I have sensitive feet and sometimes the callus portion is uncomfortable. Their prices are a little on the pricey side or maybe average as you don't get a discount for mani pedi combo, and the don't give you a discount if you don't get nail polish which I think they should do. We only get regular manicure and pedicures, but I know they do gel and powder dips as well and I saw them doing some sort of nail tips with the technique. The cut on my toe hurt, but I didn't think much of it (accidents happen) until the next day when it started to itch and swell. I had to go to urgent care, where they confirmed I had an infection and prescribed some antibiotics. When I walked into the nail salon and saw flies and ants I probably should have known to just leave. I don't understand all the reviews saying the salon is so clean because that was not my experience at all. Unfortunately I took the chance since the place had good reviews but now I'm paying for it. My friend has a specific nail tech she likes there, so if there's someone there you like, that you know does a good job, that might be different. But still, I say go somewhere else unless you want to risk an infection.

Finding out that they were run by the same ladies and being welcomed by them again face to face was a most wonderful experience. They took a especially good care of my niece, as this was her very first time getting salon nails. And though we had a small hiccup with the gel builder application by the first technician, the owner quickly took over and resolved it before I even had to say a word! THAT is stellar service! My usual nail salon is an hour from my workplace, so that wouldn't work. I found nice reviews on Nail Tip and I'm glad I gave them a chance today! I was able to make a same day appointment on their website as long as it was a 4 hour advance notice. I loved this! I chose the date, time, service and picked a nail tech. The nail salon is in a small strip mall, don't blink you'll miss the turn in. I was greeted with a huge smile, which made me happy and put me at ease. I mean I felt like I was cheating on my regular nail people! They gave me the gel colors to look at and I was impressed with their selection. I waited about 10 minutes to be seen, which wasn't bad at all. Chan was the person I chose to do my nails. She was absolutely fantastic! She talked to me the whole time I was there and made me feel so comfortable. Everyone that walked through the doors, she addressed and knew by name, so I'm sure I'm not the only one that thinks she's fantastic. She was very quick and thorough with my nails. She made sure I was happy with the length, shape and the color before she moved on to the next step. This was very appreciated. The price was on point. The job was done well and timely. The ease of getting an appointment and not having to sit on the phone is a huge plus. I will definitely be back and will continue to see Chan for my nails.

They have all of the newest nail colors, dips, gel colors. They have 4 different pedicures, I believe we chose the deluxe one. It was very relaxing, the massage chair was great. The atmosphere was perfect, the music wasn't too loud and I had SNS done on my nails. While I was getting my pedicure I started looking at their other Yelp reviews I saw the beautiful nail art and I couldn't help myself but to request if I could get a couple nails done. Needless to say that we will be back. This is what reviews are all about, read them and be honest about them so people can find these great places that deserve to be patronized. I know that we will.
