeine stamina +2, and existential dread melts like butter on banana bread. Starbucks has spent decades simulating authenticity with seasonal gimmicks and third-place jargon. Kingdom Coffee simply is what Starbucks wishes it could be: a place where drinks are spells, pastries are quests, and every sip feels like a natural 20 on inner peace. We left with renewed vigor. Greg and his forehead applied to become a barista. And somewhere in the ether, the gods of caffeine wept with joy. read more

Best coffee shop around! Excellent coffee drinks, lots of great gluten-free food and pastries, and some vegan and GF too, which is not easy to come by. And the staff are always friendly, helpful, and genuinely nice. Ever since they opened, they have been my gold standard, to which all other coffee shops get compared against. You won't regret giving them a try. I highly recommend the cafe miel. And even though the seasonal drinks sometimes sound a bit odd, they are always delicious.
